| Race 1 | Super Pets Stakes - C0 - 520 | A change of Trainer for LINSATION from J&D Fahey to M Flipp occurred during the week with this information being disseminated pre race. JUNIOR WHAT was the last to jump. RITE ROUND RANGE ran inwards into the first bend checking BOTANY VIXEN who dropped to the rear. Kennelmates LINSATION and JUNIOR WHAT were both dragged down losing ground. KNOW HONOUR angled outwards on that bend pushing HEROISM over extra ground. On the home turn SECRET SARAH and LINSATION came together when well back. Post race veterinary checks of LINSATION and JUNIOR WHAT revealed no injury. |
| Race 2 | Angler's Arms Tavern Dash - C0 - 295 | PARKERMON ran inwards at the jump for a stride and checked JACKS FIRST. Into the bend JET EVEN checked outwards off the back of PARKERMON into the path of CALM BROOKE who was pushed very wide losing her chance. JET EVEN was found to have a small laceration to a toe with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 3 | Jet Pets Sprint - C1 - 295 | JAMES ARTHUR and OHOKA GERRY were both slow to begin. |
| Race 4 | Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C0 - 295 | CAPUA, HOMEBUSH ESME and REGINA HAKA were the slowest into stride. HOMEBUSH ESME was badly tightened in the initial stages as REGINA HAKA ran inwards and BANBIT angled outwards. HAZY DAZE was badly checked into the bend and dropped to the rear. |
| Race 5 | Wizelee At Stud Stakes - C0 - 520 | DITTMAN, LINE HONOURS and GRIDIRON were the slowest to jump. OPAWA CRUSHER angled inwards in the early stages taking the line of DITTMAN for a few strides. BELFAST SKERTZ ran inwards in the run to the first bend tightening SECRET NADIA and OHOKA BLUE. Into the first bend the favourite DITTMAN checked outwards off the back of GRIDIRON and pushed SECRET NADIA wider on the track. On the final bend SECRET NADIA got on the back of BELFAST SKERTZ with both runners losing their chances. Post race veterinary checks of these runners revealed no abnormalities. |
| Race 6 | Robbie's Bar & Bistro Dash - C0 - 295 | A change of Trainer for OPAWA WILD from R Breen to R Wales was notified to the public pre race. FULLA TORQUE and PHANTOM HAKA were the last to jump. |
| Race 7 | Shirley Veterinary Centre Dash - C1 - 295 | MIGHTY FORTUNE was the last from the traps. FUR PATROL ran outwards into the bend checking TEPIRITA ALI who lost ground. |
| Race 8 | Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C1 - 520 | FEAR GO was slow to jump and then checked as KNOW CHAOS crossed from his outside. KNOW CHAOS then came together with SILVIA SUE into the first bend. In the home straight KNOW CHAOS angled off the back of PAROLE TO EXCEL before running on well for second. |
| Race 9 | Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C3 - 295 | LES HART ran inwards shortly after the start with OKUKU LILLY, JIMMY CEE, ANOTHER COFFEE, RENNERS GIFT and FULLA PRIDE all being badly tightened and JIMMY CEE almost falling. Into the bend OKUKU LILLY and FULLA PRIDE again were checked as LES HART hunted for the rail. ANOTHER COFFEE checked outwards off OKUKU LILLY in this incident. Post race veterinary checks of JIMMY CEE and OKUKU LILLY revealed a laceration to the eye of OKUKU LILLY requiring sutures with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 10 | christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520 | NOT A KNOW angled inwards into the first bend as SITE AN EXCUSE ran outwards with RAMBUNCTIOUS and ULTIMATE SPICE being tightened and losing ground. ULTIMATE SPICE was forced wide around that bend. SAHARA STORM received a check when coming together with NOT A KNOW on the first bend. In the home straight SAHARA STORM was forced to change ground to obtain a run on the outside of BANK ROLLER. |
| Race 11 | Murray@Ray White Ph 3715005 Sprint - C1 - 295 | MERELY A DREAM was the last to jump. DONT CALL ME ran outwards in the back straight coming together with MIGHTY MONICA who had run inwards from an outside draw. AVEC LAMOUR was checked in behind these runners with KILKENNY also losing ground wider out. |
| Race 12 | Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C3 - 295 | DYNAMIK SPIRIT was the last to jump. PHAEDRAS FIRST ran inwards at the jump checking EL MAESTRO who dropped to the rear. PHAEDRAS FIRST was checked on the bend as OKUKU WEE MAN improved on her inside with PHAEDRAS FIRST then running outwards and checking BENJI LAFOURCHE who lost ground. |
