Judicial report: Trainer D Schofield laid a complaint to the Stewards alleging a verbal and physical altercation with Handler Glen Quirk at the catching area after race 11 at todays meeting
The Stewards have opened an adjourned an inquiry for more enquires to be made

Race 1	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Series Heat 1 - C0q - 375 Heat 1	JETSUN HUNTER was away with the field ,then went down on his hind legs before he got off the mat ,he lost several lengths at this point and was not able to get in to contention from there on in
Race 2	All Sew Embroidery Series Final - C1f - 375	Racing into the first turn JETSUN BLAZE drifted in and collided with HOLLAND BADGER. As a result HOLLAND BADGER ran out of room and settled at the rear of the field. Rounding the first turn, HOLLAND BADGER got up on the heels of JETSUN BLAZE when improving the outside of this runner. As a result, THRILLING JINGLE was awkwardly placed on the heels of HOLLAND BADGER and checked for a few strides. Enter the final straight, RHYME IN MELODY improved outside of PURE THEATRE and got up onto the heels this runner. THRILLING JINGLE was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 3	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Series Heat 2 - C0q - 375 Heat 2	From the boxes, LICENCE TO CHILL, HEAD LASS, SECRET SENSATION came together and as a result became unbalanced for a stride or two. THUNDERING JET was slow and then raced up wide into the first turn.and across the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground through out the running SECRET SENSATION shifted inwards down the final straight to obtain clear running.
Race 4	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Final - C1f - 457	FLYIN MAGNUM was a late scratching when found to be suffering from dihorrea when loading to leave for the track. FUTURE PROOF and TE POP JOE were the slowest from the boxes. Approaching the first bend, INDI RHODE shifted inwards across the heels of CARUBA QUEEN who was shifted outwards. Down the final straight, PINT STAR shifted out under pressure and made contact with TWIN RIVERS.
Race 5	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C1/2 - 375	RHODA HOLMES was a late scratching when was found by the vet to be suffering from swelling over the left hind tendon a 14 day stand down was imposed Running into the first bend, BOMBER MAN was crowded for room and checked for a stride. As a result, ASTUTE WHIZ who was tailing BOMBER MAN, had to also check losing several lengths in the incident. ASTUTE WHIZ was never in contention from there on and was subsequently sent for a vet check.where no abnormalities were found BINGO STARR ran wide throughout, covering extra ground throughout the event.
Race 6	Go The Red Dog Sprint - C3 - 375	OPAWA JOHNNY was the slowest out of the boxes. CHERRY TREE LANE who did not muster the early speed, improved wide around the first turn, covering extra ground. Running into the first turn, KIWI GIRL came across into the racing line of EMMA JAY who as a result made contact the the heels of KIWI GIRL having to check for a stride.
Race 7	Fond Foods LTD Sprint - C4 - 375	COOL AND DRY and SASHA'S ONE bumped soon after leaving the boxes ,racing down in to the first turn these two runners came together as SASHA'S ONE crossed to the rail causing COOL AND DRY to make contact with the rail at that point COOL AND DRY and SASHA'S ONE both went back to the rear in this incident never getting back in to contention from there on in COOL AND DRY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 8	John Lamont Bobcat Hire Services Stakes - C1/2 - 457	racing down in to the first turn THRILLING APRIL was tightened very slightly as WE'RE SO LUCKY cut across to the rail ,THRILLING APRIL went back on to THRILLING PUNCH a stride or so further on as CAFE CHIC came past and cut down to the rail causing THRILLING APRIL to over react going back at this point THRILLING PUNCH was not able to recover to get back in to contention from there on in
Race 9	Varvatos @ Stud Stakes - C3/4 - 457	A stride or so out of the boxes BEATRIX KIDDO and LOCHINVAR ELLE came together with LOCHINVAR ELLE stumbling at that point , wider out racing down to the first turn ON TREY and DECADENT lay on each other for some distance Racing on to the top bend ENDORSE ran on to the back off LOCHINVAR ELLE and went back to the rear ,then as the field raced in towards the home straight MR CHINO raced through and checked ENDORSE who ran in to the hind quarters of LOCHINVAR ELLE going back to the rear
Race 10	General Engravers Sprint - C5 - 375	LOCHINVAR YASI raced wide across the top bend and in to the home straight
Race 11	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Stakes - C5 - 457	PEKING TOM missed the start ,he gained a run through on the rail late to run on and win in a close finish HOLLALICIOUS was away well with the field ,he soon dropped back to the rear ,finishing some distance behind the field at the line and was sent for a vet check There was no photo finish from the operater for this race HOLLALICIOUS was found to have suffered a torn left gracillus muscle (lower end ) with a 28 day stand down imposed
