Track: Good Everything in good order and functioning well which resulted in a smoothly run meeting. There is still no Security camera in the kennels and it is most important to have this matter attended to as soon as possible..

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	MISTY COOL was very slow to begin losing five lengths and all chance and she finished in 2nd last place. RED HOT DUTCH shifted in going to the first corner and checked GHOST CHIPS who lost several lengths and almost fell. RED HOT DUTCH also lost ground in the incident.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	SUMMERTIME BOBBY and SLANGEVAR were slow to begin losing three lengths. SLANGEVAR recovered quickly and after receiving a clear rails run, he went on to win the race. SUMMERTIME BOBBY stayed back throughout and finished in last place.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305	GERARD HAKA was found to have a toe injury when removed from the kennels to prepare to race and was declared a late scratching with a five day stand down. SCARILICIOUS was the slowest to begin losing two lengths but made up ground to finish in 3rd place.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood C0 - C0 - 520	All clear.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	DASHER RUM and BRODIE BAXTER were slow to begin losing two lengths. BRODIE BAXTER shifted in going to the first corner and made contact with and straddled the rail losing several lengths and all chance. He was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with cuts to the front feet. DASHER RUM shifted in on the first corner and checked WAIRERE MIRACLE who lost four lengths and stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 6	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite FLASH THAT was slow to begin losing two lengths and she could not make up the lost ground finishing in 5th place. IONA HAKA was checked and went back onto SAND QUEEN on the first corner and they lost three lengths. TRICKY PAULA raced wide over extra ground on the bend and into the straight and finished in last place..
Race 7	Wanganui Security C1 HT 1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	WOT PRICE AGRO shifted in on the first corner and caused checks to itself and also HOMEBUSH LESTAT and HOMEBUSH FRASER and they all fell. MARTYN STREET. BOTANY MOLLY, SHARKIES DREAM and SMOOCHA were also affected in the incident and lost ground. The fallen runners were examined by the Vet and WOT PRICE AGRO and HOMEBUSH LESTAT were cleared of injury and HOMEBUSH FRASER was stood down for 7 days with thigh muscle pain.
Race 8	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	ATE PIZZA shifted in going to the first corner forcing OPEHU TIGER into the line of OH EMM EYE who was checked losing five lengths and all chance. KINETIC FLYER checked over the heels of RON BAXTER on the home turn and she lost ground and finished near the rear.
Race 9	Gary Ross Decorator C1 HT 2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	EL KILDA and HOMEBUSH BADBOY shifted in going to the first corner and checked BIGTIME KELINA and DIGGIN ON YOU who both lost ground. The favourite BIGTIME KELINA then brushed against the rail and shifted out colliding with BOTANY COMET losing several lengths and she finished in 5th place. EL KILDA was handy in the early stages but then drifted back through the field causing a check to DIGGIN ON YOU and they finished at the rear and were examined by the Vet. DIGGIN ON YOU was stood down for 21 days with pain in both wrists. EL KILDA was stood down for 28 days with a heart murmur which will require a follow up examination and the dog is to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1 before next starting in a race.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 HT 3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	BOTANY NANA shifted out from the start and checked REALON RENEGADE who lost ground. BOTANY NANA was checked on the first bend losing several lengths and going back to last where she stayed for the remainder of the race.
Race 11	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	SYDILICIOUS was slow to begin losing several lengths and he stayed back throughout to finish in last place. SUMMERLAND KING, OUR REBEL GIRL and LANSVALE SPARK were also slow to begin and they settled well back in the field and stayed back to the finish.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	VICKIS QUEST shifted in from the start and caused checks to IN OR OUT, ALL THE RAGE and LADYLICIOUS who all lost ground. VICKIS QUEST continued to shift in going to the first corner and checked HOMEBUSH JEM and BELLA SIENNA and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
