Race 1	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C4 - 318	BIG SAM'S GIRL was a late scratching at pre race presentation when found to be in season RHODA HOLMES and MOON WARROWER were both awkwardly away for a stride or so, with MOON WARROWER cutting straight across the face of the field causing TALIESON BLUE to come across tightening KID KOONAWARRA, BAD STATE and SAFE AND SECURE causing them to jostle and were checked for several strides. Racing into the first turn BAD STATE and SAFE AND SECURE came together and collided with SAFE AND SECURE going back to the rear.
Race 2	Video Replay @ www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	From the boxes ONLY KATE came off the mat awkwardly and stumbled for a stride. FORECASTER was slow away again today, KANGA WHIZ went up with the lids with both these dogs losing four or so lengths at the start. KANGA WHIZ ran on strongly there after to finish a close second placing at the line. Racing into the first turn NEK MINUTE was in the lead and was galloped on by THILLING BLITZ and almost dragged down. This caused THRILLING BLITZ to run out and collide with MR. JACK MAGIC with KARLA LEWINSKY being severely checked and almost falling. ONLY KATE in behind these runners was also checked but recovered well to run on and win the race. KARLA LEWINSKY and NEK MINUTE were both sent for vetting. KARLA LEWINSKY was vetted and found to have no apparent injuries NEK MINUTE was found to have no apparent injuries
Race 3	The Brownzy Sports Bar Final - C1f - 318	MARTYN STREET went up with the lids. Racing down into the first turn BON VOGUE tried to get out off the fence and in doing so ran out at the same time HOT WAX was attempting to come in resulting in BON VOGUE been severely tightened and almost falling as THRILLING JAFFA came across forcing HOT WAX over onto BON VOGUE with MARTYN STREET and TATA SAFARI also been checked in this incident. BON VOGUE went back through the field to the rear running wide across the top bend and in to the home straight
Race 4	Jo's TAB Onehunga Distance - C1d - 603	Racing in to the straight the first time around THRILLING APRIL, BINGO STARR and JUST DELTA were wide with BINGO STARR in the lead continuing to race wide throughtout the journey covering a lot of extra ground , he finished gamely for 2nd placing at the line Racing in to the home straight THRILLING APRIL and GLORIANNA collided JUST DELTA was observed to be uncomfortable in her galloping action throughout the race and was lame on returning to the enclosure after the event ,she was sent for a vet check wnere no apparent injuries were found
Race 5	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	JOURNEY AGAIN was vetted after the race and was found to have sustained a punture wound with a 7 day stand down imposed
Race 6	Reel Fishin.com Series Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	COOL IDOL was first away from the boxes and led for a short distance before quickly going back through the field to a clear last finishing a distance behind the field at the line COOL IDOL was sent for a vet check where he was found to have sustained a torn left gracilis muscle with a 42 day stand down imposed CORPORAL JONES was vetted as he had blood on when returning to the enclosure where he was found to have suffed an injury to his left fore with a 7 days stand down imposed Racing down in to the first turn CHA CHA CHAINSAW raced across to the rail causing ELLY'S GIRL and MOTHERLEE to be tightened with ELLY'S GIRL going back to the rear , at this point NATHAN'S CHAMP on the outer of CHA CHA CHAINSAW was bumped as CORPORAL JONES came across with RIPPED JEANS in behind these runners getting on heels and running out wide in keeping his footing ,CORPORAL JONES also went wide at this point across the top bend CORPORAL JONES ran on strongly for 2nd placing at the line
Race 7	Thornton Auctions $20K Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	As the field jumped from the boxes PINT STAR and MAHALO RHODE collided with MAHALO RHODE becoming unbalanced for a stride or so As the field raced in to post the first time TWIN RIVERS came across and collided with MINT POWER who was unbalanced for a stride . Racing around the first turn TWIN RIVERS and MAHALO RHODE came together and collided MAHALO RHODE then ran in to the hindquarters of PINT STAR at that point
Race 8	Auckland Vending Stakes - C4/5 - 527	TIMS TIGER stumbled on leaving the boxes Soon after leaving the boxes LOCHINVAR LAREDO came across on to MONSHIRAZ, DON'T KNOW and FANCY TOBY ,soon after racing past the post first time TIMS TIGER came across on to FANCY TOBY who was severely checked making contact with the running rail FANCY TOBY went back to the rear at that point. FANCY TOBY was sent for a vet check where there were no apparent injuries found
Race 9	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C2 - 318	FRIZZLE FRAZZLE and TIGER KAREN came together soon after the start and jostled for several strides RUBY TRON was away well from the jump and led as they race towards the first turn where she started to run out wide with PREDATOR DRONE coming across on to her for a stride or so ,SASHA'S ONE was in behind these runners had to check off heels running wider across the top bend RUBY TRON was last to the line and was sent for a vet check, where no apparent injuries were found The Stewards spoke to the Trainer of RUBY TRON who advised that the greyhound had not raced for 4 months due to a seasonal problem and had been given time to recover,the greyhound had 3 trials in preperation for today's race RUBY TRON will be monitered in her next couple of starts for an improved performance
Race 10	Carol's TABs Stakes - C3 - 527	Racing past the post the first time around EXCUSABLE came across tightning EDWARD CULLEN and CORNELIUS with these two runners going back to the rear losing a length or two at that point
Race 11	Reel Fishin.com Series Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2	From the boxes KISSIN KATE tried to get out wide as ONE TOUGH COOKIE came inwards resulting in CAWBOURNE MADZ and LOCHINVAR YASI being tightened and squeezed back at that point ,KISSIN KATE kept on trying to run out running in to the shoulder of GEMZ causing this runner to be hampered for some strides Racing in to the first turn COLLISION RISK and BLUE JEAN ALICE bumped with COLLISION RISK losing a couple of lengths
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing in to the first turn BEARLY POSSIBLE and RIVETTE DECODED came together as BEARLY POSSIBLE was trying to get out wider and kept pressure on RIVETTE DECODED who was squeezed back losing her position ,in behind these runners LACHLAN VALLEY and PERCENTAGE MAN came together for several strides as RIVETTE DECODED was pushed inwards by as she COOL AND DRY came across ,these runners were all checked and inconvenienced at this point losing ground
