Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Trainers J&D Fahey were fined $100.00 under the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 64.2. The particulars of this offence are that Mr Fahey incorrectly nominated the dog for a middle distance race instead of a sprint.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C5 - 295	WANDY CHICK was last to jump from the outside. ADINI shifted outwards in the early stages tightening WEONA DARLING and HOMEBUSH HELEN who lost ground. Into the bend WEONA DARLING and HOMEBUSH HELEN came together with CAWBOURNE ELLEN being checked as a result and dropping to the rear.
Race 2	Borat At Stud Dash - C3 - 295	KINGA RYAN and GENTLE HAND were the last to jump. OKUKU BOBO ran inwards soon after the jump tightening KINGA RYAN for a stride. ROSCA angled outwards into the bend checking TOM FINN and placing OKUKU BOBO and AUSSIE HAKA in tight quarters wider out. On the home turn KINGA RYAN ran wide pushing GENTLE HAND over extra ground. A post race veterinary check of KINGA RYAN revealed a strained hock with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C4 - 295	The favourite KNOW ESCAPE was the last to jump. AINT THAT COOL angled outwards into the bend and came together with SISSI for a stride with AINT THAT COOL losing ground. As he did so KNOW ESCAPE received a check and dropped to the rear. On the home turn HOMEBUSH LIGNITE ran outwards and contacted LOTSA STYLE who lost ground.
Race 4	Flair Stakes - C2 - 520	LIFES GREAT was the last to jump. He ran on well for third. THRILLING JONAH ran outwards in the early stages contacting ULTIMATE SPICE. Into the bend SEA SPRAY TICH was keen to get to the outside and in doing so checked WOT PRICE AGRO and MOLLY PARTON. WOT PRICE AGRO and SEA SPRAY TICH were both dragged down at this stage and dropped out over the concluding stages of the race with post race veterinary checks revealing no injuries.
Race 5	David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C5 - 295	CAWBOURNE FELIX angled outwards into the bend causing tightening to KNOW ADVANTAGE and ANOTHER MATE with WHERES ROBYN receiving a slight check wider out. On the home turn ANOTHER MATE came together with PURE CHEMISTRY and dropped to the rear.
Race 6	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C4 - 520	ITS NOT EASY and OPAWA JOHNNY both missed the jump settling at the rear. DYNA FRIER ran wide into the first bend and lost ground. KNOW TRUTH dropped out from the first turn and finished a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn hip support muscle with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 7	Murray@Ray White Ph 3715005 Sprint - C5 - 295	ONE COOL CAT and FIREMANS SALUTE were slow from the inside. As they attempted to improve into the bend they were both tightened and lost ground as HOMEBUSH SARGE and CAWBOURNE COOKIE angled inwards from wider out. ONE COOL CAT was also inconvenienced in this incident.
Race 8	Buy Sell & Exchange Dash - C3 - 295	OKUKU BOMBER was tightened and lost ground as JUMPIN JULIA ran inwards in the early stages. Into the bend ANY BAD HABITS angled outwards pushing GOT THE JUICE and HOMEBUSH DOMINO wider. JUMPIN JULIA and SWIPER BEEJAY came together on the home turn when well back.
Race 9	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C2/3 - 520	CROSSFIRE MAX stumbled after a stride and cannoned into SONIC DUFFER on his inside with CROSSFIRE MAX settling a clear last. SONIC DUFFER ran outwards into the first bend checking SLENDER CHANCE and continuing outwards on to CYNTHIA BAXTER who lost ground and was forced wider around that bend.
Race 10	Garrard's Horse And Hound Dash - C5 - 295	RENNERS GIFT slipped his collar on the way to the boxes and ran a short distance before being captured. A pre race veterinary check passed the dog fit to race. RENNERS GIFT angled inwards in the early stages coming together with KNOW ATTENTION with both runners losing ground. RENNERS GIFT then checked off runners on the bend dropping to the rear.
Race 11	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C4/5 - 520	MAMAJA was last to jump from the outside. When improving MAMAJA ran inwards looking for the rail checking STILL HELINA and AWESOME BENDER who settled at the rear. UNION STEAM checked off MIXED GRILL into the first bend and lost a length.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C4 - 295	WHERES JOHN CEE was keen to move outwards in the back straight and in doing so placed MATES UNITE, ALBIES LAD and JACKSON CAT in tight quarters with these runners losing momentum.
