Judicial report: J.T.McInerney the Trainer of BELLA SIENNA was fined $100-00 under the Minor Infringement Table for a breach of Rule 69 .11 when the dog was presented 2.0 kilograms over its last start weight on 27.06.2012.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH EDDIE was slow to begin losing four lengths and he stayed back throughout the race. GUNNA PARTY and INTENSE ZOOM were also a little slow to begin and they also stayed back and finished in the rear group. MISSY MACABRE was handy to the lead on the bend but checked over the heels of HELLO ELLO approaching the home straight and lost ground but recovered well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	SISTER SLICK was slow to begin losing three lengths. CLUAIN MEALA shifted in from the start and caused checks to GIRLY HAKA and ASHVEGAS VALUE who both lost ground. CLUAIN MEALA shifted in again on the first corner and checked MARJI MAYCEE who went back to the rear. MARJI MAYCEE, SISTER SLICK and DUM DIDDLY DO then came together going into the bend and ran wide losing ground. MARJI MAYCEE checked over the heels of SISTER SLICK on the home turn losing ground and she finished in last place.
Race 3	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	DIGGIN ON YOU, IMPERATIVE and SAMBUCCA were all slow to begin losing two lengths. SAMBUCCA recovered the best of the three and she finished in 2nd place. IMPERATIVE was checked going into the bend and she went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 305	SLANGEVAR was very slow to begin losing four lengths but he made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. SAMMY RUBY shifted in from the start and FAWN ALLEGRO shifted out and this resulted in checks to MARTYN STREET and NELLY FLAHERTY who went back to the rear and they stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	BIGTIME TREASURE, RIBA LORDA, SINGLE SCULLER and KINETIC FLYER jostled together for several strides soon after the start and lost ground. RIBA LORDA lost further ground on the bend when awkwardly placed inside HOMEBUSH JEM and she finished in 2nd last place.
Race 6	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite LISA BAXTER received a slight bump early in the race and settled back and was unable to make up ground and finished in 2nd last place. LANSVALE SPARK checked off the back of BULLABAKANKA on the first corner and shifted out checking SAFFRON FLAHERTY and they both lost ground and finished well back.
Race 7	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH LAYLA was slow to begin losing two lengths. Two of the favourites EXACT MASTER and OUR REBEL GIRL were checked going into the bend losing several lengths and all chance. EXACT MASTER recovered the best of the two and he finished in 4th place.
Race 8	Guthrie Bowron C1 - C1 - 305	COUGH IT UP shifted in from the start and checked TENKAY DOWN, MAINLAND SONIC and DASHER RUM and they all lost a little ground. TENKAY DOWN wanted to race away from the rail going to the first corner and shifted out onto the heels of BILLY HAKA and was then checked from behind and fell. MAINLAND SONIC, COUGH IT UP and JETSUN JULES all suffered interferance in the incident and they lost ground and finished in the last three places. TENKAY DOWN was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with suspected nerve damage to a foreleg.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C1 Ht 1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	SAND QUEEN who was well supported, did not get the best of runs early in the race and she settled well back and stayed there to finish in 2nd last place. She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a sprained hock.
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 Ht 2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	SYDILICIOUS was slow to begin losing three lengths and he then ran wide over extra ground on the first bend. LITTLE BITTY GAL shifted out slightly going into the first turn and WOT PRICE AGRO was momentarily hindered. WOT PRICE AGRO was then checked on the first bend when jostling with HOMEBUSH WARRIOR and they jostled again going into the final bend, went back to the rear and finished in the last two places.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C2 - C2 - 305	GREYWINDS KOBY began awkwardly losing several lengths but he made up ground well for 6th place. BOND ECLIPSE was also a little slow to begin. CULVI CORGI shifted out from the start and collided with KEZZ and they raced wide on the track covering extra ground. BOND ECLIPSE suffered a dislocated toe and MS TOURNAMENTAL suffered a webbing injury and they were both stood down for 21 days.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C2 - C2 - 305	RANDO REASON shifted in from the start and caused checks to WATERBUG, RON BAXTER, CAWBOURNE STEFFI and HOMEBUSH BUFFY who all lost varying amounts of ground. CAWBOURNE STEFFI was the most affected losing several lengths. ELOUERA BABE was the slowest to begin but ran on very well to win the race.
