Judicial report: Owner handler K Ferris was fined $50.00 under the minor infringment rule 71.2 when being late for pre race presentation in race 9 at Manukau on the 19-2-2012

Trainer D Fahey was fined $50.00 under the minor infringment rule 88.1y when he failed to wear a jacket to catch in race 8 after being asked to wear a jacket earlier in the night.

Race 1	Video Replay @ www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 318	From the boxes EMMA JAY cut across the face of JOURNEY AGAIN ,wider out ART ATTACK came across on to SASHA'S ONE as BIGTIME LUCKY came out with HOTWAX and SASHA'S ONE being tightened and squeezed back towards the rear .EMMA JAY and TIGER KAREN bumped slightly a couple of times in the run down to the first turn and in to the home straight EMMA JAY hampered TIGER KAREN for a few strides when getting past her and wanting to get down to the rail
Race 2	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C2/3 - 318	DON'T KNOW was akwardly away for a stride losing a length or so soon after RIVETTE DECODED came across on to KEE and ELLY'S GIRL with them jostling for a couple of strides with ELLY'S GIRL going back and in on to LACHLAN VALLEY,with this runner being put off balance as they race in to the first turn Racing on to the bend CRAFTY GRAHAM ran on to the heels of LACHLAN VALLEY with STORMY RHODE also being checked in this incident Racing down the home straight ELLY'S GIRL ran in on to the back KEE as DON'T KNOW ran in to ELLY'S GIRL with these runners quickly rebalancing and running on strongly to the line
Race 3	Magic Sprite Railway Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	Soon after leaving the boxes CAPTAIN COUTTS ran on to the heels of PRETTY GOOD and went back a length or so then changed ground racing in to the first turn ,then ran on to heels of PRETTY GOOD again On the home turn CAWBOURNE MADZ attempted to come off the rail and pushed PRETTY GOOD outwards as CALLAHAN came in with these runners tightning for a couple of strides
Race 4	Magic Sprite Railway Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2	CAPTAIN CARLOS was akwardly away from the inside box ,but quickly recovered to race in to the body of the field From the boxes wider out ENFLAME raced across on to DALLAS BEAUTY forcing her over on to ASTON RED and MOTHERLEE with ASTON RED and DALLAS BEAUTY being tightened and squeezed back to the rear, soon after racing in to the first turn MOTHERLEE raced across towards the rail and collided heavily on to COMPLICIT knocking him sideways for a stride or so ,both these runners quickly recovered to finish in the placings at the line
Race 5	Group One MTA Auckland Cup Heat 1 - C5q - 527 Heat 1	Racing towards the home turn ULTIMATE DREAM ran on to the heels of DYNA GROLL and had to check back running out on to KOKO WHIZ at this point ,these runners were hampered for a couple of strides but recovered to fill the minor placings
Race 6	Magic Sprite Railway Heat 3 - C5q - 318 Heat 3	Matanuska was a late scratching at 10.30am when he was found in his kennel with a neck injury after being checked earlier in the morning with no problems Racing down to the first turn ROY HOBBES came across as ANOTHER MOVE came out off the rail with AIN'T NO SAINT being squeezed back from between them ROY HOBBES kept coming over resulting in ANOTHER MOVE being severly hampered at that point, she recovered well to finish in 4th placing at the line
Race 7	Magic Sprite Railway Heat 4 - C5q - 318 Heat 4	Racing down to the first turn CAWBOURNE LEVI and PUNK DINO came together and jostled for several strides with PUNK DINO making contact with the rail as they raced into the turn PUNK DINO recovered well to finish in 4th placing at the line and was sent for a vet check with no abnormalities being detected
Race 8	Group One MTA Auckland Cup Heat 2 - C5q - 527 Heat 2	Racing in to the first turn BENNY ROX and DYNA JOE came tiogether and jostled for several strides with BENNY ROX running out taking THREE INCH NAIL wide in to the first turn
Race 9	Group One MTA Auckland Cup Heat 3 - C5q - 527 Heat 3	Racing down to the first turn MINT POWER was forced to check off heels as KAZZ RAZZ and SAM I AM were tightened as BADJA BALE came across on to them MINT POWER ran out wide in to the first bend in this incident
Race 10	Magic Sprite Railway Heat 5 - C5q - 318 Heat 5	LOCHINVAR YASI was slowest away by several lengths ,he made up good ground around runners soon after and ran a credible 5th placing at the line after racing wide in to and around the top bend. Racing down to the first turn CAPTAIN RICHIE came across on to PROVEN SHELLY hampering her for a couple of strides ,PROVEN SHELLY went back a couple of lengths ,but recovered well to finish on for 2nd placing at the line
Race 11	Group One MTA Auckland Cup Heat 4 - C5q - 527 Heat 4	From the boxes RYBENBROOK JOSH ran straight across on to LOCHINVAR ELLE causing this dog to be severly checked back to the rear losing a few lengths, soon after wider out SWIFT SWINGER moved out slightly as BEATRIX KIDDO came over with these dogs all jostling for several strides in behind these runners KNOW PEACE ran on to heels and stumbled for a stride ,soon after KNOW PEACE and LOCHINVAR ELLE came together as LOCHINVAR ELLE was hampered as SWIFT SWINGER moved ground in to her racing line at that point
Race 12	Magic Sprite Railway Heat 6 - C5q - 318 Heat 6	MIRAGE was akwardly away ,then was soon hampered as CAWBOURNE FELIX came across on MIRAGE jostling him for a couple of strides with MIRAGE losing ground back to the rear ,MY JACK ATTACK also was hampered in this incident losing ground towards the rear Racing in to the first turn MIRAGE ran in to trouble again when WINSOME RITE ran on to the back of COLLISION RISK with MIRAGE having to check back sharply and ran out wide in to the first turn
