Track: Good A good days racing with some very good performances and the track and equipment was well presented and the meeting proceeded smoothly with advertised start times being adhered to throughout.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C1 - C1 - 305	MAINLAND SONIC was slow to begin and settled at the rear. HOMEBUSH ROSEBUD shifted in going into the bend and MAINLAND SONIC raced onto his heels and both dogs lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group, TRICKY PAULA led from the start but ran wide on the bend and into the straight losing ground as a result and she finished in 3rd place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C1 - C1 - 305	FLASH THAT was the slowest to begin losing a length. CAWBOURNE CASEY shifted out on the first corner and caused a check to IMPERATIVE who lost ground and went back to last and finished in that position. YALDHURST FLYER ran very wide on the bend and into the straight losing ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 3	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) C1 - C1 - 520	All clear.
Race 4	Guthrie Bowron C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	FAWN ALLEGRO, KEITHY GEE, RONRAY CRUISER and HOMEBUSH DIGBY came together and jostled for a few strides on the first corner losing several lengths and they finished in the last four places. KEITHY GEE dropped back following the incident and finished several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a gracilus muscle injury.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	PINTA GUINNESS shifted in on the first corner and collided with NUTS FOR SURE with both runners losing three lengths.
Race 6	NZ Breeders Stakes Heats (Group 1) Heat 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	GEOFF THE REF was slow to begin losing two lengths. ODE TO LIBERTY shifted in from the start and caused checks to FELIXSTOWE, BIGTIME WHIZZ, DEE KAY EM and KNOW PEACE who all lost ground and settled at the rear. ODE TO LIBERTY shifted out on the first corner and collided with GEOFF THE REF and they lost ground and went back to the rear.
Race 7	NZ Breeders Stakes Heats (Group 1) Heat 2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	REGAL DANCER shifted in going to the first corner and checked SPACE RACE who lost ground. Soon after, JINJARANGO shifted out and THRILLING HAVOC shifted in and this resulted in checks to ADMIRE, REGAL DANCER and EMILY who all lost ground and dropped back to the rear.
Race 8	NZ Breeders Stakes Heats (Group 1) Heat 3 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	ANOTHER BREEZE shifted in from the start and caused checks to BARRYS WAY, UNSHAKEN and ATTIRE who all lost ground with ATTIRE the most affected and he went back to last and stayed there to finish in that position. ATTIRE'S galloping action did not appear correct and he was examined by the Vet as a precaution and stood down for 14 days with pectoral muscle and wrist pain. JINJAWINJA shifted in on the first corner and checked BARRYS WAY who lost three lengths.
Race 9	Wanganui Security C3 - C3 - 305	TRENDY KNOCKAS began a little awkwardly losing ground and she then raced out wide on the track covering considerable extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	LOTTO PROFIT driifted off the back of the field early in the race and she continued to lose ground and finished several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Mickey's Super Liquor C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BOUND BY PRIDE was the slowest to begin but secured a clear run to finish well and win the race.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	STATELY BABE shifted in on the first corner and checked ASHBY ELLY who went back causing checks to CIAO FOR NOW, SPEEDY LEESHELLE and BERRIDALE BULLET and all four lost ground and finished in the last four places.
