Judicial report: LETHAL REBEL who was stood down at Auckland on 08.03.12 after being injured was presented and examined by the Vet under the provisions of Rule 82.5 and cleared of injury and the stand down was rescinded. HOMEBUSH LARNA was a late scratching from race 1 when the dog was not presented. As a result, Trainer J.McInerney was fined $ 200-00 under Rule 88.1 o for a breach of Rule 68.7.

Race 1	Awapuni Dash C0 - C0 - 375	HURRICANE HOLMES was slow to begin and she then raced wide covering extra ground and finished in last place. HOME BREWER shifted out soon after the start and bumped FIVE TOO MANY. HOME BREWER shifted out again going into the bend and caused checks to FIVE TOO MANY, GLAM NATION and LIBBYLICIOUS who all lost ground.
Race 2	Woodville Sprint C0 - C0 - 375	RANDOM ACT shifted in from the start and checked LISSADELL JASPER who lost three lengths and he stayed back to finish in last place. RANDON ACT checked off the heels of FOUR TOO MANY going into the first corner and they both lost a little ground.
Race 3	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 375	CRAZY BABY shifted in from the start and checked WISE CRACK LADwho lost two lengths. WISE CRACK LAD then raced wide over extra ground but finished the race off well for 3rd placing.
Race 4	Sparky's Bar and Restaurant C2 - C2 - 375	WOT PRICE AGRO shifted in from the start and forced RADAR SHIRAZ in off line. WOT PRICE AGRO continued to shift in and checked JUST MAC and soon after checked RADAR SHIRAZ and they both lost three lengths. WOT PRICE AGRO also lost ground in the incident when making contact with RADAR SHIRAZ.
Race 5	Peter Sinclair Photos C3 - C3 - 375	One of the favourites DONKEY DEEP was handy to the leaders going to the first corner but was checked back to last when TURF MOOR shifted in. DONKEY DEEP did make up some ground for 5th placing. CHELSEAS BABE checked over the heels of TURF MOOR approaching the home turn and shifted out sharply to collide with OPAWA BLACK and they both lost ground.
Race 6	www.racingdogs.co.nz C1/2 - C1/2 - 457	STRAPPED FOR CASH jumped in and DECEIVER jumped out at the start and TE POPO JOE who was drawn between them was checked losing a length. VIOHLAY shifted in going to the first corner and this resulted in a check to LINDOP who lost several lengths and she tailed the field from there to finish in last place.
Race 7	Foxton Dash C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	One of the favourites THEODORE WEST was the slowest to begin when jumping from box 8 and he was forced to race wide throughout and finished in 5th place. DARLEK KHAN shifted out going to the first corner and checked TWENTY SIXTY who went back to the rear and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 8	Shannon Stakes C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	HOWLIN WIND was slow to begin from box 8 but recovered very well to win the race. RYBENBROOK JOSH shifted in soon after the start and caused checks to MR METICULOUS and SUMMER SPICE with MR METICULOUS being the most affected and he went back to last and stayed there to the finish. RYBENBROOK JOSH then shifted out going to the first corner and checked DARLYNE OTTEY and RONAN MACHALL who both lost ground.
Race 9	Hokowhitu Dash C1/2 - C1/2 - 375	KRUSSIAN was checked going into the bend and went back to last and then made up a little ground to finish in 6th place.
Race 10	Marton Sprint C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	CAWBOURNE MO, SEMENYA, CAWBOURNE JOSE and NIP TUCK were all slow to begin losing three lengths. CAWBOURNE MO, SEMENYA and CAWBOURNE JOSE were then checked and lost ground going to the first corner. NIP TUCK raced wide on the bend and into the straight covering extra ground.
Race 11	Cloverlea Dash C4 - C4 - 375	One of the favourites CATCH A PUNTA was slow to begin losing three lengths but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. HOMEBUSH BUFFY was checked going to the first corner losing three lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place.
