Judicial report: SEA SPRAY DORIS was withdrawn from the Graduation Final before the box draw having come into season. HOMEBUSH TIME and MR. BIG STUFF both completed satisfactory trials as per Rule 81.

Race 1	Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	HOMEBUSH CRUZ was the last to jump. JOHNNYS BLUE angled down to the fence into the bend causing tightening to OPAWA SACHA and resultant checks to HOMEBUSH CRUZ, FERAL FOX and FAT SALLY all of whom lost ground.
Race 2	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 310	VITALIZE, TOWER and TUI HOTLIPS were slow to jump. CEE CEE ARE led into the bend but was dragged down from behind and dropped to the rear. VITALIZE was forced wide to avoid CEE CEE ARE at this point. TOWER checked off the heels of TUI HOTLIPS into the bend and lost ground. A post race veterinary check of CEE CEE ARE revealed a shoulder injury with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Stakes - C1 - 545	REAL SLIM SHADY and CAWBOURNE HEIDI came together soon after the jump. CAWBOURNE HEIDI checked off WEARY TRAVELER into the back straight and lost ground with SHADOW WOLF and BLACK JAY being shifted wider as a result.
Race 4	Speedprint Shop Stakes - C2 - 545	CROSSFIRE MAX was slow to leave the boxes. From the jump SEISMIC STORM ran inwards and checked the running of OPAWA MIDNIGHT. Into the first turn SEISMIC STORM moved outwards and forced SLIGHTLY AMAZING wide with DANCING NORRIS also receiving a check.
Race 5	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C2 - 310	STAR GUN was a clear last on jumping. FIERY FLOWER ran outwards into the bend with OLD MATE DAVE, WATERHOUSE and COOLS THE TUNE all being inconvenienced and losing ground.
Race 6	Green Island Barber Sprint - C3 - 310	GENISTA OUTLAW was the last to jump. In the back straight JOHNNIE GEORGE angled inwards checking ACHEW ACHEW who lost ground. ANYTIME WILL DO then checked outwards off these runners pushing ACHEW ACHEW wider around the bend. Into the bend ANOTHER RAEWYN was badly dragged down by DYNA FRIER with ANOTHER RAEWYN losing ground and DYNA FRIER ducking outwards checking an improving GENISTA OUTLAW who lost momentum for a few strides. A post race veterinary check of ANOTHER RAEWYN revealed a sore left hip with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 7	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C4 - 545	UNION STEAM angled inwards in the early stages checking AWESOME BENDER who dropped to the rear. Soon after UNION STEAM, WATERVIEW LASS and OPAWA COLLAR all came together losing ground. On the first bend WATERVIEW LASS and UNION STEAM brushed together for a stride.
Race 8	Keyosk Service Bar Stakes - C5 - 545	Soon after the jump CYNTHIA BAXTER angled outwards as TORQUED UP ran inwards resulting in YELLA MUSTARD, KNOW SPUNK and KNOW WHICH all being badly tightened and settling well back. Into the first bend GEOFF THE REF cut down to the rail checking GONE AWOL who lost ground and ran outwards dropping to the rear.
Race 9	NZRS Graduation Final - NZRSf - 545	OPAWA PEEKAY ran inwards in the early stages checking THRILLING JONAH who fell with KOMBUCHA being badly checked and losing her chance. THRILLING JONAH regained his paws and completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 10	Norwood Farm Machinery Sprint - C5 - 310	WHAT A PEANUT was hard to box and also the last to jump. In the early stages pressure from outside dogs caused HONKING HORNS and WHAT A PEANUT to be tightened and lose ground. KNOW MISTAKE was keen to get to the rail at the end of the back straight and in doing so checked RUSSELL HART with both dogs losing ground. A post race veterinary check of RUSSELL HART revealed swelling in his track leg with a five day stand down recommended. Bruce Dann the trainer of the winner ROMBERG LASS was questioned in regards to the bitch's improved performance. He stated that she had recently had a brief spell and freshened up nicely and this together with her preferred inside draw contributed to today's effort.
Race 11	Roofing Solutions Sprint - C4 - 310	ANOTHER GON ran outwards in the early stages checking CAWBOURNE DUSTY who lost ground. MUSTARD FUDGE angled outwards into the bend pushing ANOTHER COFFEE and STARBURST SUZIE wider. Soon after KNOW ESCAPE checked off ICEBERG RAPPER for a stride but recovered quickly.
Race 12	Racing Again Tuesday 27th March Dash - C5 - 310	CHEETAH WOODS was the last to jump. JED NORTON came together with ENFLAME for a stride soon after the jump. In the back straight CAUGHT THE EYE ran inwards tightening JED NORTON and ENFLAME with these dogs losing ground. ENFLAME checked outwards into the bend when racing in tight quarters pushing JED NORTON and WHERES JOHN CEE wide around that bend.
