Track: Good Although the meeting was conducted in very wet and cold conditions, the track was well presented and with good cooperation from the licence Holders, the meeting proceeded smoothly and without incident.

Judicial report: Trainer B.Hunt was spoken to advisedly and reminded of his obligations regarding the use of cell phones when handling Greyhounds.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	SLANGEVAR shifted in on the first corner and checked YEAH NAH who lost two lengths. RUSTY SAM then shifted out and caused checks to SUMMER HAKA, SISAL and HOMEBUSH SMOKE who all lost ground and soon after YEAH NAH galloped on the back of HOMEBUSH SMOKE and they lost three lengths.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	KINETIC NEO was slow to begin losing two lengths. MAC TAN shifted out to go around THRILLING CHAOS entering the bend and caused checks to IZA PRONTO GUSTO and HOMEBUSH GRETA who both lost ground. KINETIC NEO and PANGO collided on the bend and lost ground and they finished at the rear. THRILLING CHAOS was sore following the race, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a wrist injury.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305	TANYBRYN was checked on the bend losing sevetral lengths and she went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood C0 - C0 - 520	WIND UP WHITEY shifted out and BOTANY PRANCER shifted in from the start and they collided but both recovered quickly without losing much ground.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	THRILLING CLOUD, LEOS GIRL, SISTER VIRTUE and SAMMY RUBY were all slow to begin losing three lengths. THRILLING CLOUD recovered the best of those and finished in 3rd place with the other three finishing at the rear.
Race 6	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 520	HOMEBUSH LESTAT began awkwardly and settled at the rear. He then shifted out going into the first bend and forced BOTANY COMET wide and they both lodst ground.
Race 7	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	BOTANY MOLLY was one of the slowest to begin but she recovered to make up ground and finished in 3rd place. MS TOURNAMENTAL shifted in going to the first corner and checked LINDOP who went back to last and stayed there to finish in that position.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C0D - C0d - 645	SMOOCHA drifted off the back of the field in the back straight and finished several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and
Race 9	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	REALON RUMBA shifted in on the first corner and tightened THANKS CHARLIE who lost a little ground. FOUR TOO MANY was checked on the first bend losing three lengths and she never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 11	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	MAINLAND SONIC was slow to begin losing three lengths. RON BAXTER clipped the heels of FROGGY NEWITT going into the bend and both lost ground but FROGGY NEWITT recovered well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	KUROHARA turned in the boxes and took no effective part in the race, finishing a long last and is required to complete a satisfactory trial. IMPERATIVE was slow to begin losing two lengths but recovered to finish in 2nd place.
