Judicial report: Mr J Smith handler of INDEED UNIQUE applied to the Stewards per Rule 64.11to have the dog revetted ,INDEED UNIQUE was stood down on the 6-5-12 for 21 days
INDEED UNIQUE was vetted all clear with the stand down recininded.
D Schofield admitted to a charge under Rule 80.1a against BENNY ROX for marring in race 10
BENNY ROX has been stood down for 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial

Race 1	Idol Appeal Sprint - C4 - 318	ALABASTER stumbled on leaving the boxes costing him a length or so BRIGHT STAR was away fast from the outside box and led all the way comfortably again Soon after leaving the boxes LACHLAN VALLEYand BAD STATE collided Racing down in to the first turn BIG SAM'S GIRL, THRILLING BOLT and WINSOME ACHEIVER came together and jostled for several strides ,BIG SAM'S GIRL went back to the rear ,she never got back in to contention from there on in finishing in last placing at the line
Race 2	Go The Red Dog Sprint - C0 - 318	MR JACK MAGIC was best away from the start ,wider out KIOWA WHIZ sped out to a handy lead and led until the home turn where she drifted out slightly allowing STAR BOUND up on her inner ,KIOWA WHIZ went out wider as they raced in to the home straight losing her advantage finishing in 3rd placing at the line Racing down in to the first turn in the midfield STAR BOUND , MR JACK MAGIC and FLYIN' SHIFTY came together all being tightened for a couple of strides ,MR JACK MAGIC was shuffled back to the rear at this point ,wider out LIMERICK LEE and PIRI went widest around the top bend covering a fair bit of extra ground
Race 3	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Final - C1f - 318	KEZZ was akwardly away from the boxes soon after LOCHLINNE was checked back as IMAGINATION ran across towards the rail THRILLING BLITZ (fav) was not able to match PICNIC TIME for pace today and had to settle for 2nd placing at the line racing down in to the first turn RHYME IN MELODY and KEZZ came together ,RHYME IN MELODY lost her footing in behind for a stride or so ,then ran outwards as LOCHLINNE tried to race around her ,these two runners went very wide across the top bend
Race 4	May Maiden Series Final - C0f - 318	Racing towards the first turn there was tightning and jostling as SECRET STAR came out on to JETSUN FLAME ,VICKIE'S QUESTcame across on to JETSUN FLAME who was squeezed out from between runners ,VICKIE'S QUEST then ran in to SECRET STAR with JETSUN DREAM and JETSUN FLAME being checked in behind these runners ,FLYIN' MAGNUM raced across towards the rail at this point causing VICKIE'S QUEST to be pushed on to SECRET STAR ,VICKIE'S QUEST was shunted back to the rear losing 3 or so lengths and was not able to recover to get back in to contention from there on in
Race 5	Reba Keroma Sprint - C1 - 318	MR MAJESTIC was a clear last after clearing the boxes ,he soon got in to stride and gained a clear run around the outside of the field ,MR MAJESTIC and HIGH FLYER came together for a couple of strides on the home turn with these two runners filling the first 2 placings at the line wider out on the track Racing down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling between NAUGHTY COURTY, HOLLAND BADGER SPARTACUS and ART ATTACK for several strides ,SPARTACUS was tightened out from between runners going back to the rear at that point
Race 6	Gentle Lee Sprint - C5 - 318	From the boxes MOON WARROWER raced straight across towards the rail colliding with THRILLING SIGHT who ran in to FANCY MILLY ,these two runners were checked back a length or so at that point . Soon after THRILLING SIGHT (fav) and FANCY MILLY came together again jostling for a few strides. GEMZ was away well from the jump and was vying for the lead 3 wide as the field raced across the top bend ,she was checked by GLOW BELLE DOLL at this point and went off stride badly ,going back to the rear by a margin at the line GEMZ was taken for a vet check where she was found to have suffered a hock injury and has been retired TALIESIN BLUE was vetted soon after the race after opening an old wound ,he was given a 7 day stand down with bleeding from the stifle
Race 7	$30,000 Pick6 Sprint - C3 - 318	PERCENTAGE MAN was slowest away from the start ,he bullocked his way through the field to get in a handy position by the time they reached the first turn , Soon after the jump SOOTY'S ESTATE ran across collided with THRILLING JAFFA , soon after BEARLY POSSIBLE came out checking THRILLING JAFFA and SOOTY'S ESTATE ,THRILLING JAFFA was unbalanced in this incident and rolled in on PERCENTAGE MAN, soon after SAFE AND SECURE ran in on to THRILLING JAFFA who ran out of room and fell THRILLING JAFFA recovered her footing to finish on to the lure a distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found.
Race 8	Zilla Stakes - C2/3 - 527	LOTTO PROFIT was slowest away ,was then held up behind SASHA'S ONE racing in to the first bend ,LOTTO PROFIT then changed ground inwards the rail ,but was unable to make ground finishing in the rear at the line SASHA'S ONE went wide in to and around the first bend ,she finished towards the rear at the line
Race 9	Royal Doll Sprint - C1/2 - 318	DECLARATION (fav) was away well with the field was soon introuble when REGAL TENT came in and collided with her ,DECLARATION then ran out wide and collided with CAWBOURNE STEFFI and BEAR CUB ,DECLARATION went back to the rear wide out and struck trouble soon after entering the bend as BEAR CUB checked off heels and ran out in to DECLARATION was off stride momenterily could not get into contention from there on in .
Race 10	Token Whiz Stakes - C4/5 - 527	Racing down in to the first turn LOCHINVAR LAREDO came out on to KOKO WHIZ with MINT POWER pushing in between these runners pushing LOCHINVAR LOREDO out on to BENNY ROX (fav) who ran out in to LOCHINVAR VALERO at that point a few strides on BENNY ROX was knocked sideways by TIMS TIGER racing through on her inside BENNY ROX lost more ground at this point Racing along the back straight BENNY ROX attempted to race up on the inside of MACHIN SHIN and was held up several times as MACHIN SHIN kept in close to the other runner , on the point of the top bend BENNY ROX got ahead of MACHIN SHIN who got close to the heels of BENNY ROX for a couple of strides, as the field made their way to the home turn BENNY ROX ran out and marred the running of LOCHINVAR VALERO who was put off stride at that point ,these two runners finished in the rear at the line Trainer Mr D Schofield was shown the film of the race and did not admit to a charge against BENNY ROX of marring D Schofield held the view that BENNY ROX did not mar the running of LOCHINVAR VALERO . The Stewards were clear in their interpretation of the incident on film in their opinion this was a clear case of marring and BENNY ROX has been stood down for 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial. BENNY ROX was vetted after the Trainer advised the Stewards of his concerns the dog was injured during the running ,where he was found to have right deltoid and right pectoral muscle sorneness with a 10 day stand down recommended
Race 11	Thrilling Faith Stakes - C1 - 527	SHIRONA was akwardly away from midfield for a stride or so ,soon after racing in to the first turn TWIN RIVERS raced across and collided with SHIRONA who ran in to PINT STAR ,SHIRONA lost her momentum and several lengths going back to the rear ,where she stayed never getting in to contention from there on in finishing in last placing at the line
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C5 - 318	AIN'T NO SAINT ,first start since early March was fairly away from the start then made good ground to race up in to a handy position ,running out an easy winner at short odds The connections of AIN'T NO SAINT were expecting a good run fresh up after earlier trial runs in good times From the boxes CAPTAIN RICHIE, DOLLY SCRAMBLE, ONE TOUGH COOKIE all raced across with ONE TOUGH COOKIE cannoning in to DALLAS BEAUTY almost knocking her off her feet ,ONE TOUGH COOKIE stumbled at this point almost falling catching her muzzle on the rug of DALLAS BEAUTY,both these runners went straight back to the rear losing 5 or so lengths ONE TOUGH COOKIE and DALLAS BEAUTY were then caught up to each other for some distance with each runner not being able to clear the other jostling until ONE TOUGH COOKIE could clear the caught muzzle , racing in to the bend where ONE TOUGH COOKIE raced out wide, then crossed down under DALLAS BEAUTY who ran out wider towards the home straight , DALLAS BEAUTY lost more ground finishing a few lengths last at the line DALLAS BEAUTY was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered right infraspanutus muscle pain &right longhead tricepd soreness with a 10 day stand down recommended
