| Race 1 | Absolutely Electrical C2 - C2 - 305 | BOILED LOLLIES was the slowest to begin but recovered well to win the race. HOMEBUSH DIGBY and SINGLE SCULLER jostled together going to the first corner and lost ground with SINGLE SCULLER being the most affected and she lost four lengths and stayed back to finish in last place. HOMEBUSH DIGBY made up ground well following the incident and finished in 3rd place. HOMEBUSH ALEX was checked losing two lengths when on the heels of GINA MAC on the first corner and he finished in 6th place. |
| Race 2 | Harrison Hire Master C2 - C2 - 305 | The favourite BIGTIME ALLGO was one of the slowest to begin from box 7 and he had to check of the heels of ELLAVA SCRAP on the bend losing further ground and finished in 5th place. HOMEBUSH BRUCE dropped off the back of the field on the first corner and finished several lengths last and he was examined by the Vet as his galloping action did not appear to be correct. HOMEBUSH BRUCE was found to have pain in a calf muscle with a 7 day stand down imposed. |
| Race 3 | Guthrie Bowron C2 - C2 - 305 | The two favourites TRENDY KNOCKA'S and SEDGEBROOK ELITE were slow to begin and then covered extra ground after starting from the outside two boxes. SEDGEBROOK ELITE made up ground well to finish in 2nd place with TRENDY KNOCKA'S in 5th place. |
| Race 4 | Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C2/3 - C2/3 - 305 | SALLY SAY SO and MISTER WHISKER who were both resuming after short spells, bumped together for several strides in the race to the first corner losing ground and they finished in the last two places. |
| Race 5 | Palamountains Nutrition C1/2 - C1/2 - 520 | MR JAZZ MAN shifted out going to the first corner and collided with BIG GIRL WELSHY and soon after THRILLING ANNIE shifted in and forced MR JAZZ MAN in off line and all three of the dogs lost ground and settled back in the field. |
| Race 6 | GEON Wellington C2/3 - C2/3 - 305 | EFF FIVE WARNING and UNTEACHABLE were slow to begin losing two lengths. HOMEBUSH ZITA checked off the heels of EFF FIVE WARNING going into the bend and lost two lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place. |
| Race 7 | Keenan Concrete C4 - C4 - 305 | MOODY MAN, ASTONISHING, REQUEST FUNDING and MIRAGE were all slow to begin losing three lengths. ASTONISHING recovered the best of the four and she finished in 3rd place. MIRAGE who was reasonably well supported, ran wide covering extra ground on the bend and finished in last place. |
| Race 8 | Broad Roofing C4 - C4 - 305 | ANOTHER STREET and SEDGEBROOK LEE were slow to begin losing two lengths. PLANKING shifted in on the first corner forcing OPAWA BLACK in onto KANGO KLINK who made contact with the rail went back onto HOMEBUSH SCOTTY. All three lost ground and KANGO KLINK was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with leg soreness. |
| Race 9 | NZRS Ht1 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 1 | MISSING MELODY shifted out from the start and checked EMMA MARIE, REGAL DANCER and BOTANY WAY who all lost ground and they settled at the rear. MISSING MELODY then shifted in on the first corner and checked MICK MANIA who lost two lengths. |
| Race 10 | NZRS Ht2 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 2 | THRILLING TUNE, OKUKU STAR and HOWLIN WIND jostled together for several strides at the start and settled back . HOWLIN WIND galloped on the back of UPAHUT CINDY who shifted out onto KERRYS DELIGHT on the first corner and all three dogs lost ground. |
| Race 11 | Mickey's Super Liquor C5 - C5 - 305 | The start was delayed by 2 minutes at the request of T.A.B Control. BLACK COULDRON and BELFAST NODDIE were slow to begin losing two lengths. BELFAST NODDIE and DONNA BAXTER collided going to the first corner and lost ground. KEACHYS MATE and DONNA BAXTER bumped together for several strides going into the bend and lost ground. BLACK COULDRON and BELFAST NODDIE also bumped together on the bend losing ground and they finished at the rear. KEACHYS MATE was observed to be limping following the race, was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
