Judicial report: INDI RHODE was revetted after being stood down on the 10-6-2012 INDI RHODE was vetted all clear Rule 82.5 with the stand down recinded from today.
The connections of LICENCE TO CHILL race 2 admitted to a charge under Rule 80.1a of marring .
LICENCE TO CHILL was stood down for 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s

Race 1	Garrards Horse and Hound Sprint - C0 - 375	Racing down in to the first turn VERY CHILLY checked off the heels of ARKADIAN losing a couple of lengths . On the top bend VERY CHILLY was severly checked as RUMBALL AND ICE cut down towards the rail.VERY CHILLY lost several lengths at this point going back to the rear . SMIDGED was forced to race wide across the top bend when trying to make ground.
Race 2	Sergio @ Stud Stakes - C0 - 457	KANGA WHIZ and FLYIN' SHIFTY were cheked and held up racing in to the first turn Racing down the home straight KANGA WHIZ and FLYIN' SHIFTY had no room to improve for some distance with KANGA WHIZ ducking in for an inside run .FLYIN' SHIFTY was held up until close to the post finishing in 6th place close up and could be considered to be an unlucky runner. In the run down the home straight LICENCE TO CHILL marred the running of JETSUN PLAYBOY for several strides. The connections of LICENCE TO CHILL were shown a replay of the incident and admitted to a charge of marring LICENCE TO CHILL has been stood down Rule 80.1a for 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial.
Race 3	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C4 - 375	All clear.
Race 4	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Heat 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	In the run to the first turn MR LOCHLYN ran on to the back of DEB BALE with this runner going slightly down on her hindquarters for a stride MR LOCHLYN went back through the field to the rear . Both runners finished in the rear at the line . MR LOCHLYN was sent for a precautionary vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C2/3 - 375	Racing down in to the first turn PERCENTAGE MAN and HOT LASS were checked and held up when attempting to improve in to the field .
Race 6	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C5 - 375	LOCHINVAR YASI went up with the lids losing several lengths .LOCHINVAR YASI tried hard to make ground there after running in to 5th placing at the line.
Race 7	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Heat 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 2	All clear.
Race 8	Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C4/5 - 375	MY JACK ATTACK (fav) was away well from the outside box and was vying for the lead in the run in to the first turn as he attempted to cross towards the rail ONE TOUGH COOKIE could not avoid his heels and both these dogs were checked going back through the field towards the rear . MY JACK ATTACK was unable to make up ground ther after finishing towards the rear . MY JACK ATTACK was sent for a precautionary vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 9	Lawrence Racing Kennels Stakes - C4/5 - 457	LECTRA FANTASY was hamperd for room soon after the start .He ran out widest racing in this position throug out the journey covering a lot of extra ground finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 10	Fond Foods LTD Sprint - C1 - 375	PURE THEATRE missed the start by a couple of lengths . As the field jumped away SECRET SENSATION and LOCHLINNE collided . LOCKLINNE ran out on to BLUE TRAMP and RHYME IN MELODY with BLUE TRAMP being tightened back a length or so . Racing down in to the first turn LOCKLINNE was tightened on to the heels of RHYME IN MELODY and went back to the rear losing several lengths. .
Race 11	Congratulations Mr. Chino Stakes - C2/3 - 457	STORMY RHODE was away well and up handy racing in to the first turn then drifted back through the field .THRILLING PUNCH caught the heels of STORMY RHODE as this runner drifted back .THRILLING PUNCH lost a length or so in this incident . STORMY RHODE was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found. The Stewards showed the connections a replay of the run of STORMY RHODE with their concerns of the performance ,Trainer Wayne Steele advised the Stewards that the dog had not raced for several weeks and he has obviously been ..being an older dog too kind in the dogs preperation for todays run The Stewards have accepted Mr Steeles submissions on this occassion with the dogs future performances being monitered.
