Judicial report: Handler Angela McInerney was reminded of her obligations in retreiving dogs for pre race presentation at the required time in the future .

Race 1	Thornton Auctions Sprint - C2 - 318	DECLARATION was akwardly away from the outside box losing a length or so racing in to the first turn WOT PRICE AGRO crossed to the rail making ground the same time as HOMEBUSH TAYLOR was tightened momenterily by BEAR CUB, causing WOT PRICE AGRO to cross the heels of HOMEBUSH TAYLOR and stumble ,WOT PRICE AGRO went back to the rear finishing some distance in the rear at the line WOT PRICE AGRO was sent for a vet check where he was found to have suffered left digital flexors pain with a 14 day stand down imposed LAMAR'S LADY was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be suffering from left wrist pain on flexion and a 10 day stand down was imposed
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	COOL TIME from midfield stumbled for a stride coming off the mat FLYIN' SHIFTY raced akwardly in to the first bend and he was galloping akwardly in to the home straight losing ground finishing in last placing at the line FLYIN' SHIFTY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 3	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C1/2 - 527	Soon after the start EXCITING GIRL and THRILLING PUNCH came together ,soon after THRILLING BLITZ raced across on to SURFING AL and LINDOP who was tightened and got off balance for a stride or so ,racing in to the first bend LINDOP and SEEING EXCUSES were tightened as SURFING AL and PAMPEST kept there lines ,SEEING EXCUSES ran out of room and climbed on to the back of LINDOP whis this dog running outwards to recover her balance ,SEEING EXCUSES raced up on her inside and went wide down the back straight where LINDOP could not clear this runner losing a fair amont of ground finishing in last placing at the line .
Race 4	Jo's TAB Onehunga Sprint - C3 - 318	BAD STATE was akwardly away from the outside box, soon after PICNIC TIME ran outwards on to PREDATOR DRONE , further in ZEBIDIAH came across on to POWER GIRL jostling with this runner for a few strides POWER GIRL was checked back at this point losing momentum going back towards the rear never getting back in to contention from there on in BAD STATE ran wide in to and around the top bend covering a lot of extra ground finishing in last placing at the line
Race 5	Plaster Board LTD Duke Of Edinburgh Silver Collar Heat 1 - C2dq - 779 Heat 1	THRILLING BRAT (fav) raced up handy in the early stages ,then raced out wide down the home straight the first time around ,in to the back stretch THRILLING BRAT raced wide losing ground ,he then went in inwards until the home turn where he ran out wide again costing him more ground finishing in 2nd placing at the line
Race 6	Go The Red Dog Stakes - C1 - 527	Soon after the start FUTURE PROOF and DIVA RHODE came together as FUN TIME GIRL raced across ,FUTURE PROOF was forced to check back off heels as DIVA RHODE was pushed across in to her racing line ,FUTURE PROOF went back to the rear by a couple of lengths ,further out SHIRONA was forced over a fair amount of xtra ground around the first bend and in to the back straight as STAR BOUND raced through on her inner with SHIRONA not being able to get around this runner Racing in to the far turn FUN TIME GIRL was checked and went back several lengths as DIVA RHODE crossed her to get down to the rail
Race 7	Plaster Board LTD Duke Of Edinburgh Silver Collar Heat 2 - C2dq - 779 Heat 2	SWIFT FANTASY jumped away with the field then went back as is her usual racing style to about 10 or so lengths with a lap to run ,SWIFT FANTASY made ground swiftly as they raced in to the back straight ,then struck trouble when running on to the heels of LOTTO PROFIT who moved out as SWIFT FANTASY went to go past this runner ,SWIFT FANTASY lost momentum ,but ran on strongly again once clear of this runner to run in to 3rd placing at the line
Race 8	Hifi Allegro Series Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	Soon after leaving the boxes there was tightning in the midfield as STIFF came across on to BOY SPICE pushing him over on to BRIGHT STAR (fav)with TALIESIN BLUE inside this runner pushing through to keep his ground ,BRIGHT STAR was severly hampered at this point going back a length or so soon after in behind these runners RIVETTE DECODED came across on to BOY SPICE who was checked ,also LACHLAN VALLEY on his inside was tightened for a stride or so ,racing on to the bend BRIGHT STAR was tightened and ran in to the back of STIFF where BRIGHT STAR almost fell and was severly checked ,BRIGHT STAR went back to the rear and finished in last placing at the line BRIGHT STAR was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 9	$60,000 Pick6 Sprint - C4 - 318	Soon after the start STUMPY KASHKOW raced across the heels of SASHA'S ONE when looking for racing room ,soon after DON'T KNOW from the wide box raced across towards the rail severly tightning BELFAST KING BIG SAM'S GIRL, SASHA'S ONE and STUMPY KASHKOW ,also on the inside CAWBOURNE COOKIE ,all these runners were badly checked and hampered losing several lengths ,these runners could not get in to contention from there on in . EMMA JAY was in front soon after the start and was clear of inteference with RUN A BATH able to get out of the early trouble to run in to 2nd placing ,with DON'T KNOW getting clear of the tightened runners to be in 3rd placing at the line
Race 10	Hifi Allegro Series Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2	ELLY'S GIRL was akwardly away scrambling off the mat ,she recovered to be quickly in to stride to lead through out the contest .,in the run down to the first CORBY came out as CAPTAIN RICHIE came across tightning RIPPED JEANS ,these three runners jostled for several stride with RIPPED JEANS being tightened out from between runners and in going back he stumbled for a stride and ended up in the rear ,CAPTAIN RICHIE got off balance in this incident and went out wide in to and around the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running DONNA BAXTER was a late scratching when found to be suffering from diorheoa and dehydration on arrival with a 5 day stand down imposed CORPORAL JONES was a late scratching on arrival when found to have a foot injury with a 10 day stand down imposed
Race 11	Johnny Midnight @ Stud Stakes - C4/5 - 527	Racing around the first bend MINT POWER was caught wide ,further on racing in to the back straight MINT POWER crossed the racing line of DIAMOND RAIDER causing this runner to check back a couple of lengths ,MINT POWER raced widest along the back straight until moving in closer racing across the top bend DIAMOND RAIDER never recovered from the earlier check finishing in last placing at the line.
Race 12	Auckland Oaks - R/Af - 527	DARLENE OTTY and OOH LA COOL were quickest in to stride ,DARLENE OTTTY led all the way with OOH LA COOL being checked across the top bend as JINGAWINJA raced through on her inside, OOH LA COOL lost momentum going back 4 or so lengths ,and could be considered to be an unlucky runner not to have filled a dividend bearing place finishing in 6th placing at the line
Race 13	Hifi Allegro Series Heat 3 - C5q - 318 Heat 3	From the boxes CAWBOURNE JOSE raced across towards the rail running in to LITTLE WISHES and CHA CHA CHAINSAW ,CAWBOURNE JOSE was turned sideways for several strides as LITTLE WISHES was being severly tightened at this point going back a length or so, ,LITTLE WISHES then changed ground outwards to find clear racing room and was soon severly checked and tightened as LOCHINVAR YASI came across and CHA CHA CHAINSAW moved out to avoid the heels of CAWBOURNE JOSE ,LITTLE WISHES and CHA CHA CHAINSAW were forced back to the rear and were not able to get back in to contention from there on in .
Race 14	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	FLYIN' MAGNUM was akwardly away from the inside box losing a couple of lengths , ONLY KATE jumped out and ran in to the shoulder of ASTUTE WHIZ ,ONLY KATE became unbalanced for a couple of strides, further on ART ATTACK came across with ONLY KATE running on to the back of him and stumbled for a couple of strides ,ASTUTE WHIZ in behind these runners ran in to the back of ONLY KATE, further on racing in to the bend ONLY KATE caught the heels of ASTUTE WHIZ and lost ground ,she recovered well to run on for 5th placing at the line
