| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295 | HOT SHOT LAWYER was the last to jump. Into the bend GOT THE JUICE contacted the rear end of CAWBOURNE JADE and fell. CAWBOURNE JADE lost ground in this incident. GOT THE JUICE regained his paws and completed the race hitting the lure with some force. A post race veterinary check of GOT THE JUICE revealed a torn web with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 2 | Stock Xchange Bar Dash - C2 - 295 | BELFAST SUZY jumped in the air as the lids opened and checked OKUKU WEE MAN on his inside with both dogs losing ground. Into the bend HOMEBUSH BORIS angled inwards tightening OKUKU WEE MAN down on to DOGGER BANK who brushed the rail and lost ground. A post race veterinary check of DOGGER BANK revealed no abnormalities. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4 - 295 | KNOW ESCAPE was the last to jump. In the run down the back straight ANYTIME WILL DO, CAWBOURNE EMO and ANOTHER HIT came together in the middle of the track. ANYTIME WILL DO took a tumble at the lure with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn triceps muscle with a fourteen day stand down recommended. |
| Race 4 | Shirley Veterinary Centre Dash - C3 - 295 | FIREMANS ESCORT was the last from the traps. SING CILLA BLACK ran outwards into the bend pushing OUR SWEET ROSE and KNOW LOVE AFFAIR wider with these runners losing ground. |
| Race 5 | Flair Sprint - C5 - 295 | SEA SPRAY TICH was very awkwardly away settling a clear last. |
| Race 6 | Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwis Living With Cancer Stakes - C2 - 520 | NERD CORNER was the last to jump with SONIC DUFFER also tardy from the traps. SITE AN EXCUSE was tightened into the first bend and lost a length. At the end of the back straight FLYING REBEL stumbled for a stride and lost momentum. He recovered quickly to retain his second spot. |
| Race 7 | Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C4 - 295 | TEPIRITA TIKI was the slowest to jump. EXCITING KYLE began well and then ran outwards coming together with WANDY OLIVIA losing ground. Soon after CHEETAH WOODS ran outwards checking JED NORTON and EXCITING KYLE who both lost momentum. |
| Race 8 | Hurunui Hotel Sprint - C5 - 295 | CAWBOURNE MOFF and HOMEBUSH LIGNITE both received some tightening soon after the jump dropping to the rear. |
| Race 9 | Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C3 - 520 | OKUKU SURPRISE checked outwards off THRILLING SADIE into the first bend and checked SPACE RACE and JAG YOU ARE with all runners losing ground. CROSS TO DAPTO was handy until the home turn where he stopped quickly finishing in seventh place. A post race veterinary check revealed severe cramp with no stand down being imposed. Trainer Lisa Waretini informed Stewards that this dogs immediate racing will be over sprints. Following the race LAGOON BEACH BOY was found to have a cut leg that needed sutures with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 10 | Addington Events Centre Sprint - C5 - 295 | HOMEBUSH SARGE ran inwards checking ALBIES LAD soon after the jump. Into the bend ALBIES LAD was again tightened and lost ground with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 11 | Murray @ Ray White Ph.3715005 Dash - C5 - 295 | This race was delayed by a minute due to the late running of an Australian race. CAWBOURNE LEVI was the last to jump remaining there throughout. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295 | BOTANY ZENA, CAWBOURNE TOBES and EL MAESTRO were all tightened into the bend and came together losing ground. EL MAESTRO was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed no injury. |
