| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C0 - 295 | BENDALLS BOY, RUNS LIKE AL and REGINA HAKA were all slow to jump. GUS THE MUSS turned in the boxes and was 50 metres from the field when it emerged. This dog was required to complete a box trial under Rule 72.13. with this trial being completed after the last race. |
| Race 2 | Culverden Hotel Stakes - C0 - 520 | KNOW ATTEMPT and GRIDIRON were the last to jump. KNOW TASTE ran inwards in the early stages tightening OPAWA BART and OPAWA ZAC with these three dogs all losing ground. Into the first bend OPAWA BART checked off KNOW TASTE and lost ground. |
| Race 3 | Jet Pets Dash - C0 - 295 | REDIAL was last to jump. JUMPIN JALAPENO checked off the back of REDIAL on the home turn losing ground and dropping to the rear. |
| Race 4 | Borat At Stud Dash - C1 - 295 | OPAWA BLAZE jumped in the air just prior to the start and missed the jump badly. SUMMERLAND KING checked off BOTANY PRANCER into the bend and ran outwards badly checking RUNWAY QUEEN and LADY IN SHADES who lost their chances. |
| Race 5 | racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520 | OKUKU SURPRISE, SECRET NADIA and PAROLE TO EXCEL were all a shade slow from the outside boxes. Into the first bend PAROLE TO EXCEL ran inwards coming together with OKUKU SURPRISE. PAROLE TO EXCEL then checked inwards badly tightening SECRET NADIA who fell and RHYTHM IN BLUE who lost ground. PAROLE TO EXCEL continued to angle inwards with ULTIMATE SPICE and RHYTHM IN BLUE again being checked. Into the back straight BOTANY COMET checked off the back of kennelmate SHOULD BE CARLOS and lost some momentum. The faller SECRET NADIA got her leg stuck in her muzzle and was carried to the side of the track with a post race veterinary inspection revealing shoulder and triceps pain with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 6 | Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 295 | DONT CALL ME, OHOKA GERRY and OPAWA STU were all tardy from the traps. DOGGER BANK angled outwards into the bend tightening RADIATOR SPRINGS who lost ground. MAYMAYS JEM then ran outwards checking RADIATOR SPRINGS and OPAWA STU with these dogs dropping to the rear. |
| Race 7 | Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520 | SECRET SARAH was last to jump. Into the first bend DANCING NORRIS who was racing handy to the pace received a slight check as she came together with TAKE A TRICK who was improving on her inside. DANCING NORRIS dropped out to the rear following this and remained there. A post race veterinary check of DANCING NORRIS revealed triceps pain with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 8 | StockXchange Bar & Cafe Dash - C1 - 295 | MERELY A DREAM was very slow to jump. HOMEBUSH COCO was held up into the bend losing momentum. |
| Race 9 | Murray@Ray White Ph 3715005 Sprint - C1 - 295 | YALDHURST EDWARD was a clear last on jumping. LADY LUCY ran inwards in the early stages tightening FUR PATROL who lost ground. On the home turn UPSALA JEWEL ran a touch wide coming together with ARE TEE MAY with these two runners losing momentum momentarily. |
| Race 10 | Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C2 - 295 | BELFAST MUNCHA ran inwards in the early stages tightening OKUKU BOMBER and RAMBUNCTIOUS. The favourite KNOCK EM checked off the back of the pacemaking GEORGE BAXTER into the bend and then was tightened as RAMBUNCTIOUS improved on its inside. KNOCK EM ran on well for second. |
| Race 11 | Buy Sell & Exchange Stakes - C2 - 520 | MAINLAND STAR ran inwards coming together with KNOW EXCITEMENT in the early rush with these runners settling at the rear. MONTY DOSH ran outwards into the first bend checking OPAWA STYLE and WYNDHAM who lost ground. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Dash - C2 - 295 | HALF THROTTLE received a nasty check when racing on the outside of RENNERS GIFT into the bend with HALF THROTTLE dropping to the rear. On the home turn REDDY BOY angled outwards checking JIMMY CEE and RENNERS GIFT who both lost ground and their chances. |
