Judicial report: Under the minor infringement table, Trainer J.T.McInerney was $ 150-00 under Rule 88.1 o for a breach of Rule 64.2 when HOMEBUSH EDITH ( race 10 ) was not notified to the Club as a scratching until 8.15 am on raceday and was therefore a late scratching which as a result, denied the 2nd reserve THRILLING ANNIE a start in the race.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305	SANDY BAY and GIRLY DREAMZ were slow to begin and settled at the rear. SANDY BAY then ran wide on the bend and into the straight and finished in 2nd last place. GUNNA PARTY checked off the heels of DASHER RUM going to the first corner and lost ground but recovered to finish in 3rd place. Soon after, DIGGIN ON YOU clipped the heels of DASHER RUM and felll and he was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. LITTLE BITTY GIRL was also affected in the incident and lost ground.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 520	KRONIC shifted in on the first corner and checked FIVE TOO MANY who lost three lengths and all chance of a first four placing. MR DISH LICKER and ANOTHER JAK UP bumped together going into the back straight with both losing ground and KRONIC who was in behind was also affected in the incident.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C1 - C1 - 305	ANOTHER STREET was the slowest to begin but then secured a clear run through on the rail to win the race. CAWBOURNE BUNDY checked over the heels of AGENT VICTOR going into the bend and lost three lengths. WAIRERE MIRACLE disputed the lead going into the bend but then ran very wide losing ground and finished in 6th place.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 520	LINDOP shifted out and MRS BOUQUET shifted in soon after the start and JUST MAC racing between them was inconvenienced for a couple of strides. MRS BOUQUET then shifted in on the first corner checking JUST MAC who lost ground and went back to last.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH NELSON shifted in from the start and dictated WILD VAGABOND in onto HONOUR who lost ground. BEARLY POSSIBLE shifted out in the back straight and jostled with CAWBOURNE AVA for several strides. WILD VAGABOND checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH NELSON going into the bend losing three lengths and he then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 6	Gary Ross Decorator C1 Final - C1f - 520	SLICE OF MAGIC was very slow to begin losing several lengths but although making up a lot of ground, he still only finished in 7th place. One of the favourites WOT PRICE CURLY drew box 8 and was forced to race wide over extra ground on the first bend and he finished in 5th place. The winner RED LABEL PENNY appeared to be suffering from cramp following the race, was carried back to the kennels and examined by the Vet as a precaution and stood down for 10 days with with lameness behind and pain in a psoas muscle.
Race 7	Media Works C1 - C1 - 305	DARLEK KHAN and NOVAS FORTUNE were slow to begin losing two lengths. DARLEK KHAN shifted out going to the first corner and IN OR OUT shifted in and this resulted in tightening and checks to several runners with STONES RIVER and NOVAS FORTUNE being the most affected. NOVAS FORTUNE then went into the bend very awkwardly losing several lengths and he finished last. He was examined by the Vet as a precaution and stood down for 7 days with gracilus muscle pain.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 520	THRILLING MARCH went up with the box lids losing three lengths and he was then checked losing four lengths on the first bend when REGAL STEP shifted in. TRINITY BOY, THREE TO MANY and PARRA SPARRA bumped together when the start was made and lost a little ground. THREE TO MANY shifted out going into the first bend forcing PARRA SPARRA and MR MUTOLA to run wide and all three dogs lost ground. REGAL STEP checked off the heels of PARRA SPARRA entering the final bend and lost four lengths.
Race 9	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	BIMBOO shifted out soon after the start and checked ROCKIN IT who fell and SISTER VIRTUE was hindered in this incident and lost ground. ROCKIN IT was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with thigh muscle pain. WHANGANUI shifted out and marred CAWBOURNE MILLY for some distance on the bend and they both lost several lengths. WHANGANUI was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 a and is required to complete a satisfactory trial. The Trainers representative advised the Stewards that WHANGANUI will not be persevered with as a racing proposition and will be retired as a pet. HOMEBUSH TIME led until the home turn where she received a check and lost ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C2 - C2 - 520	The favourite YANKEE LADY was the slowest to begin and was then checked on the first corner losing ground but she ran on well from there to finish in 3rd place.
Race 11	Couper Catering C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH JONTY and NELLY FLAHERTY were checked on the first corner and they lost three lengths. Soon after THRILLING LEWIS was checked back to last and finished in that position. THRILLING LEWIS appeared to be awkward in its galloping action following the check and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with shoulder pain.
Race 12	Mickey's Super Liquor C2 - C2 - 305	BLUESKY WONDER was checked on the first corner losing three lengths and she was checked again when making up ground in the home straight and she finished in last place. BABY FALOU suffered a tricep injury, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days.
