Judicial report: BLACK JAY (J T McInerney) was suspended at Wanganui on the 15th of August 2012 under Rule 80.1.b. The greyhound completed a satisfactory trial at Forbury Park today under Rule 80.1.b.i.

Race 1	Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	MAGGIE DEE today weighed in at 26.1 kgs which was the same race weight as its last start at Ascot Park on the 14th of August 2012. Today's racebook incorrectly shows the weight as 36.1 kgs. WANDY DYLAN and SECRET VENUS were slow to begin. TOP PLAYER shifted in down the back straight hampering and checking SECRET VENUS with the trailing WANDY DYLAN having to shift out to avoid heels. Into the bend BELFAST CHUKKA tightened TOP PLAYER who breifly made contact with the rail. Further into the bend FAT SALLY had to check outwards losing momentum when awkwardly placed on the heels of MAGGIE DEE.
Race 2	CB Norwood Farm Machinery Sprint - C1 - 310	WHAT A DUMP shifted out down the back straight hampering the running of WANDY DEVIL. Into the first bend WANDY DEVIL shifted in checking LADY LUCY.
Race 3	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1 - 545	MOON AND SEA and DITTMAN were both slow to begin. DITTMAN shifted in racing into the first bend checking MOON AND SEA. MOON SEA then clipped the rear of DITTMAN who lost momentum. AUTUMN SPIRIT raced very wide down the back straight.
Race 4	Roofing Solutions Stakes - C1/2 - 545	WEARY TRAVELLER ran very wide racing into the first bend.
Race 5	Blue Bubble Dunedin Taxis Sprint - C1 - 310	SMASH AMEGO was slow to begin. SENSITIVE LAND ran out in the back straight impedeing the progress of PEGSON FIRE and STARBURST HANNAH. SMASH AMEGO who began to improve down the back staright was held up as there was no run available until racing into the bend. On the bend SENSITIVE LAND had to check outwards to avoid the heels of PEGSON FIRE and in doing so forced STARBURST HANNAH wider on the track. .
Race 6	Speedprint Shop Sprint - C2 - 310	HOMEBUSH COLT was slow to begin. LIFE WITH DEXTER had to check out off the heels of WYNDHAM just before the first bend. LIFE WITH DEXTER raced very wide in the run home.
Race 7	Happy Birthday Bronwyn Eade Sprint - C2 - 310	ANY BAD HABITS was squeezed between runners just after the start losing ground. Racing into the turn BLACK TRIGGER was impeded when clipped from behind by RULE JUDGE JUDY with both dogs losing ground. The trailing POWER GIRL was hampered in this incident.
Race 8	Keyosk Service Bar Stakes - C3 - 545	SIXTY TWENTY shifted out at the end of the back straight making contact with TAKE NO PRISONER losing ground as a result but recovered well and ran on in the home straight.
Race 9	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C3/4 - 545	WATERVIEW LASS was slow to begin. Racing into the first bend MORIARTY shifted out dictating FELIXSTOWE out onto NERD CORNER who clipped a heel and blundered losing considerable momentum. As result FELIXSTOWE was turned sideways forcing OPAWA COLLAR and WATERVIEW LASS wider into the first turn.
Race 10	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C4 - 310	GENISTA TORNADO shifted in after the start checking BENNYS ANGEL GENISTA LIGHTNIN lost ground when it shifted in at the first bend making contact with THRILLING SADIE. Further into the bend OBSESSED had to check and change ground outwards when denied a run between NOBLE ENFORCER and GENISTA TORNADO.
Race 11	Roofing Solutions Dash - C5 - 310	PERSIAN OIL made contact with the running rail losing ground when racing into the first bend. ENABLE made contact with ANOTHER RAEWYN racing into the bend. Further on ENABLE shifted wider on the track again making contact with ANOTHER RAEWYN. Stewards ordered a veterniary examination of PERSIAN OIL which revealed no injury.
Race 12	Racing Again September 11th Sprint - C3 - 310	AVERT shifted in racing down the back staright checking PRIMITIVE. AVERT then shifted out racing into the bend checking HEZA SENSATION who in turn forced VITALIZE wider on the track.
