Judicial report: Trainer Mr B Goodwin admitted to a breach of Rule 69.11 when he presented HOMEBUSH DIGBY for race 5 at 1.7kgs over from his last race on 27-6-12 he was fined $100-00 under the minor ingfringment rule.
Trainer Mrs M Goodwin admitted to a breach of Rule 69.11 when she presented RUN ALAN for race 12 at 1.7kgs over from his last race on 27-6-12 she was fined $100-00 under the minor infringment rule.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	Soon after leaving the boxes HOMEBUSH COCO raced across on to HOMEBUSH SMOKE and REGINA HAKA who was turned sideways with HOMEBUSH SMOKE going back to the rear .HOMEBUSH SMOKE and REGINA HAKA lost 5 or so lengths and were not able to get back in to contention from there on in .
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	RUSTY SAM was slow away losing 5 or so lengths .on racing on to the top bend RUSTY SAM was observed to jump in the air for a stride and failed to make ground there after and was sent for a vet check.The Stewards inspected the track in the area that RUSTY SAM jumped in the air but could find no problem with the surface or any objects on the track,. ABSOLUTE REALITY and HOMEBUSH ESME came together several times in the run down to the first turn ,soon after ABSOLUTE REALITY was observed to be galloping uncomfortably going back to near the rear beating one other runner to the line . ABSOLUTE REALITY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found . RUSTY SAM was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 3	GEON Wellington Maiden Final - C0f - 520	YALDHURST EDWARD slipped for a stride on leaving the boxes losing a length. Soon after the start LITTLE BITTY GAL and NECTAR came together soon after LITTLE BITTY GAL came down on to EXCITED ROYALE (fav) with these runners jostling for a couple of strides.LITTLE BITTY GALwent back to the rear and raced wide around the first bend she lost more ground in to the back straight and looked to be uncomfortable in her action finishing in the rear . LITTLE BITTY GAL was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found EXCITED ROYALE pulled up sore and went to the vet and was found to have a cut under the dew claw right front with a 10 day stand down recommended
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 - C0 - 305	Soon after leaving the boxes BIGTIME ROLLIE and HOMEBUSH HELLS collided with HOMEBUSH HELLS going up in the air and over on to GIRLY HAKA and EXACT MASTER. Racing across the top bend HOMEBUSH JULIE and SISAL came together for several strides.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	SANDY BAY was tardy away then attempted to get out wide racing in to the first turn causing checks to ANOTHER JAB and SAMMY RUBY who lost a few lengths at this point . SANDY BAY raced widest across the top bend and down the home straight finishing several lengths last at the line. On the point of the top bend CARELESS TALK ran on to the heels of MRS BOUQUET . MRS BOUQUET was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 6	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	Soon after the start HOMEBUSH BRUCE ran inwards as FURIOUS RESPONSE ran out resulting in THUNDERING JET being caught between these runners and was tightened back towards the rear . BOTANY COMET attempted to come out off the rail running in to SHERMAN FLYER tightning him on to PURE THEATRE for some distance in the run to the first turn . BOTANY COMET was pushed back on to the rail at this point with SHERMAN FLYER being tightened as FURIOUS RESPONSE crossed to the rail SHERMAN FLYER went back to the rear and was uncomfortable in his galloping action finishing a distance behind the field at the line and was sent for a vet check. BOTANY COMET was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found . BOTANY COMET recovered well from the earlier incident to finish in 4th placing . THUNDERING JET and NELLY FLAHERTY were severly checked and were pushed out wide in to the first turn as PURE THEATRE ran outwards to avoid heels . SHERMAN FLYER was found to have suffered injuries to neck muscles and right trapezius with a 21 day stand down recommended
Race 7	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	LISSADEL TOBY was slow away losing 5 or so lengths he then made ground rapidly between runners across the top bend then came together with BOTANY NANA racing in to and down the home straight for some strides. In the run down to the first turn RIBA LORD came across on to BOTANY NANA BOMBER MAN VICKIS QUEST and HOMEBUSH JODIE with these runners all being tightened for several strides with BOTANY NANA and RIBA LORD going back to the rear this was further compounded by OPAWA SACHA coming across at the same time .
Race 8	Guthrie Bowron C1 - C1 - 305	All clear
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	In the run down to the first turn UNTEACHABLE HAIR HE IS and ERICS SONG came together for a few strides soon after HAIR HE IS came out on to OPAWA STEVE who ran wide in the bend going off balance at that point going back to the rear by several lengths and finished some distance in the rear at the line . OPAWA STEVE was sent for a vet check where he was found to have pain over left and right trapeze muscles with a 14 day stand down recommended
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	DASHER RUN was a late scratching when found to be suffering from diahorrea before coming to the track From the boxes MAINLAND SONIC raced across and collided with JIMMY THE BUCK soon after TENKAY DOWN came across on to MAINLAND SONIC BIGTIME TREASURE HOMEBUSH JEM came across on to TENKAY DOWN jostling this runner for a couple of strides. BLACK JAY on the inner was forced to check back losing several lengths . BLACK JAY went back to the rear and never got in to contention from there on in .
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	Soon after the start WAIRERE MIRACLE ran outwards from the the inside box on to MIRAGE ROYALE ELLAVA SCRAP and THAT IS ALL soon after entering the first turn WAIRERE MIRACLE and ELLAVA SCRAP were vying for the lead MAC TAN was pushed over on to the back of ELLAVA SCRAP who was dragged down to the ground as YALDHURST FLYER came across YALDHURST FLYER and FAWN ALLEGRO were checked back with MAC TAN recovering quickly to keep his ground at that point . ELLAVA SCRAP recovered her footing to finish on to the lure some distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check and was found to have pain on flexion of both wrists with a 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C2 - C2 - 305	From the boxes BOILED LOLLIES came across on to ATE PIZZA who collided with HOMEBUSH GWEN who was turned sideways and went back to the rear. .ATE PIZZA lost a length but was quickly in to stride again .
