Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing order with all other equipment working well througout the meeting

Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: A TV camera cover blew off on to the outside of the track as the field raced along the back straight in race 4,after reviewing the film several times it was clear to see that no runners took any notice of it as they raced past , the Stewards cleared the race to be paid out

Race 1	February Maiden Series Heat 1 - C0q - 318 Heat 1	FORECASTER dwelt at the start being 3 or so lengths last on getting away DIGGING ON YOU ran outwards from the start on to SASHA'S ONE ,LOVIN THE ALIEN with SASHA'S ONE going back behind runners then ran outwards colliding with FORECASTER ,soon after DIGGIN ON YOU ran out on to LOVIN THE ALIEN and lost ground,he then ran inwards in to CIRCLE OF LIFE with DIGGIN ON YOU being checked back to the rear by several lengths ,SASHA'S ONE and FORECASTER raced wide in to and around the top bend DIGGIN ON YOU was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a right triceps injury with a 7 day stand down recommended
Race 2	Jo's TAB Onehunga - C2 - 318	FRIZZLE FRAZZLE went up with the lids losing four to five lengths at the start Soon after leaving the boxes KID KOONAWARRA came across on to COOL AND DRY, ROTOVEGAS GIRL ,BEAR CUB and AGENT VICTOR tightning these dogs over on to each other where they jostled for a few strides and went back a couple of lengths at that point On the point of the home turn ROTOVEGAS GIRL changed ground abruptly inwards but was clear of other runners
Race 3	February Maiden Series Heat 2 - C0q - 318 Heat 2	From the boxes HOT PAL and TANYBRYN came together for a stride or so. On racing into the first turn HOT LASS ran in to COLERIDGE AINSLI turning this dog sideways resulting in her running out onto PICNIC TIME with HOT LASS running wide taking KANGA WHIZ wide out across the top bend resulting in them covering a lot of extra ground they filled the last two placings at the line. KANGA WHIZ was observed to be galloping awkwardly near the home turn and ran in colliding with HOT LASS soon after passing the winning post. KANGA WHIZ was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered injuries to both pectoral muscles with a 10 day stand down recommended
Race 4	Trophy Plus Series Heat 1 - C1q - 527 Heat 1	Racing in to the first bend ASTUTE WHIZ checked outwards to avoid the heels of SPARTACUS resulting in ASTUTE WHIZ running in to IMAGINATION pushing this runner out on to TWIN RIVERS who was forced out wide at that point MARTYN STREET went up with the lids and made good ground up racing in to the back straight ,he ran up in to 2nd positon at this point and was held up several times when attempting to gain a run through on the rail eventually finishing in fourth placing at the line The Stewards reviewed the run down the back straight several times before giving the all clear (refer judical)
Race 5	Trophy Plus Series Heat 2 - C1q - 527 Heat 2	SWEET APPEAL seemed to go amiss soon after the start and went back to the rear finishing in last placing at the line and was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered left carpus deltoid muscle and gracilis muscle injury with a 28 day stand down recommended Soon after the start LLAMEDOS ran in on to LOOSE GENIUS with LOOSE GENIUS losing a length or so a few strides further on THRILLING NEWS and THRILLING PUNCH came together As the field raced in to the home straight THRILLING NEWS ran on to the heels of MISS JETSUN with both these runners being momenterily hampered
Race 6	Auckland Vending Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	Soon after the start JUST DELTA came out on to MR MAJESTIC pushing him wider out on to KEZZ who was caught wide racing in to the first bend along with MR MAJESTIC and JUST DELTA ,these dogs covered a fair amount of extra ground through out the running filling the last three placings at the line
Race 7	Auckland Vending Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2	GREYSYND CHROME was away well with the field ,then was soon cannoned in to by ROCKIN IT in behind with GREYSYN CHROME almost being dragged down ,GREYSYN CHROME went back to the rear and was galloping uncomfortably finishing in the rear ,as was ROCKIN IT after this incident akward in his action threafter TRIPLEM HAND from an inside draw got out wide on the track and covered a lot of extra ground in the running which may have cost him a closer finish GREYSYND CHROME was sent for a vet check where he was found to have abrasions on his hind legs with a 3 day stand down recommended ROCKIN IT was sent for a vet check where he was found to have lacerations to left shoulder injurie to left pectoral with a 14 day stand down recommended ROCKIN IT was sent for a vet check
Race 8	$25,000 Pick 6 Stakes - C2 - 527	Soon after the start FIRESIDE BLAZE ran out on to PLATINUM PLAYBOY the same time as PAMPEST came in with PAMPEST and PLATINUM PLAYBOY going back to the rear GLORIANNA was forced to race wide around the first bend in to the back straight and was not able to get in to contention from there on in finishing in last placing at the line
Race 9	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C3 - 527	LADY MARIANNE was away well then ran out wide off the heels of MONSHIRAZ being checked back to the rear back to the rear ,LADY MARIANNE was observed to be uncomfortable galloping around the first turn and she never improved her position throughout the running finishing in last placing at the line LADY MARIANNE was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 10	$5,000 Bonus Quaddie - C3 - 318	Soon after the start BIG LASS ran out wide until racing in to the first bend where she ran in on to the shoulder of GEMZ and was checked for a couple of strides at this same point LACHLAN VALLEY ran in on to MARK'S PET who was checked back and in trying to recover his balance ran out wide around the top bend taking LACHLAN VALLEY with him LACHLAN VALLEY recovered well to run on for 3rd placing at the line and could be considered to be an unlucky runner to not have finished closer at the line
Race 11	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C4 - 318	Racing down to the first turn ONE TOUGH COOKIE was hampered as ROLLED OATS came across on to AUSTIN WILD with ONE TOUGH COOKIE not being able to get through between these runners ,soon after TALIESIN BLUE came across causing ELLEY'S GIRL to be severly checked back to the rear from a handy position at that point ROLLED OATS lost his balance in behind as a result of this incident and in recovering his footing ran wide around the top bend ROLLED OATS and ELLY'S GIRL filled the last two placings at the line
Race 12	Carol's TABS Stakes - C4 - 527	From the boxes THRILLING BOLT raced across the face of the field causing severe tightning to TIMS TIGER, CORNELIUS, and CAFE CHIC with CORNELIUS receiving a decent knock to his hind leg CORNELIUS went back to the rear and raced in that position thereafter after galloping akwardly and ran very wide in to the home straight CORNELIUS was sent for a vet check where he was found to have suffered injuries to the left tensor facia lata muscle injury with a ten day stand down recommended
Race 13	Magness Benrow Sprint - C5 - 318	Soon after the start PUNK DINO and DALLAS BEAUTY came together with DALLAS BEAUTY getting off balance slightly for a couple of strides ,as she recovered BEATRIX KIDDO ran in through the field on to DALLAS BEAUTY causing her to be severly checked with PUNK DINO in behind being pushed on to heels and almost falling DALLAS BEAUTY and PUNK DINO went back to the rear , as the field raced across the top bend BEATRIX KIDDO was forced to check off the heels of CHA CHA CHAINSAW as PUNK DINO came through on her inner pushing her outwards BEATRIX KIDDO went back losing 3 or so lengths at that point finishing in last placing at the line
