| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295 | Theokoles and Wandy Hallee came together and made firm contact shortly after the start , with Theokoles being unbalanced momentarily. When racing into the bend Exciting Kyle, which was racing tight to the inside of Les Hart, was checked and lost ground .Reddy Boy and Homebush Boris came together and made firm contact rounding the turn ,with Reddy Boy running wider on the track. |
| Race 2 | Islington Tavern Dash - C4 - 295 | Into the first turn Sosan was checked and lost ground when Pure And Special shifted down to the rail .Turning for home Another Hit and Wandy Boiler came together and bumped with Wandy Boiler being shifted wider on the track. When questioned about the improved performance of winner Okuku Ollie trainer R Casey informed the stewards he felt the dog was more confident running in daylight hours when wearing blinkers. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295 | Dynamik Spirit was slow to begin. Wandy Luck and Minis Fantasy came together and bumped on a number of occasions leading into the turn where Minis Fantasy was checked and lost ground. When questioned about the run of Lotsa Style co trainer K Taylor stated that the greyhound had missed away at its previous start and they had concentrated on box practice throughout the week ,she further added that Lotsa Style was also presented at stir up tonight. |
| Race 4 | Happy Birthday Maureen Kingston Stakes - C2 - 520 | Emie Rose was slow early. Shortly after the start Crossfire Max was hampered and lost ground when racing between Sonic Duffer and Slender Chance . Rounding the final turn Know Fun and Dyna Indigo came together and bumped as Dyna Indigo began to give ground. When questioned about the performance of Dyna Indigo the kennel were of the opinion the greyhound is better when obtaining the lead in its races and an ouside draw did not aid the dog's chances tonight . |
| Race 5 | Buy Sell & Exchange Sprint - C5 - 295 | The start of this event was delayed by a request from TAB control . Homebush Lignite was slow to begin. Into the first bend Visual Illusion was checked and lost ground when crowded by Pretty Good . |
| Race 6 | Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C4 - 295 | Shortly after the start Opawa Collar shifted off the rail and forced Dyna Brownlow into the racing line of Excuse Please , Renners Gift and Botany Zena ,resulting in these runners coming together and being unbalanced for some distance. Into the first turn Another Raewyn was checked and lost ground when racing tight to the inside of Homebush Helen . Renners Gift and Botany Zena came together and bumped rounding the bend into the straight. |
| Race 7 | Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C5 - 295 | Wandy Chick was a late scratching on vets advice at kennelling. Rounding the first bend Persian Oil and Ladakh bumped with both runners being unbalanced for a short distance and Ladakh running wider on the track. |
| Race 8 | Hampden Tavern Stakes - C4 - 520 | Shortly after the start Wot Price Curly and Miss Iron Fist made firm contact and were unbalanced for a short distance. In the run to the first bend Know Peril shifted out from the rail as Nerd Corner shifted down the track resulting in Ringos Colt and Magic Lass becoming badly unbalaced and checked . Nerd Corner was then dragged from behind and lost all chance , trailling runners Wot Price Curly and Miss Iron Fist were also affected in this incident . Mixed Grill hurdled Magic Lass which had been galloped on from behind in this skirmish . A post race veterinary inspection of both Magic Lass and Nerd Corner revealed no apparent abnormalities. |
| Race 9 | Borat At Stud Sprint - C5 - 295 | Kinga Mike shifted down the track shortly after the start and hampered Another Legin , shortly after Kinga Mike made firm contact with Freddie Baxter and lost momentum when unbalanced . |
| Race 10 | Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C2/3 - 520 | Should Be Carlos was slow into stride . In the run to the first bend Mainland Star and Red Label Penny made firm contact with Red Label Penny becoming unbalanced and losing momentum , Red Label Penny was further hampered and checked to the rear when buffeted between Homebush Wild and Should Be Carlos . |
| Race 11 | Jet Pets Dash - C5 - 295 | Shortly after the start Jed Norton and Cawbourne Moff made firm contact and became unbalanced for a short distance . Into the first bend Gazzas Pride shifted off the rails and jostled with Another Gon , Another Gon was forced outwards and checked off Cawbourne Moff losing all chance. Gazzas Pride continued to race wide and forced Cawbourne Moff over extra ground . |
| Race 12 | Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295 | Dont Forget Jet was slow to begin . Shortly after the start Know Trust shifted out and made firm contact with Cheetah Woods which lost momentum ,Cawborne Flippa was also unbalanced in this incident . Cheetah Woods was further hampered rounding the bend losing all chance . Following the race Queen Mother was found to have a hip support injury with a ten day stand down recommended. |
