Judicial report: Trainer Mrs A Schenider was shown a replay of race 5 where her runner MOODY TUNES marred the running of BINGO STARR near the home turn
Mrs Schenider readily admitted to a breach of rule( 80.1a) by MOODY TUNES who has been stood down for 28 days for a 1st offence of marring and to the completion of a satisfactory trial

Race 1	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C3 - 318	PERCENTAGE MAN dwelt at the start losing a length or so ,KID KOONAWARRA raced across from the widest box as LARA PINTER came out resulting in AUSTIN WILD being tightened and buffeted for a few strides with him going back a couple of lengths ,soon after further in SAFE AND SECURE came across on to WINSOME ACHEIVER and RHODA HOLMES with RHODA HOLMES running out of room on the inner and falling on the outer of these runners racing in to the first turn PERCENTAGE MAN came across on to KID KOONAWARRA severly tighting this runner as PERCENTAGE MAN ran in to the shoulder of LARA PINTER who held her ground well to keep her position ,KID KOONAWARRA was squeezed back losing a couple of lengths RHODA HOLMES recovered her footing to finsh on to the lure some distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 2	Magic Sprite @ Stud Sprint - C0 - 318	FLYIN' SHIFTY and THRILLING VEGAS were akwardly away,with THRILLING VEGAS running in to the shoulder of PIRI ,soon after this FLYIN'SHIFTY ran in on to PIRI again pushing her over , BO WOO ran sharply outwards from box 2 colliding with PIRI who stumbled for a stride , BO WOO then cut across the face of FLYIN'SHIFTY causing this dog to check back a couple of lengths, BO WOO kept on running outwards and ran in to KARLA LEWINSKY who was attempting to get across to the rail ,these two runners bumped and jostled for several strides as KARLA LEWINSKY became unbalanced with BO WOO going on ahead racing out wide in to and around the top bend BO WOO ran on in the straight for 4th placing at the line after covering a lot of extra ground FLYIN' SHIFTY was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a right hind grazed nail bed with a 7 day stand down imposed
Race 3	Magness Benrow Sprint - C1 - 318	The starter reported to the Stewards that ONLY KATE , ART ATTACK and HIT DA NOS were all dificult to box From the boxes ASTUTE WHIZ ran out as HIT DA NOS ran in and they collided with HIT DA NOS stumbling for a stride ,ART ATTACK then raced acoss and collided with ASTUTE WHIZ who cannoned in to ONLY KATE ,further on racing in to the first turn towards the rear of the field HIT DA NOS ran in on to EXCITING GIRLand ASTUTE WHIZ with these runners losing more ground at that point.
Race 4	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C0 - 318	From the boxes VICKI'S QUEST ran across onto THRILLING ELLA and SALT resulting in SALT being severley hampered getting on the heels of MR. JACK MAGIC resulting in SALT stumbling and almost going down on his hind quarters. THRILLING ELLA then tried to cross towards the rail in mid field running into the shoulder of KANGA WHIZ and onto the hind quarters of NEK MINUTE. THRILLING ELLA then ran sharply outwards and collided with SALT. THRILLING ELLA raced wide around the top bend. NEK MINUTE was observed to be uncomfortable running across the top bend and was sent for a vet check.where she was found to have suffered a right infraspanutis muscle injury with a 10 day stand down imposed
Race 5	Trophies Plus Sprint - C2 - 318	Shortly after the start SPARTACUS came out onto CHERRY TREE LANE and RUN A BATH with AGENT VICTOR moving in resulting in all these runners being tightened for several strides. On the point of the top bend MOODY TUNES when racing in the clear ran out and marred the running of BINGO STARR with these two runners running very wide into and down the home straight with BINGO STARR finishing on gamely for 2nd placingn at the line. The connections of MOODY TUNES were shown a replay of the incident where MOODY TUNES marred the running of BINGO STARR. Mrs Schneider readily admitted to a charge of MOODY TUNES breaching of rule 80.1 (a) and has been stood down for 28 days.
Race 6	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C5 - 527	Soon after the start TIMS TIGER and LOCHINVAR LAREDO collided ,soon after racing in to the first bend these two runners collided again ,LOCHINVAR LAREDO recovered well late in the race for 3rd placing at the line .
Race 7	$40,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1/2 - 527	From the boxes SASHAS ONE and MAHALO RHODE came out of the boxes awkwardly then soon after was hampered for several strides as HAIR HE IS came across onto her.
Race 8	Carol's TABS Stakes - C1 - 527	From the boxes HAIR SHE IS raced across on to PINT STAR and collided with PINT STAR ,THRILLING NEWS in between these runners was tightened and squeezed out of the gap ,then OKUKU CRACKER raced across colliding with THRILLING NEWS who was turned sideways for a stride or so ,further out THRILLING APRIL and HOT LASS came together with THRILLING APRIL going out wide around the first bend, racing in to the bend THRILLING NEWS and OKUKU CRACKER collided again with both runners losing some ground
Race 9	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 318	Racing down to tghe first turn there was tightning to several runners as GENTLE ATTACK tried to cross to the rail,DOLLY SCRAMBLE, DALLAS BEAUTY, KEE, RIVETTE DECODED and THRILLING BOLT were all checked ,THRILLING BOLT, RIVETTE DECODED and KEE lost 5 or so lengths ,THRILLING BOLT and RIVETTE DECODED ran widest in to and around the top bend DOLLY SCRAMBLE recovered well from the eralier scuffle to finsh in 2nd placing at the line THRILLING BOLT was observed to be lame on returning to the kennels and was vetted and was found to have
Race 10	Auckland Vending Stakes - C3 - 527	SURFING AL dwelt at the start , HUSTLER ran across from the jump and collided with SURFING AL who collided with SHODSIE these two runners went back to the rear ,then they came together again racing in to the first turn ,SURFING AL went wide at this point ,racing woide through out the race there after WINSOME RITE was in or near the lead for until the home turn where she weakened out to 6th placing at the line ,she was observed to be favouring a leg on returning to the kenel block ,she was vetted and was found to have left fore digit dislocation with a 28 day stand down imposed
Race 11	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C5 - 318	As the field left the boxes MY JACK ATTACK stumbled ,taking a couple of strides to recover ,from the inside box CORPORAL JONES attempted to run out wide he collide with CAPTAIN RICHIE pushing this runner out on to RIPPED JEANS, MY JACK ATTACK in behind RIPPED JEANS was badly checked going back a couple of lengths ,then was held up when attempting to improve losing more ground ,he was the widest runner in to the home straight.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start BIG LASS ran attemped to run out wide ,she ran in to and checked HIGH FLYER (fav) and then BIG LASS collide with THRILLING SIMONE who ran in to EXCITING DREAM at this point ,soon after THRILLING SIMONE ran in and collided with BIG LASS who was pushed on to LAMAR'S LADY, a couple of strides further on LAMAR'S LADY caught a heel of HIGH FLYER and went outward s colliding with EXCITING DREAM ,BIG LASS being directly in behind BIG LASS was severly checked and went back to the rear losing 6 or so lengths HIGH FLYER made the home turn akwardly running a bit wide and becoming unbalanced for a stride of two losing some momentum ,and was beaten narrowly on the line
