Judicial report: BENNY ROX (D Schofield), HIGH FLYER (H Laagland) and TAKE ON ME (I George) all completed satisfactory trials as required by Rule 81. TAKE ON ME trialled in blinkers and under Rule 68.22 will race in blinkers in the future.

Race 1	June Maiden Series Heat 1 - C0q - 318 Heat 2	SMIDGED, FORECASTER and SAM BOY were all slow to jump. The favourite SMIDGED improved along the rail into the bend but then ran outwards contacting CARUBA KING with KANGA WHIZ and YEAH NAH both being badly inconvenienced at this stage.
Race 2	Trophies Plus Sprint - C4 - 318	FLYING FLYNN ran inwards checking DONT KNOW for a stride in the early stages. Soon after BIG SAM'S GIRL angled inwards contacting FLYING FLYNN with both dogs losing ground. COOL AND DRY received a check at this point and lost ground. On the bend ENOUGH IS ENOUGH checked outwards off the back of CAWBOURNE MADZ while on the bend DON'T KNOW checked outwards off WINSOME BUSTER and lost some momentum.
Race 3	June Maiden Series Heat 2 - C0q - 318 Heat 1	NEWTON WILLOW, RUMBALL AND ICE and PENO BOY were all tardy from the traps. PANGO appeared to clip the rail on the home turn and lose a couple of lengths. The favourite NEWTON WILLOW appeared to gallop awkwardly in the middle stages of the race dropping to the rear. A post race veterinary check revealed soreness in her pectoral muscle with a seven day stand down recommended. Handler Penny Sutch-Jones when questioned advised Stewards that the dog is still inexperienced and she expressed surprise at the level of support for the dog.
Race 4	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	SECRET SENSATION was awkward to box in this event. PATH TO PALMY ran inwards at the start checking HOT HOPE who dropped to the rear. PATH TO PALMY was tightened between runners into the bend and dropped to the rear. On the home turn the favourite SECRET SENSATION lay inwards when challenging and came together with FLYING MAGNUM losing some momentum. When balanced in the straight SECRET SENSATION ran on gamely to win narrowly.
Race 5	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C3 - 318	SOOTY'S ESTATE ran inwards in the early stages checking EXCITING DREAM and DECLARATION who both lost ground. PREDATOR DOME then angled outwards inconveniencing SOOTY'S ESTATE for a stride. DECLARATION ran outwards checking EXCITING DREAM with both dogs losing ground.
Race 6	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2	HIT DA NOS, KEZZ and BIGTIME TREASURE were slow from the traps. PINT STAR received a check in the back straight and lost ground. COOL TIME received a check into the bend when racing in behind HIT DA NOS with COOL TIME losing ground.
Race 7	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C2 - 318	THRILLING NEWS, MOODY TUNES and TATA SAFARI were all a shade slow to begin. BON VOGUE was checked into the bend as ART ATTACK angled inwards.
Race 8	$50K Terminating Pick6 Sprint - C5 - 318	CORBY, EMMA JAY and LOCHINVAR YASI were the slowest to jump. The sisters KISSIN KATE and MOTHERLEE came together and jostled for a few strides in the back straight with KISSIN KATE losing ground and DOLLY SCRAMBLE being pushed wider on the track. Following the race three dogs were stood down with injuries. They were LOCHINVAR YASI 21 days with split webbing, KISSIN KATE 14 days with a laceration requiring sutures and MOTHERLEE 21 days with split webbing.
Race 9	Carol's TABS Stakes - C1 - 527	DIVA RHODE came up with the lids and settled a clear last. She made ground well for second. MUNCHIN' KRUNCH was tightened into the first bend and ran outwards checking EXCITING GIRL who lost ground.
Race 10	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C2 - 527	OPAWA JOHNNY was the last to jump from the outside. LOCHINVAR VICINI ran outwards slightly into the first bend which caused THRILLING APRIL to shift outwards on to SURFING AL with these two runners dropping to the rear.
Race 11	Auckland Vending Stakes - C5 - 527	MAHALO RHODE and LOCHINVAR LAREDO came together for a stride in the early stages. BEATRIX KIDDO angled inwards into the first bend coming together with LOCHINVAR LAREDO with both dogs losing ground. On the final bend DIAMOND RAIDER faltered and dropped away with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 12	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C3/4 - 527	THRILLING CHARGE was the last to emerge from the traps. Outward movement in the early stages by DECADENT and KEROBOKAN contributed to tightening to HOT POOTIE and ENDORSE with these runners settling well back.
Race 13	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3	ONLY KATE was a clear last on jumping. BIG LASS wanted to run outwards and forced CAWBOURNE STEFFI wide on the home turn with these runners dropping to the rear.
