Judicial report: HOMEBUSH CECIL was a late scratching at kenneling when presented with flea infestation Trainer Mr R Hunt was fined $150.00 under the minor infringment rule 68.29
Trainer Mr B Goodwin was fined $35.00 under the minor infringment rule 71.2 when forgetting to catch a runner in race 3
Trainer J T McInerney was fined $100.00 under the minor infringment rule 69.11 when Yaldhurst Edward was presented to race 1.6 kgs down from his last race start on the 10.2.2012

Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR C0 - C0 - 305	DASHER RUM almost went down on his nose at the start ,he recovered quickly to get into a handy position finishing well for 2nd placing at the line. Racing down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling in the midfield with HOMEBUSH SUE and GLAM NATION coming together for a few strides. As the field made their way in to the home straight BOILED LOLLIES, HOMEBUSH MAYHEM and CIRCLE OF LIFE came very wide covering a lot of extra ground ,HOMEBUSH MAYHEM made good ground up in the latter stages to finish in 4th placing at the line . CIRCLE OF LIFE was veted on returning to the kennel block and was found to have suffered a right quadriceps injury with a 10 day standdown recommended. OCTANE ROYALE was nominated for swabbing in this race and after several attempts the dog was released .
Race 2	GUTHRIE BOWRON C0 - C0 - 520	All clear
Race 3	COUPER CATERING C0 - C0 - 305	GUNS ON FIRE went down on his nose at the start losing a couple of lengths ,ran on well for fourth placing at the line HOME BREWER and FOUR TOO MANY came together going in to the first turn ,they recovered quickly to keep their positions filling 2nd and 3rd placings at the line
Race 4	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD C1 - C1 - 520	SHARKIES DREAM went up with the lids and was last away. Racing round the first bend SHARKIES DREAM ran up onto the heels of HOMEBUSH BERNIE and was forced to check out wide with PRINCE PARADE racing widest the whole journey.
Race 5	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR C0F - C0f - 520	Racing down to the first turn VIOHLAY (fav) ran up onto the heels of HOMEBUSH HAYLEY and in checking herself ran outwards taking MISSION DRIVE and GUNNA PARTY wide around the top bend and into the back straight. VIOHLAY raced wide around the top bend and into the home straight where she covered extra ground throughout the running. GUNNA PARTY after being pushed wide around the first bend started to drift back racing across the top bend and was some lengths in the rear entering the home straight and finshed 10 lengths last and was sent for a vet check where he was found to have suffered left carpal injury with a 10 day stand down recommended
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	LANSVALE SPARK went up with the lids losing a couple of lengths, WAIRERE MIRACLE ran out soon after leaving the boxes colliding with BILLY HAKA, wider out from the boxes ODE TO LIBERTY ran across onto HOMEBUSH KITTY and collided with BREAKING MELODY. In the run down to the first turn WAIRERE MIRACLE from the inside draw attempted to come out and ran into BILLY HAKA and was serverely checked back and BILLY HAKA ran across to the rail with WAIRERE MIRACLE running out on to LANSVALE SPARK with both of these runners going back to the rear by several lengths with both these dog not getting back in to contention from there on in WAIRERE MIRACLE was sent for a vet check with no abnormalities being detected
Race 7	THE ROCK WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	Due to the TAB covering other races there was no head on footage for this race. SLICE OF MAGIC was very slow to leave the boxes and took some time to get in to stride ,but ran on late over the latter stages Racing into the first bend HOMEBUSH MELL became crowded between HOMEBUSH DIP and TWIN TIGERS losing two or so lengths. SLICE OF MAGIC was sent for a vet check due to the stewards concerns for his running in the early stages ,he was found to have no abnormalities The trainer Mrs Gommans was spoken to in regards to his racing style
Race 8	BROAD ROOFING C2 - C2 - 305	From the boxes HOMEBUSH BRITNEY (fav) came out awkwardly and missed a stride or two before regaining its balance. Soon after HOMEBUSH BRITNEY came out resulting in HOMEBUSH EDITH being pushed to the rear. Soon after BABY FALOU ran inwards pushing HOMEBUSH EDITH Into the rail for a couple of strides. HOMEBUSH EDITH was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 9	KEENAN CONCRETE C2 - C2 - 520	Racing into the first turn THRILLING SOUND, PETROL VOUCHER and GO BOOF all came together and tangled after THRILLING SOUND had run onto the back of CORTECCIA with THRILLING SOUND changing ground outward to avoid the heels of CORTECCIA. These three runners lost ground at the point with GO BOOF and THRILLING SOUND running on late in a very strung out field.
Race 10	WANGANUI SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	There was no head on coverage for this race due to racday controls other commitments In the run down to the first turn HOMEBUSH ANABEL was racing in a handy position was severly checked as runners came across resulting in her going back through the field to a clear last by 5 or so lengths ,she was not able to get back into contention from there on in finishing in last place at the line CAWBOURNE TOBES the winner was reported to be unsteady on his feet at the dias and was sent for a vet check after swabbing with no abnormalities being detected
Race 11	GARY ROSS DECORATOR C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH CECIL was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be suffering from fleas (refer judicial) EVER SO HOPEFUL after being slow away made up good ground to get in behind the leaders approaching the home turn with little room to get through ,he changed ground outwards over the heeels of SINGLE SCULLER and ran wide in to the home straight covering a fair bit of extra ground beating a couple of runners to the line EVER SO HOPEFUL was sore on pulling up to the lure and was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered injury to the right flexor tendon with a 14 day stand down recommended
Race 12	GEON WELLINGTON C1 - C1 - 305	Racing down to the first turn BOTANY HORNET and BELLA SIENNA came together close in tight quarters where they tangled for several strides losing some ground ELOUERA BABE was slowest away and made up good through out the race to catch the tear away pace maker HOMEBUSH CINDY close to the line to win the race STONES RIVER raced widest in to and around the top bend coveriing a lot of extra ground finishing in last placing at the line
