Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing order with all other equipment in good working order
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Trainers Mr P Lowen & Mr R O'Regan were spoken to advisidly in regards to wearing the required dress code when handling on the track
Mrs B Craik was given permission to wear a vest due to a medical condition

Race 1	Stephen Marsh Racing Sprint - C0 - 375	SAM BOY was the slowest away by several lengths Soon after the jump MR LOCHLYN and COOL TIME collided Racing in to the first turn HOT PAL crossed to the rai causing FLYIN SHIFTY to check off heels and stumble slightly ,a couple of strides urther on FLYING SHIFTY was again hampered when running on to the heels of COOL TIME when attempting to improve
Race 2	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Final - C1f - 375	Racing down in to the first turn BIG LASS was forced to check back off the heels of HIGH FLYER losing a couple of lengths , just in behind this LOCHLINNE checked off the heels of THRILLING CLOUD with both these runners going back to the rear filling the last two placings at the line
Race 3	Go The Red Dog Sprint - C1 - 375	EXCITING GIRL was slow away ,she then attempted to make ground but was caught wide covering extra ground ,finishing in the rear at the line THRILLING VEGAS (fav) was akwardly away for a stride or so ,was soon in trouble as CULLENS IMPACT came out and MR MAJESTIC came in THRILLING VEGAS was shuffled back towards the rear ,soon after was further hampered as EXCITING GIRL raced around the field causing THRILLING VEGAS to be checked again, THRILLING VEGAS attempted to make ground around the top bend how ever was caught out the widest and weakened in the run in to finish towards the rear THRILLING VEGAS was sent for a vet check as a precaution where no abnormalities were found
Race 4	All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C0 - 457	From the jump DREAM FOR US ran out colliding with LICENCE TO CHILL then ran in to MESMERISE ON QUE then raced straight across towards the rail causing a severe check to LICENCE TO CHILL who lost a couple of lengths The trainer of PRINCESS SATET was spoken to in regards to the dogs run and poor form PRINCESS SATET has not been able to get a run for 7 weeks and lacks race fitness at this point ,Ms W Toomath was advised that the Stewards are expecting the dog to improve in the near future PRINCESS SATET was sent for a vet check where she was found to have a graze on her left eyebrow and a slightly sore left thigh with no stand down recommended
Race 5	Fond Foods LTD Sprint - C4 - 375	RIVETTE DECODED was only fairly away from the boxes ,she was held up several time across the top bend and in to the home straight when attempting to improve ,crossing over heels a couple of times ,when in the clear the race was over ,with her finishing in the rear
Race 6	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C1 - 457	THRILLING CHILL was a late scratching at kenneling when found to have a punture wound to right fore 3rd pad Race all clear
Race 7	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C3 - 375	MISS FOLEY(fav) missed the jump slightly then ran out as CHERRY TREE LANE came in and both collided ,MISS FOLEY went back ,soon after ran on to the heels of SASHA'S ONE losing more ground and was not able to recover to get in to contention from there on in finishing towards the rear
Race 8	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C1/2 - 375	From the boxes WHAT WHERE WHEN ran out and collided with SPARTACUS ,knocking this dog off balance for a stride or so PRIDE OF SOUTH jumped straight to the lead and led clearly through out the contest for an easy win ,this runner had not raced since early January ,with today's run being a massive change of form Trainer Mrs Mann reported to the Stewards that PRIDE OF SOUTH had not raced for some time due to a muscular problem and had been nominated quite a few times at Waikato in the previous weeks with out getting a run . Racing in to the first turn WHAT WHERE WHEN ran down on to BINGO STARR and these two runners tangled for several strides ,DIGGIN ON YOU in behind these runners was held up for several strides going back to the rear BINGO STARR recovered well from the earlier incident to run in to 2nd placing at the line .
Race 9	Varvatos @ Stud Stakes - C2/3 - 457	LAMAR'S LADY was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be suffering pain in metacarpal joint left fore foot RUN FOR US was well away from the start and had only gone a few strides when he went back to the rear and never took part in proceedings there after finishing some distance behind the field RUN FOR US was taken off the track for veterinary attention where he was found to have torn both left and right gracillus muscles with a 21 day stand down imposed In the run down to the first turn FANCY TOBY came down on to SURFING AL with these two runners jostling for a distance ,SURFING AL changed ground outwards soon after to avoid heels
Race 10	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Sprint - C5 - 375	GRIZZ (fav) was akwardly away from the jump ,he was soon tightened as the field raced in to and across the top bend ,by the time he got clear racing room MY JACK ATTACK had the race won with GRIZZ finishing on for 2nd placing at the line
Race 11	Sergio @ Stud Stakes - C4 - 457	OPAWA JOHNNY was slowest away losing a couple of lengths, Soon after the start CASH KNOCKA and DECADENT came together and jostled for a few strides, soon after racing in to the first turn HOT POOTIE came ouwards as CASH KNOCKA raced across to the rail with HOT POOTIE being checked back a couple of lengths ,in behind her OPAWA JOHNNY was checked as THRILLING BOLT raced past and cut in ,OPAWA JOHNNY lost a few lengths at this point and never recovered ground to finish in the rear at the line
