Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Trainer Mrs Mann was shown a replay of race 2 at the Waikato meeting regarding the running of Bo Woo in the home straight , after hearing from Mrs Mann and Mr W Steele as her support person the stewards determined that no further action was needed on this occasion
Trainer Mr G Wilson was reminded of his obligations in providing a catcher for the distance races in the future .

Race 1	Magness Benrow Sprint - C3 - 318	COTSWALD PRINCE was slowest away from the boxes by a length or two ,he soon made up ground with an uninterupted run along the rail only having to go around one other runner to race on for a comfortable win racing down to the first turn THRILLING JAFFA was tightened and stumbled as BEARLY POSSIBLE came out in to her racing line catching heels, THRILLING JAFFA lost ground ,ran on towards the finish finishing in 6th placing at the line THRILLING JAFFA was sent for a vet check where she was found to have right wrist pain & right dew claw damage with a 10 day stand down imposed From the boxes PREDATOR DRONE raced out in to the center of the track and raced wide in to and around the top bend as did PERCENTAGE MAN and CHERRY TREE LANE .
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	YEA NAH was slowest away by 3 lengths , he then raced widest in to the first bend when attempting to race around runners , covering a lot of extra ground finishing in last placing at the line MR LOCHLYN was akwardly away from the boxes ,soon had to check over the heels of KANGA WHIZ, MR LOCHLYN was observed to be uncomfortable in his galloping action through out the race and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found Racing down to the first turn KANGA WHIZ and SMIDGED came together ,soon after KIOWA WHIZ and SMIDGED collided and jostled for several strides
Race 3	Magic Sprite @ Stud Sprint - C1/2 - 318	Shortly after leavinbg the boxes HOT HOPE moved in slightly on to JETSUN JULES jostling with this runner for several strides. TIGER KAREN was tightened for racing room heading into the first corner bymaking contact with the rail MR. MAJESTIC which shifted out and STORMY RHODE which shifted in resulting in all these runners being severly checked with MR. MAJESTIC being turned awkwardly for a few strides. These runners all ran wide into and around the top bend. Coming around the final bend TIGER KAREN was severley checked nearly running off the track when she got on the heels of GOT THE BEETROOT who was checked and inconvenienced when HOT HOPE shifted in slightly in front of her. TIGER KAREN was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 4	Carol's TABS Sprint - C5 - 318	Shortly after the boxes CHA CHA CHAINSAW angled toward the inside rail tightening FLYING FLYNN, TALIESIN BLUE and MOTHERLEE for several strides. Before entering the first bend MOON WARROWER made contact with FLYING FLYNN which had shifted out with both these runners jostling for several strides. MOTHERLEE was inconvenienced making contact with the running rail rounding the first bend when CHA CHA CHAINSAW shifted in. Also resulting in TALIESIN BLUE shifting out to avoid the heels of CHA CHA CHAINSAW. FLYIN FLYNN and TALIESIN BLUE then raced wide around the bend. MOTHERLEE was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 5	Go The Red Dog Sprint - C1/2 - 318	BINGO STARR was a scratching with no penalty after trainer J Foote advised the club that he has vechile problems and unable to make it to the track The Stewards have asked for confirmation of this and will be forewarded in due course RUBY TRON was slowest away by a length or so ,she soon improved through the field in the middle of the track to run home best to win REALON RAPTURE was akwardly away for a couple of strides ,soon after REALON RAPTURE and DECLARATION came together for a few strides as the field headed in to the first turn ,BOMBER MAN checked off heels racing on to the top bend losing a few lengths
Race 6	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C3 - 527	Soon after the start EXCUSABLE raced across and collided with LECKTRA FANTASY ,EXCUSABLE was turned sideways for a couple of strides , Racing around the first bend OPAWA JOHNNY checked off the heels of THRILLING CHARGE going back to the rear and never impoved to get in to contention from there on in finishing in the rear at ther line LECKTRA FANTASY raced wide along the back straight across the top bend and down the home straight covering a lot of extra ground through out the running KIWI GIRL changed ground over the heels of MAHALO RHODE in the home straight EXCUSABLE was lame on pulling up and was sent for a vet check and was found to have a left flexor tendon tear injury with a 42 day stand down imposed
Race 7	Jo's TAB Onehunga Sprint - C1 - 318	KEZZ was akwardly away from the start losing a few lengths in the early stages ,soon after NAUGHTY COURTY came across as OCTANE ROYALE moved out resulting in JOURNEY AGAIN being squeezed back at the same time RHYME IN MELODY came out on to NAUGHTY COURTY ,all these runners came together in tight quarters ,NAUGHTY COURTY, JOURNEY AGAIN and OCTANE ROYALE lost 5 or so lengths in this incident and were not able to get back in to the race from there on in filling the last 3 placings at the line
Race 8	$60,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	From the boxes DIVA RHODE ran across on to TWIN RIVERS ,STAR BOUND then raced across severly tightning IMAGINATION who ran in to DIVA RHODE,Racing down to the post first time STAR BOUND kept coming across on to DIVA RHODE pushing her across on to MISS JETSUN who went back a couple of lengths at that point,soon after PINT STAR caught the heels of THRILLING APRIL causing this runner to run wide around the first bend ,just ahead PINT STAR ran on to the heels of STAR BOUND losing a couple of lengths MISS JETSUN recovered well from the earlier interference to finish strongly in the latter stages to win.
Race 9	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start ART ATTACK raced across colliding with FLYIN' MAGNUM ,further on WORLD CUP MISS attempted to come out as FLYIN' MAGNUM came in coming together tightning DEB BALE out from between them ,both WORLD CUP MISS and FLYIN' MAGNUM were knocked off stride at this point ,a couple of strides further on MARTYN STREET came in on DEB BALE pushing her over on to WORLD CUP MISS ,DEB BALE and MARTYN STREET tangled for several strides Racing across the top bend WORLD CUP MISS ran up on the heels of DEB BALE with both these runners going back losing 5 or so lengths and finishing well down the track at the line
Race 10	Magness Benrow Sprint - C4 - 318	Racing down in to the first turn GENTLE ATTACK was observed to shorten stride going back through the field finishing a long last at the line GENTLE ATTACK appeared to have cramped up severley and was taken off the track to be vetted was found to have cramped up in the left hind with a 7 daystand down imposed From the boxes BAD STATE ran stright across on to BIG SAM'S GIRL pushing her over on to DECADENT ,COOL AND DRY and CAWBOURNE STARS ,all these runners were checked ,with COOL AND DRY bouncing off the shoulder of BIG SAM'S GIRL colliding in to LACHLAN VALLEY ,RIVETTE DECODED had got away well from the inside box and got a couple of lengths on the field in the early stages to keep out of trouble running out an easy winner
Race 11	Plasterboard Silver Collar 3-10 June Stakes - C4/5 - 527	MACHIN SHIN was revetted prior to going out for this race due to the vet having concerns of possible dehydration at kenneling MACHIN SHIN was vetted clear to start ,she raced in the rear through out the journey and was sent for a vet check as a precaution where no abnormalities were found From the boxes MINT POWER and TIMS TIGER came together ,racing around the first bend LOCHINVAR LAREDO stumbled for a stride as DIAMOND RAIDER pushed KILARA'S FANCY over on to him,LOCHINVAR LAREDO was able to keep his positon racing in 3rd place until the home turn where he weakened slightly in the shadows of the post finishing in 5th placing
Race 12	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C1/2 - 527	Racing down in to the first turn there was tightning and jostling in the rear group with KIKI RHODE being tightened getting on heels and going out wide further in THRILLING PUNCH and SIPPIN TEQUILA were tightened for room both lost ground at this point ,racing in to the top bend THRILLING PUNCH ran out very wide across the top bend and in to the home straight covering a lot of extra ground
Race 13	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C5 - 318	From the boxes ELLY'S GIRL raced across on to BLUE JEAN ALICE, PROVEN SHELLY and GLOW BELLE DOLL ,PROVEN SHELLY was checked back BLUE JEAN ALICE collided in to GLOW BELLE DOLL who then ran outwards in to BLUE JEAN ALICE and NATHAN'S CHAMP as this runner raced in to the field ,soon after racing in to the first turn MY JACK ATTACK came across towards the rail causing BLUE JEAN ALICE to check back on to PROVEN SHELLY who lost more ground at that point ,BLUE JEAN ALICE, PROVEN SHELLY and GLOW BELLE DOLL were not able to get back in to contention from there on in filling the last three placings at the line.
