Weather: Raining
Track: Dead The track was presented in a very good racing order after a lot of rain througout the previous week all other equipment working well througout the programe
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: HELLO ELLO was a qualifyer for race 6- C1 final was withdrawn before the box draw on the 7-8-2012 vet cert supplied with a 28 day stand down recommended for water diabetes
There was a heavy downpour midway through the meeting which made conditions miserable for handlers and greyhounds for a race or two
The weather improved later on with the track holding up well .
The track was downgraded to dead from good after the heavy downpour .

Race 1	Shannon Dash C0 - C0 - 375	HOMEBUSH SMOKE was slightly hampered racing in to the first turn losing a couple of lengths ZACCARA was slow away in attempting to make ground was forced to race around the outer of the field being the widest runner on the home turn .
Race 2	Terrace Deli and Dairy C1 - C1 - 375	Racing down to the first turn OUR REBEL GIRL came across on to MAC TAN and RED HOT DUTCH who was pushed over on to COSMIC BOLERO RED HOT DUTCH and COSMIC BOLERO both lost ground back to the rear soon after COSMIC BOLERO struck trouble again when running on to the back of runners .
Race 3	The Olde Plum Duff Tearooms C1 - C1 - 375	This race was run in torrential rain As the field turned for home RANDOM ACT ran outwards colliding with BOOZE UP both these runners were in the rear at this point.
Race 4	Horsemans Cafe C2 - C2 - 375	CAWBOURNE FLICK was a late scratching at keneling when presented with a claw injury right front with a 5 day stand down recommended DASHER RUM came out of the boxes akwardly on to HOMEBUSH FRASER soon after THRILLING HALO came across as DASHER RUM moved outwards with BOTANY MATHEW with these three runners bumping As the field raced down the home straight DASHER RUM cut inwards and collided with BOTANY MATHEW with both these runners being severly checked at this point DASHER RUM and BOTANY MATHEW were sent for vet checks where both runners were cleared of injury
Race 5	P.B.Motors C3 - C3 - 375	Racing down in to the first turn RANDO REASON ran in on to OPAWA PRINCE RANDO REASON lost his footing in behind for a stride and lost 3 or so lengths soon after racing on to the first bend OPAWA PRINCE and CHARLI CLANG came together for a few strides.
Race 6	Nanas Knickers Shop C1 Final - C1f - 457	RETALIATE (fav) was slowest away from the outside box he looped the field covering a fair amount of extra ground to run down THRILLING DEAL close to the line to win. MISSION DRIVE followed RETALIATE wide across the top bend but dropped out to the rear in the run home
Race 7	Scott Newton Motorcycles C3/4 - C3/4 - 375	From the boxes ARIANA ran over on to TILT YOUR GLASS who was severly checked back HOWLIN WIND cut across on to ASTONISHING who became unbalanced for a couple of strides nearing the home turn ASTONISHING was tightened between JACKIE SHIRAZ and ARIANA with ASTONISHING going back to the rear and was not able to improve from there on in .
Race 8	Legacy Antiques C1 - C1 - 457	EXCITED ROYALE slipped for a stride coming off the pad losing a length up ahead SUB SILENTIO was checked back as THRILLING CLOUD and HAIR SHE IS came across Racing on to the top bend SUB SILENTION was checked back again losing several lengths and was not able to recover ground there after.
Race 9	Shannon Bulk Haulage C3/4 - C3/4 - 375	Racing in to the first turn CAWBOURNE TOBES crossed OUR PLAYBOY who went back on to EMMAS SECRET these two runners went back towards the rear losing 5 or so lengths and never recovered to get in to contention there after
Race 10	Shields Motor Repairs C5 - C5 - 375	Racing down to the first turn MIRAGE became unbalanced and rolled in on to MOODY MAN with SEMENYA running up on the back of MOODY MAN MIRAGE and MOODY MAN lost ground back to the rear MOODY MAN attempted to recover lost ground running on strongly in the straight to finish in 4th placing at the line CAWBOURNE COOKIE was 2.5 kgs over from his last race start on the 29-6-2012
Race 11	Club Hotel Shannon C5 - C5 - 375	RIPPED JEANS (fav) was slow away once he got in to stride he made ground up along the rail finishing in 4th placing at the line SHALF fell soon after the line and was sent for a vet check where he was found to have sufferedbruising over his right shoulder with a 10 day stand down recommended RIPPED JEANS was vetted at the trainers request and was found to have bruising to the left thigh with a 5 day stand down recommended
Race 12	www.jazzmoresretreat.co.nz C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	In the run to the first turn RAMESSEE and WHAT WHERE WHEN came together for several strides as WHAT WHERE WHEN attempted to come off the rail RAMESSEE lost a couple of lengths at this point with WHAT WHERE WHEN going back to the rear wider out SAHARA RAMA was forced to go wide across the top bend and was unable to make ground thereafter finishing in last placing at the line SAHARA RAMA was sent for a vet check and was found to have left pectoral and deltoides muscle injuries with a 10 day stand down recommended
