| Race 1 | Magness Benrow Sprint - C3 - 318 | PREDATOR DRONE was the last to clear the traps. HOT LASS ran inwards in the early stages tightening WINSOME BUSTER, EXCITING DREAM and PREDATOR DRONE with the instigator HOT LASS also losing ground and dropping to the rear. THRILLING JAFFA lost ground into the bend with EXCITING DREAM being inconvenienced in behind. |
| Race 2 | Trophies Plus Sprint - C0 - 318 | EXACT MASTER, SMIDGED and YEAH NAH were the slowest to jump. TAKE ON ME angled inwards into the bend with MR. JACK MAGIC being tightened and losing ground. YEAH NAH was checked at this stage when racing in behind TAKE ON ME with SMIDGED being forced wide to avoid this runner. Shortly after NEK MINUTE who was contesting the lead came together with TAKE ON ME with NEK MINUTE running wide and drifting out of the race. NEK MINUTE finished last with a post race veterinary check revealing wrist pain with a 21 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 3 | June Maiden Series Final - C0f - 318 | FLYIN' SHIFTY was checked for diarrhoea by the veterinary surgeon on the way to the start and was cleared to start. SAM BOY, KANGA WHIZ and FLYIN' SHIFTY were all slow to jump. AGENT JORGE ran inwards on to KIOWA WHIZ who was attempting to run outwards resulting in KIOWA WHIZ being dragged down and running outwards and pushing BO WOO and PIRI wider. In behind these runners FLYIN' SHIFTY ran inwards checking SAM BOY who lost ground. On the home turn SAM BOY angled outwards checking AGENT JORGE for a stride. A post race veterinary check of KIOWA WHIZ revealed no injuries. |
| Race 4 | Reel-Fishin.com Stakes - C1 - 527 | PAMPEST was the last to jump. On the first bend HAIR SHE IS was checked as PAMPEST improved on her inside. Into the back straight LOCHINVAR ONYX was checked from behind by HAIR HE IS and lost momentum for a few strides. PAMPEST got his muzzle stuck at the lure with a veterinary check revealing no abnormalities. |
| Race 5 | Auckland Vending Sprint - C2 - 318 | BINGO STARR and FRIZZLE FRAZZLE were slow to begin. JETSUN JULES ran inwards checking MOODY TUNES for a stride in the early stages. |
| Race 6 | Video Replay @ www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 318 | BIG LASS was the last to jump. LOCKLINNE was intent on getting to the outside in the early stages with STORMY RHODE being tightened as a result. Soon after LOCKLINNE came together with COOL TIME with this runner losing ground. |
| Race 7 | $50K Terminating Pick6 Sprint - C4 - 318 | WE'RE SO LUCKY checked outwards off the back of BLUE JEAN ALICE into the bend and into the path of DON'T KNOW who was severely checked and lost his chance. A post race veterinary check of DON'T KNOW revealed no injury. BLUE JEAN ALICE was found to have split her webbing with a fourteen day stand down recommended. |
| Race 8 | Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C1/2 - 527 | THRILLING CHARGE was a clear last on jumping. SIPPIN TEQUILA angled inwards into the first turn tightening FANCY TOBY, THRILLING APRIL, TATA SAFARI and THRILLING CHARGE with these dogs losing ground. Soon after SIPPIN TEQUILA continued on his quest for the rail badly checking TATA SAFARI who dropped to the rear. FANCY TOBY was again checked in this incident. |
| Race 9 | Thornton Auctions Stakes - C5 - 527 | KEROBOKAN was the tardiest from the traps. The favourite BIGTIMR KINVARA came off the fence into the first bend making contact with KOKO WHIZ and THRILLING QUEST. BIGTIME KINVARA then ran back inwards in front of TIMS TIGER with BIGTIME KINVARA being dragged down and dropping to the rear losing his chance. A post race veterinary check of BIGTIME KINVARA revealed no abnormalities. |
| Race 10 | Carol's TABS Sprint - C5 - 318 | PICNIC TIME and CORBY were the slowest to jump. MOON WARROWER was tightened into the bend as SNICKO crossed to the rail with ROSEMORE OSTI being inconvenienced in behind. AIN'T NO SAINT and ROSEMORE OSTI came together for a stride into the bend. |
| Race 11 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C3/4 - 527 | KIKI RHODE received a check shortly after the jump and settled last. Into the first bend KIKI RHODE improved into a narrow gap on the inside of MONSHIRAZ with that runner receiving a check and losing ground. |
| Race 12 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Final - C1f - 318 | TOI SHAN and ONLY KATE were the last to jump. FLYIN' MAGNUM was tightened into the bend and lost a few lengths. On the home turn an improving FLYIN' MAGNUM checked outwards off the back of HIT DA NOS and ran very wide pushing TOI SHAN towards the outside fence with both runners losing their chances. |
