Judicial report: J.McInerney the Trainer of PARRA SPARRA was fined $ 100-00 under the minor infringement table for a breach of Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 1.7 kilograms under its last start weight on 15.06.2012.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C2 - C2 - 305	BOND ECLIPSE was very slow to begin losing five lengths. BINTY FLAHERTY shifted in going into the bend and checked LOTTO RASPBERRY who lost four lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C2 - C2 - 305	FLASH THAT was slow to begin from box 8 and then raced a little wide on the bend covering extra ground and finished in 6th place. PARRA SPARRA shifted in on the first corner and checked SINGLE SCULLER who went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	LINDOP, EVER SO HOPEFUL, CAWBOURNE SMUDGE and BELFAST KING came together and jostled for several strides going to the first corner and they all lost ground in the incident.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	The favourite EMMAS SECRET was checked soon after the start and she went back to last and failed to recover finishing in 2nd last place.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	RON BAXTER, OUR REBEL GIRL and ANOTHER JAK UP were slow to begin losing three lengths.
Race 6	GEON Wellington C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	REQUEST FUNDING and CAWBOURNE TOBES were slow to begin losing three lengths. TALEEDY TROOPER, CHARLI CLANG and CAWBOURNE DARCY were checked going into the bend and they lost three lengths. ASHBY ELLY and DIRECT RESPONSE ran wide into the straight but kept up strong runs to finish in 1st and 3rd places.
Race 7	Broad Roofing C4 NZ Bred Feature - R/A - 305	KELBY HAKA shifted out slightly checking CORTECCIA when going into the bend and GROOVY SHANE galloped on the back of CORTECCIA and they both fell and were examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 8	Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	The favourite DARLYN OTTEY received an interrupted run in the early stages and was shuffled back to the rear on the first bend and could not make up the lost ground.
Race 9	Gary Ross Decorator C5 - C5 - 305	AERIAL BAXTER was slow to begin losing two lengths. BILLY WHIZ and BERELLA CHELSEA collided when the start was made and BERELLA CHELSEA lost ground and settled near the rear,.
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	SMASH BANG WIN shifted in from the start and checked TWIN TIGERS and HOMEBUSH LACEY who lost ground. HOMEBUSH LACEY then shifted out going into the first bend causing checks to itself and to TWIN TIGERS and GO BOOF with all three losing ground and they stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 11	Wanganui Security C5 - C5 - 305	ANOTHER MOVE, COMPLICIT and PLANKING were slow to begin. COMPLICIT recovered well to finish in 3rd place but ANOTHER MOVE and PLANKING collided going into the bend losing further ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	SHALF shifted out going into the bend and forced ROSEMORE OSTI wide. A few strides further on SHALF was checked and he went back to last and finished in that position.
