| Race 1 | General Engravers Sprint - C0 - 375 | FORECASTER was slowest away by 5 or so lengths Racing on to the first bend CARUBA QUEEN moved out pushing THRILLING BLITZ in to the racing line of BO WOO who went outwards to avoid heels of STAR BOUND with these two runners racing wide across the top bend . |
| Race 2 | SL Computing Services Stakes - C1 - 457 | From the boxes RUN FOR US ,KINGS PORTRAIT and ENDORSE came together for a stride with KINGS PORTRAIT becoming unbalanced and going back a lenght or so In the run in to the home straight KINGS PORTRAIT ran on to the heels of OPAWA DOLL and stumbled when attempting to make ground from the rear .he lost a few lengths finishing in last placing at the line |
| Race 3 | Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C3 - 457 | ON TREY the leader as they turned for home became unbalanced for a stride or so costing him momentum at that point. |
| Race 4 | Te Awamutu Self Storage Sprint - C1 - 375 | Racing in to the first turn there was tightning to the inside runners as PINT STAR came across towards the rail with SHIRONA, RHYME IN MELODY and RANDO REASON being checked and these three runners all lost ground at that point RHYME IN MELODY went back to the rear by several lengths soon after this incident and was observed to be not hitting out well finishing in last placing at the line RHYME IN MELODY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 5 | John Lamont Bobcat Hire Services Stakes - C2 - 457 | Racing down to the first turn BIG LASS and THRILLING APRIL were checked as GLORIANNA came across in to the body of the field to get to the rail ,both these runners went back to the rear and never got in to contention from there on in |
| Race 6 | Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C4 - 375 | racing in to the first turn HARAJUKU GIRL ,RHODA HOLMES and JULIA NORRIS were tightened and went back to the rear as THRILLING HAVOC and ROADMANS SHACK came across from out wide with these inside runners losing several lengths and were not able to get in to contention there after |
| Race 7 | Varvatos @ Stud Stakes - C4 - 457 | Soon after leaving the boxes HUSTLER ran out on to YAMBLA BOB with SURFING AL being squeezed back from in between them losing a length or so WINSOME FLASH was away well with the field ,then soon drifted back to a clear last in the running finishing several lengths back in the rear at the line and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 8 | The Straw Warehouse LTD Sprint - C1 - 375 | WISECRACK LAD was away well in the eraly rush then ran wide racing across the top bend ,then ran in closer towards the rail in the home straight This was this runners first run at the Cambride track HOT HOPE stumbled slightly on leaving the boxes losing a length or two |
| Race 9 | Stephen Marsh Racing - C3 - 375 | From the boxes TAKE THE MICK and PUNK PORTSEA came together and jostled each other in the run down to the first turn with TAKE THE MICK getting the advantage and crosssing to the rail with PUNK PORTSEA having to check back at this point ,soon after TAKE THE MICK was hampered when running on to the heels of LACHLAN VALLEY and checking back losing a length or so |
