Judicial report: Mr R Death AGRC General Manager was fined $100.00 after readily admitting to a charge under the minor infringment rule 88.1.-o of being negligent in not scratching BEATRIX KIDDO from race 1 by the required scratching time
HIGH FLYER was stood down under rule 81.1 to complete a satisfactory trial/s

Race 1	Magness Benrow Sprint - C3/4 - 318	Due to technical difficulties there was no recording of this race WINSOME FLASH was slowest away from the inside box and never got in to contention from there on in Racing down in to the first turn SANDS OF TIME and BIG SAM'S GIRL collided with SANDS OF TIME being turned sideways and becoming unbalanced for a stride or so ,SANDS OF TIME recovered well to finish in 2nd placing at the line
Race 2	Legs Eleven Sprint - C0 - 318	SAM BOY and ILA GLADYS were the slowest away , COOL TIME from the widest box ran straight across from the jump and collided with JETSUN FLAME knocking this dog sideways and unbalancing her for a stride or so ,ILA GLADYS raced out wide soon after leaving the boxes Racing in to the first turn FLYIN' SHIFTY caught a heel of LOUIELICIOUS going back a couple of lengths Racing towrds the home turn JETSUN DREAM came in on to FLYIN' SHIFTY with these two runners jostling for several strides ILA GLADYS after racing out widest through out the running ran on gamely for 3rd placing at the line
Race 3	Thornton Auctions Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing down in to the first turn PERCENTAGE MAN came across tightning EMMA JAY on to RUBY TRON who was trying to get out off the rail at the same time AGENT VICTOR came across on to PERCENTAGE MAN with MR DAPTO racing across from wider out ran in to the shoulder of AGENT VICTOR knocking him off balance where he fell ,SOOTY'S ESTATE ran over the top off AGENT VICTOR and on to the back of MR DAPTO almost dragging this runner down AGENT VICTOR recovered his footing to finish on to the lure some distance behind the field ,he was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered muscle damage to the right deltiod a 10 day stand down was imposed RUBY TRON suffered a mild case of hypoxia after pulling up to the lure,she was vetted and had recovered quickly with no stand down imposed
Race 4	Go The Red Dog Sprint - C2 - 318	Soon after leaving the boxes LAMAR'S LADY and REALON RAPTURE came together, REALON RAPUTRE was tightend soon after as BEAR CUB and FRIZZLE FRAZZLE came across ,this resulted in more tightning to the inside runners LAMAR'S LADY, BOMBER MAN and DECLARATION (fav) who were all checked back to the rear ,FRIZZLE FRAZZLE was tightened between runners severly at this point ,REALON RAPTURE tried to get over to the rail with LAMAR'S LADY holding him out ,all these runners suffered interference in the running down to the first turn , EXCITING DREAM and PICNIC TIME the two outside box runners were the only two in the race to be clear of inteference and were the first two runners home.
Race 5	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 318	There was tightning and jostling between most of the runners in this race heading down to the first turn ,BIG LASS and EXCITING GIRLcame together soon after the start ,OCTANE ROYALE ,HOTWAX, TIGER KAREN were all affected losing ground in to the first turn ,HOLLAND BADGER and ONLY KATE were able to stay clear of trouble abd were the first two runners at the line
Race 6	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C5 - 318	Soon after the start ASTON RED and DOLLY SCRAMBLE came together for a couple of strides with ASTON RED going back to the rear of the field by several lengths Racing in to the first turn FLYING FLYNN raced across on to KISSIN KATE as CAPTAIN RICHIE came out off the rail ,KISSIN KATE ran out of room and fell ,CAPTAIN COUTTS was severly checked and AIN'T NO SAINT went over KISSIN KATE almost falling also ,FLYING FLYNN, CAPTAIN COUTTS and DOLLY SCRAMBLE all lost any chance there after KISSIN KATE regained her footing to finish on to the lure some distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found AIN'T NO SAINT was sent for a vet check where he was found to have suffered an injury to the right interspinutus muscle with a 10 day stand down imposed
Race 7	$20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C2 - 527	Soon after the start BIGTIME KAREN and THRILLING APRIL came together with THRILLING APRILbeing checked and going back to the rear , THRILLING APRIL never recovered to get back in to contention from there on in
Race 8	Farewell Shaun Jackson Sprint - C5 - 318	LOCHINVAR YASI was the slowest away losing 3 or more lengths ,Racing down to the first turn THRILLING SIGHT and BRIGHT STAR raced in close contact for some distance further back towards the rear RIVETTE DECODED was hampered as LOCHINVAR YASI raced around the field pushing RIVETTED DECODED over on to the heels of MOTHERLEE Racing towards the home turn ELLY'S GIRL and RIVETTE DECODED collided with RIVETTE DECODED becoming unbalanced for several strides as she raced in to the home straight.
Race 9	Auckland Vending Sprint - C3/4 - 318	BERRIDALE BULLET and NATHAN'S CHAMP came together soon after the start and jostled for some distance ,BERRIDALE BULLET lost a couple of lengths in this incident racing in to the first turn LITTLE WISHES raced across to the rail causing CHEVERTON to go up in the air in avoiding running on to the back of this runner,further out SASHA'S ONE and COOL AND DRY ran wide in to the top bend BAD STATE ran 3rd at the line and was finishing on strongest over ran the lure having to hurdle it ,he then tried to turn back to the lure and was bowled over by the following field BAD STATE was sent for a vet check where no abnormalies were found
Race 10	Carol's TABs Stakes - C4 - 527	Racing past the post the first time around ENDORSE raced across on to MAHALO RHODE, ASSEGAI causing these two runners to be tightened with MAHALO RHODE being checked back and moving outwards in to the line of CAWBOURNE STARS and LACHLAN'S CASH being forced over extra ground
Race 11	Johnny Midnight @ Stud Stakes - C1 - 527	THRILLING MARCH was akwardly away from the start and raced in the rear through out
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	HIGH FLYER and NAUGHTY COURTY were the two leaders from the boxes ,they came together an joslted a couple of times racing in to the first turn ,as the field straightened for the run in HIGH FLYER seemed to lose concentration for a stride HIGH FLYER keeping going to run on and win HIGH FLYER was sent for a vet check where she was found to be suffering from a right biceps muscle injury with a 10 day stand down imposed On the point of the home turn HOT HOPE was in the rear by several lengths made the turn akwardly getting off balance for a couple of strides. The Stewards reviewed the film of the home turn with Mrs Laagland (trainers Rep) and after considerable deliberation a charge of non pursuit was not laid against HIGH FLYER as the incident was not clear enough on this occassion .HIGH FLYERS racing manners on this occassion caused concern with a stand down under rule 81.1 for a satisfactory trial/s to be completed .
