Judicial report: DECEIVER who was stood down after racing at Manawatu on 16.04.12 was presented to the Vet today under the provisions of Rule 82.5 and the stand down was rescinded.

Race 1	Alied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305	FORTUNA HAKA was slow to begin losing two lengths and she then raced wide on the bend and finished several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury. JUKE BOX BOY changed stride going into the first corner losing momentum and four lengths.. JUKE BOX BOY has been stood down under Rule 80.1 b in the past but was given the benefit of the doubt on this occasion but his future runs will be closely monitored. The favourite BIGTIME TREASURE was handy going into the bend but bumped with VICKIS QUEST losing momentum and finished in 3rd place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 Ht1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	LITTLE LEGS and CHASING SHADOWS bumped together going to the first corner and both lost ground. THANKS CHARLIE and BOBS YOUR UNCLE bumped together on the first corner and soon after, BIGTIME KAREN shifted in checking BOBS YOUR UNCLE who went back causing checks to CHASING SHADOWS, HURRICANE HOLMES and GERARD HAKA who all lost ground. LITTLE BITTY GAL was checked going to the back straight losing four lengths and soon after THANKS CHARLIE checked off the heels of BIGTIME KAREN and lost two lengths.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 Ht2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	The favourite BIGTIME KELINA began awkwardly and lost ground. SLANGEVAR shifted in from the start and checked ELLO ELLE and MARJI MAYCEE. BIGTIME KELINA shifted in going into the first corner and checked MARJI MAYCEE, ELLO ELLE and SLANGEVAR who all lost ground and they stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 - C0 - 305	KINETIC FLYER was a little slow to begin and was checked slightly soon after when GIRLY DREAMZ shifted in. GLAM NATION shifted in on the first corner and collided with KINETIC FLYER and lost several lengths and finished in last place. HOMEBUSH JULIE checked over the heels of MISS MOET on the first corner and ran wide covering extra ground on the bend.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	CRYSTAL BANNER was slow to begin losing three lengths. CULVIE CORGI shifted out on the first corner and checked HOMEBUSH ANABEL who went back onto GREYWINDS KOBY and they both lost a little ground. GREYWINDS KOBY recovered to finish well for 3rd placing but HOMEBUSH ANABEL stayed back to finish at the rear. The favourite TRICKY PAULA led from the start but gave that lead away when racing very wide on the bend and into the straight and she faded to finish in 4th place.
Race 6	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	YALDHURST FLYER was handy enough going to the first corner but was checked back to last when runners drawn wider on the track shifted in towards the rail and he never recovered.
Race 7	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	SHARKIES DREAM was slow to begin losing four lengths but made up ground to finish in 4th place. REALON ROSE and FROGGY NEWITT jostled together for a few strides going to the first corner. A few strides further on , REALON ROSE shifted in and caused checks to THUNDA THIGHS and BULLABAKANKA who both lost ground. OKAYS DERMOTOFF went off stride with a circuit to run and drifted off the back of the field to finish a long last. He was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a sprained hock and is now to be retired.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	ELOUERA BABE, HOMEBUSH WARRIOR and BINTY FLAHERTY jostled together from the start and settled back in the field. HOMEBUSH CECIL shifted in on the first corner and checked ELOUERA BABE who went back and out colliding with BINTY FLAHERTY and they lost four lengths and finished in the rear group.
Race 9	Broad Roofing C1 Final - C1f - 305	PRINCELY DOLLAR, EMMAS SECRET and POWER GIRL came together and were severely checked losing several lengths on the first corner with the favourite EMMAS SECRET being the most affected and she never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 520	SAUCY TOMATO checked off the heels of the leader LINDOP entering the back striaght and shifted out checking THRILLING HALO and they lost five lengths and finished in the rear group.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	KAZILLION and BOILED LOLLIES were the slowest to begin. KAZILLION then secured a clear run through on the inside to win the race but BOILED LOLLIES raced wide covering extra ground and finished in last place. OUR REBEL GIRL shifted in on the first corner and caused checks to BREAKING MELODY, MRS BOUQUET and FAWN ALLEGRO who all lost several lengths and they finished in the rear group.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	WAIRERE MIRACLE was checked back to the rear soon after the start and she then raced wide on the track and finished in the rear group. OCTANE ROYALE and LISSADELL TOBY were checked back to the rear on the first corner and they never recovered and finiished well back.
