Judicial report: Trainer G Cleeve was fined $100.00 (Minor Infringements Table) after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when KNOW CLASS weighed in 2.2 kgs above his last race weight on 24 June 2012.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	RADIATOR SPRINGS ran inwards checking ALL AGAINST ME soon after the jump with this runner losing ground. RADIATOR SPRINGS checked outwards off SYRIPS GIRL on the home turn and lost ground. GEORGE BAXTER received little racing room on that bend and lost momentum.
Race 2	Jet Pets Dash - C0 - 295	KATE ROSE and the favourite DRYSDALE were the slowest from the traps. Into the bend PARKERMON angled off the fence with OHOKA BLUE, GEORGIE WONG and DRYSDALE all receiving checks and losing ground. DRYSDALE recovered well to finish a close second.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C0 - 295	BANBIT was a clear last on jumping. GUS THE MUSS and TOP PLAYER came together for a stride in the early stages. These two runners were then tightened along the inside into the bend and lost ground.
Race 4	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C0 - 520	JUNIOR WHAT was last to jump. LINE HONOURS angled outwards into the first bend checking DITTMAN and CHOOSE TO LOVE who lost ground. BELFAST SKERTZ started to weaken in the back straight and was checked at the end of the back straight. He failed to finish the event with a post race veterinary check revealing that he had suffered from thumps with a fourteen day stand down recommended. Co-trainer Kirsty Taylor told Stewards that the dog would now be spelled. She was informed that the dog must complete a trial to the satisfaction of Stewards before being nominated for a middle distance race.
Race 5	David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C1 - 295	LADY IN SHADES and BRODIE BAXTER were the last to jump. LADY IN SHADES then ran sharply outwards coming together with BRODIE BAXTER with these runners losing more ground. BRODIE BAXTER was found to have a laceration to a toe following the race with a ten day stand down recommended.
Race 6	Flair Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 1	KNOW CLASS was presented 2.2 kgs above his last race weight with this increase being planned. AXEL GRINDER and OKUKU CRACKER were the last to jump. OHOKA ZOE was tightened into the first bend and lost ground. On that bend KNOW CLASS ran outwards coming together with SILVIA SUE who lost a couple of lengths.
Race 7	Ciburb Bar Sprint - C1 - 295	DONT CALL ME, the favourite PRIMITIVE and YELLOW DIAMONDS were the slowest to jump. Into the bend PRIMITIVE and YELLOW DIAMONDS both received checks off the back of WHERES SLOY as that runner shifted away from the fence. PRIMITIVE was noticed making ground late for fifth.
Race 8	Flair Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 2	MORE MODEL angled outwards in the early stages pushing OHOKA ASHLEY wider. MULBERRY ROSE ran wide into the first bend and lost ground remaining last throughout.
Race 9	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C2 - 295	BLICKLING BRIDGE and BOTANY ANN came together into the bend when at the rear.
Race 10	Flair Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 3	RITE ROUND RANGE and OPAWA BLAZE were slow to jump. PENNY BLUE SOX ran outwards in the early stages coming together with MUMS PRODIGY for a stride. Into the first bend NOT A KNOW angled outwards to find racing room pushing KNOW CHAOS and SITE AN EXCUSE wider on the track.
Race 11	Flair Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 4	PIED WARRIOR was a clear last at the jump. YAPSTER JEWEL ran inwards in the run to the first bend tightening ULTIMATE SPICE and OPAWA RAPID who lost ground. On the home turn PIED WARRIOR angled outwards coming together with RAMBUNCTIOUS when these runners were towards the rear.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	GOTTA FIND BUBBA was the last to jump. TUI HOTLIPS ran inwards checking GOTTA FIND BUBBA in the early stages as HALF THROTTLE was angling out from the inside. HALF THROTTLE and BELFAST SUZY came together on the home turn. A post race veterinary check of TUI HOTLIPS revealed a foot laceration requiring sutures with a ten day stand down recommended.
