Track: Good The track was presented in good order after being power harrowed after the previous meeting on 27.07.2012. The meeting proceeded smoothly and with all equipment operating smoothly, the meeting concluded on time.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer J.McArthur was fined $ 100-00 under the Minor Infringement Table for a breach of Rule 69 .11 when TWIN TIGERS was presented to race 1.8 kilograms overweight from its last start weight on 18 July 2012.
MIRAGE ROYALE was a late scratching when the dog was not presented to race. After questioning the Trainer B.Johnston who stated that he never nominated the dog and the N.Z.G.R.A staff, it could not be clearly established that either party was responsible or culpable for the dog being placed in the field and as a result, no further action could be taken.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	DUM DIDDLY DO shifted out going into the bend and forced YEAH NAH and ZACCARA out into the line of CLUAIN MEALA who fell and GUNNA PARTY was brought down in the incident and made firm contact with the outside fence. Both dogs were examined by the Vet and GUNNA PARTY suffered injuries which resulted in the dog being euthanased. CLUAIN MEALA suffered bruising and a toe injury and was stood down for 10 days.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	MARJI MAYCEE began awkwardly losing ground when she had her foot caught on the lip of the front of the boxes. TANYBRYN shifted in on the first corner and collided with GHOST CHIPS and lost three lengths. SISTER SLICK and MARJI MAYCEE collided on the home turn and again in the home straight and they lost ground and finished several lengths behind the 3rd last dog.
Race 3	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	The two favourites CAWBOURNE CASEY and SCOTT ME GOING were the slowest to begin losing a length. CAWBOURNE CASEY and TRICKY PAULA were checked going into the bend losing four lengths and they stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 305	DASHER RUM and CRYSTAL BANNER were slow to begin losing several lengths. CRYSTAL BANNER went off stride soon after and finished several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a gastronemius injury. ANOTHER JAK UP shifted in on the first corner and checked SINGLE SCULLER and HOMEBUSH JEM who both lost three lengths.
Race 5	Palamountain Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH LACEY and MARTYN STREET were slow to begin losing three lengths.
Race 6	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 520	SYDILICIOUS was slow to begin losing two lengths and he then checked off the heels of LOTTO RASPBERRY on the first turn and ran wide into the bend losing further ground. THRILLING NEWS was handy in the early stages but began to drift going to the back straight and finished several lengths last and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with quadricep and pectoral muscle injuries.
Race 7	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	IMPERATIVE, SAMBUCCA and FRIZZLE FRAZZLE were slow to begin losing three lengths. IMPERATIVE began to make up some ground going to the first corner but was checked when HOMEBUSH DIGBY shifted in and she went back to the rear. FRIZZLE FRAZZLE and GENIAL collided in the home straight and GENIAL lost some momentum and finished in 6th place while FRIZZLE FRAZZLE continued on a strong run to finish in 2nd place.
Race 8	Guthrie Bowron C1 - C1 - 305	JIMMY THE BUCK checked off the heels of KINETIC FLYER going towards the straight entrance and ran wide forcing CARELESS TALK over extra ground.
Race 9	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	LANSVALE SPARK shifted out slightly on the first turn and checked THAT IS ALL who dropped back causing checks to OUR REBEL GIRL, BABY FALOU and RANDOM ACT and they lost four lengths and stayed back to finish in the last four places.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 Final - C1f - 520	THRILLING CLOUD and ERICS SONG came together and bumped soon after the start and THRILLING CLOUD went back to near the rear and stayed there to the finish. LITTLE BITTY GAL was checked on the first corner and she went back to last and gradually lost furhter ground, finishing several lengths last She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with metatarsal and toe joint injuries.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C2 - C2 - 305	The favourite CHASING SHADOWS was handy going into the bend but was checked losing two lengths. She then recovered quickly to make up ground and win the race. NUTS FOR SURE was also checked on the first corner losing two lengths and she finished in last place.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C2 - C2 - 305	GUNNA EXCITE was slow to begin losing three lengths. CAWBOURNE FLICK shifted in soon after the start and was galloped on by GUNNA EXCITE and they both lost three lengths in the incident. CAWBOURNE STEFFI shifted out on the first corner and forced LISSADELL TOBY out onto HOMEBUSH MELL and the last two mentioned runners lost ground.
