Track: Good Track was presented in a very good racing condition with all other equipment in good working order.
Scales: Correct at all weights.
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer J T McInerney was fined $150-00 under minor infringment rule 64.1 for the non withdrawl of CAWBOURNE SMUDGE from race 5 by 7.30am on 6-7-2012 Wanganui Greyhound meeting.

Race 1	Awapuni Dash C0 - C0 - 375	From the boxes THRILLING SQUEAL raced sharply across causing HOMEBUSH SMOKE to be checked with THRILLING SQUEAL running on to BOOZE UP who was tightened on to NECTAR. Soon after racing in to the first turn NECTAR caught the heels of THRILLING SQUEAL losing a length or so with BOOZE UP moving outwards checking MISSY MACARBE at this point . MISSY MACARBE went back losing several lengths.
Race 2	Woodville Dash C1 Ht1 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	Racing in to the first turn LISSADELL TOBY was tightened between GREYWINDS KOBY and IMPERATIVE catching the heels of FLASH THAT as this runner came in . LISSADELL TOBY fell at this point .he recovered his footing to finish on to the lure and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 3	GEON Wellington C1 Ht2 - C1q - 375 Heat 2	LADYLICIOUS was akwardly away from midfield and was uncomfortable in her action for some distance tailing the field to the line. LADYLICIOUS was sent for a vet check where she was found to have an injury to right pectoral muscle with a 14 day stand down recommended. RAVEON raced wide in to and around the top bend being the widest in to the home straight becoming unbalanced for a stride or so he ran on strongly in the home straight for 3rd placing at the line.
Race 4	Sparky's Bar and Restaurant C1 Ht3 - C1q - 375 Heat 3	LOUIELICIOUS (fav) was hard up on the lids as they opened he stumbled on leaving the boxes losing a couple of lengths and never got in to contention there after. Racing on to the first bend LOOKS DECEIVING came out and bumped CHELSEAS BABE who went off balance for a stride or two losing ground wide out. CHELSEAS BABE jumped the rail at the lure and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	Peter Sinclair Photo Finish C2 - C2 - 375	Soon after the start RANDO REASON raced across checking LIGHTNING FEVER who went back a length or so . RANDO REASON kept racing across tightning HOMEBUSH TAYLOR THRILLING CAIRO and BOILED LOLLIES. THRILLING CAIRO recovered best to gain an inside run from there on.
Race 6	www.racingdogs.co.nz C2/3 - C2/3 - 375	BOND ECLIPSE and KEZZ collided soon after the start .a bit further on KEZZ tried to get out wide as HOMEBUSH SCOTTY came in ,these two runners jostled for some distance with KEZZ having to push out to avoid the heels of TURF MOOR.
Race 7	Foxton Dash C2/3 - C2/3 - 375	CAWBOURNE HARVEY was a late scratching at kenneling due to a fractured claw & bed p5 left hind with a 10 day stand down recommended. This was a fresh injury that must have happened whilst being transported to the track. All clear.
Race 8	Cloverlea Sprint C4 - C4 - 375	In the run to the first turn CHEMICALLY FREE attempted to get out wide was forced to check off the heels of THRILLING TUNE after running in to his hind quarters CHEMICALLY FREE then ran out and collided with WISE CRACK LAD these two runners ran almost to the outside fence and lost all chance there after.
Race 9	Manawatu Raceway Dash C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	Racing across the top MOLLY DARLING fell after being tightened between runners catching the heels of OPAWA THORN MOLLY DARLING recovered her footing to finish on to the lure and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found Racing in to the home straight MINDIRIVA made a run past runners running in to OPAWA THORN and KAZZ RAZZ. OPAWA THORN almost fell being severly checked KAZZ RAZZ was knocked sideways losing several lengths. THEODORE WEST (fav) was only fairly away and was forced to race wide through out the journey finishing in midfield. OPAWA THORN was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 10	Marton Stakes C1 - C1 - 457	Soon after the start HAIR SHE IS raced across on to THRILLING CLOUD and ERICS SONG. racing in to the first turn HAIR SHE IS came across running in to the shoulder of THRILLING CLOUD who stumbled going back to the rear ahead of this ERICS SONG checked back off the heels of SAND QUEEN with ERICS SONG going back on to SMOOCHA with this runner going outwards and wide with ERICS SONG across the top bend.
