Judicial report: ANOTHER LEGIN was notified as a late scratching at approxamately 5.00 pm after being presented to the Vet with diarrhoea and being stood down for 10 days. The Representative in charge of the dog advised that he believed the dog had been scratched at the normal scratching time but this had not occurred and the Club had not received any notification. As a result Trainer J.McInerney was fined $ 100-00 under rule 88.1 o for a late scratching.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C3 - C3 - 305	SLANGEVAR, SEDGEBROOK ELITE and ELOUERA BABE were slow to begin losing three lengths. SHEEZA MEESHA was reasonably handy going to the first corner but was tightened between SLANGEVAR and TALEEDY TROOPER and went back to last and never recovered.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	SMASH BANG WIN shifted in on the first corner and checked ASHVEGAS VALUE who went back and out checking HOMEBUSH WILD and they both lost ground. THRILLING DEAL shifted in going into the back straight and checked SHOULD BE CARLOS and SHODSIE who both lost three lengths.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C3 - C3 - 305	The favourite ATE PIZZA was slow to begin losing three lengths but he made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. CAWBOURNE FLICK shifted in from the start and checked OPAWA SACHA who lost ground and settled well back. MY BAD JONNY shifted out slightly going into the bend and checked off the back of OPAWA SACHA, lost three lengths and tailed the field from there to the finish and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a hind foot wound.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C3 - C3 - 305	The start was delayed by 6 minutes at the request of Raceday Control after hold ups at the Harness races. OPAWA PRINCE was slow to begin losing three lengths. ANOTHER LADY shifted in from the start and checked SANDS OF TIME who lost two lengths. SPRING TYDE was severely checked going into the bend losing several lengths and all chance and she finished in last place. SPRING TYDE was sore following the race, was examined by the Vet and and stood down for 21 days with a hock injury.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C3 - C3 - 520	BIG GIRL WELSHY jumped in the air and escaped as the field walked onto the track but was quickly captured, examined by the Vet and cleared fit to start. THRILLING TUNE was slow to begin losing two lengths and he stayed well back throughout to finish in 6th place.
Race 6	Broad Roofing C4 - C4 - 305	PIN UP PUPPY shifted in from the start and collided with JACKIE SHIRAZ who was checked back to the rear. PIN UP PUPPY continued to shift in and caused jostling to BENNYS ANGEL and BIGTIME KAREN for some distance until they eventually checked back to the rear. BENNYS ANGEL then shifted out and collided with JACKIE SHIRAZ and THRILLING CAIRO and they all lost ground and finished at the rear,.
Race 7	J.P Print Petone C4 - C4 - 305	WHAT A PEANUT and PARRA SPARRA were slow to begin losing a little ground. CAWBOURNE MADZ shifted in from the start and checked ANOTHER MOVE who lost ground. OPAWA THORN shifted out going into the first corner and checked ANOTHER MOVE and BIMBOO and they went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 8	Mickey's Super Liquor C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	The favourite STIFF was the slowest to begin and was then involved in jostling with ANOTHER MATE and SHALF going to the first corner and ANOTHER MATE was then galloped on by IMA SPICE and dragged down, taking no further part in the race. IMA SPICE lost ground in the incident and finished in last place. ANOTHER MATE was examined by the Vet, was found to have suffered a fractured foreleg and was humanely euthanased.
Race 9	Wanganui Security C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	TIZ NOW and ROSEMORE OSTI came together and bumped going to the first corner and then ran a little wide into the bend as a result.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	OOH LA COOL shifted in going to the first corner and dictated WOT PRICE CURLY in onto HOT POOTIE who was checked and went back and out onto TAILS OFF and they both lost several lengths and never recovered and finished at the rear.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	AMBLE UP, JUMPIN JULIA and COMPLICIT came together at the start and bumped and COMPLICIT and JUMPIN JULIA suffered the most in the incident and settled back. COMPLICIT then made contact with the hind quarters of AMBLE UP going into the bend and they lost a little momentum but recovered to finish in 2nd and 3rd places.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BOTANY ANGELA shifted in from the start and this resulted in a check to HOMEBUSH ZETA who settled back in the field. HOMEBUSH EDITH, BILLY WHIZ and GLENADDIS jostled together going to the first corner and GLENADDIS was checked and went back and out onto SUIT YOURSELF and they lost ground and finished at the rear.
