Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition after a lot of rain before and througout the programe All other equipment functioned well apart from the mishap in race one.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The boxes did not open the first attempt for this race .on examination of equipment it was found that there was water in the sensor on the running rail this was rectified with no further problems throuhout the meeting
All dogs were removed and checked over by the vet with the race restarted by hand started as a precation
Trainer Mrs M Mann was fined $150-00 minor infringment Rule 64.1 after she had failed by 7.30am on the 10-6-2012 to scratch NAUGHTY CAUGHTY from race 5 on the programe after the dog was stood down for 7days on the 7-6-2012.

Race 1	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C1 - 318	The boxes malfunctioned for this race refer judicial In the run to the first turn LOCKLINNE came out on to PURE THEATRE pushing this runner out on to JETSUN PLAYBOY who was attempting to get across was able to duck in across heels soon after KIOWA WHIZ raced across severly checking JOURNEY AGAIN whio stumbled and lost ground to the rear.
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	From the boxes FLYIN' SHIFTY raced hard across on to TESTIFY pushing him over on to DOGGED DAN who was severly checked back to the rear by several lengths GOOD PERCEPTION after being slow away got in to stride and raced in to the body of the field and caught the heels of TESTIFY and fell. GOOD PERCETION recovered her footing to finish on to the lure some distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check. and was found to have a right whip muscle injury with a 10 day stand down recommended DOGGED DAN never recovered from the earlier inteferance finishing in the rear and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 3	Jo's TAB Onehunga Stakes - C1 - 527	In the run to the first turn FUTURE PROOF raced across on to ILA GLADYS resulting in FUN TIME GIRL being squeezed and checked back to the rear
Race 4	Carol's TABS Sprint - C5 - 318	BRIGHT STAR was a late scratching at kennelling after being injured in the trailer on the way to the track with a 7 day stand down recommended From the boxes EMMA JAY raced across on to GURU GOOSE with CORPORAL JONES being tightened back from between runners he checked across heels to be the widest runner in to the first turn further in WINSOME BUSTER checked across heels then tried to get over racing in to the first bend where he ran on to the hindquarters of WE'RE SO LUCKYand ran outwards taking WE'RE SO LUCKY and CORPORAL JONES wider in to the top bend losing a lot of ground EMMA JAY was reported to be lame on returning to the kennel block and was vetted found to have suffered left hind spike wound and grazes with a 7 day stand down recommended.
Race 5	Magness Benrow Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start MR REECE raced across on to HOTWAX with PIRI being squeezed back at that point MR REECE continued over on to JETSUN RULES causing this runner to become unbalanced for a couple of strides as they raced in to the first turn
Race 6	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	There was no head on coverage for this race STORMY RHODE went up with the lids losing a length FRIZZLE FRAZZLE was also slow away. FRIZZLE FRAZZLE and BON VOGUE ran wide around the top bend and in to the home straight
Race 7	$100,000 Terminating Pick6 Stakes - C3/4 - 527	HOT POOTIE was a late scratching at kenneling when presented with a right fore nail bed infection with a 10 day stand down recommended MONSHIRAZ was away well with the field and was in a handy position on the rail racing around the first bend when he went off stride and drifted back to the rear finishing some distance behind the field at the lure . MONSHIRAZ was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a right gracilis muscle tear with a 60 day stand down recommended
Race 8	Magic Sprite Series Heat 1 - C4q - 318 Heat 1	ENOUGH IS ENOUGH missed the jump again today being 5 lengths in the rear in the early run to the first turn Soon after the start CORTECCIA ran in to the hindquarters of PROVEN SHELLY On the point of the home turn ASTON RED changed ground outwards running in to PROVEN SHELLY who was hampered for a couple of strides
Race 9	Magic Sprite Series Heat 2 - C4q - 318 Heat 2	Due to bad visability with the head on camera there was no clear film. Racing in to the first turn there was tightning and jostling in midfield with SNAP TO IT and TOI SHAN receiving checks and losing ground back to the rear FANCY MILLY also lost ground at this point .
Race 10	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C2 - 527	As the field jumped away from the boxes FANCY TOBY collided with THREE TO MANY putting this runner off balance for a stride or so THREE TO MANY then changed ground outwards covering extra ground in to the far bend
Race 11	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C5 - 527	CORE POWER was a late scratching at kenneling when presented with an infected nail bed on the right fore abcess with a 7 day stand down recommended MAHALO ROAD was away best from the start and was the early leader racing towards the end of the back straight ALABASTER came through on her inner KOKO WHIZ raced up on her outer MAHALO RHODE was tightened for room at this point and fell BENNY ROX was forced to hurdle MAHALO RHODE and stumbled almost falling LACHLANS CASH was almost stopped in his stride in avoiding BENNY ROX at this point. MAHALO RHODE recovered her footing to finish on to the lure and was sent for a vet check was found to have right metacarpal pain with a 10 day stand down recommended BENNY ROX was sent for a precautionary vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318	Soon after the jump SAFE AND SECURE ran in on to PREDATOR DRONE BLUE TRAMP raced across to the rail causing SAFE AND SECURE to lose a length or so at that point.
