Judicial report: Trainer Bruce Dann reported that ERICS SONG was found to have an injured toe after last nights race.

| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295 | CAWBOURNE BUNDY and TWISTER AL were the slowest to jump and BOTANY STORY scrambled away for a couple of strides. HOMEBUSH NICK angled inwards in the back straight checking CAWBOURNE BUNDY and BOTANY STORY who both lost ground. BOTANY STORY dropped out to finish a clear last with a post race veterinary check revealing a mild hock strain with a fourteen day stand down recommended. HOMEBUSH DAPHNE and the favourite TWISTER AL came together when wide out on the home turn and lost momentum. |
| Race 2 | Challenge Opawa All Up Sprint - C0 - 295 | OHOKA GERRY was the last to jump. Soon after the jump ILITHYIA ran sharply inwards checking TIE MY TIE, JOHNNYS BLUE and NIKAU DANNY who all lost ground. ILITHYIA then veered outwards and marred the running of OPAWA DOLL. Soon after OHOKA GERRY ran outwards with OPAWA DOLL being unable to avoid this runner and falling. NIKAU DANNY and TIE MY TIE came together on the home turn losing more ground. Trainer Rosemary Blackburn admitted that ILITHYIA had contravened Rule 80.1.a. in that she marred another dog in the running with ILITHYIA being stood down for 28 days. Mrs Blackburn advised that the dog would be retired following today's effort. A post race veterinary check of OPAWA DOLL revealed no injury. |
| Race 3 | Happy Birthday Alby Jopson Dash - C0 - 295 | BIGTIME YAHOO and NITRO EXPRESS came together in the early stages losing ground with FROGGY NEWITT also receiving a check in this incident and dropped to the rear. HAUKO ran outwards in the back straight contacting DECADO and losing momentum with FROGGY NEWITT again being checked into the bend and losing more lengths. A post race veterinary check of FROGGY NEWITT revealed no injury. |
| Race 4 | Little Brown Jug Maiden Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | WYNDHAM and FANTA ALERT were the slowest to jump. HOMEBUSH HAYLEY angled outwards in the early stages contacting WYNDHAM for a stride. Into the first bend FANTA ALERT ran inwards checking FUR PATROL and HOMEBUSH HAYLEY with KOMBUCHA being severely checked and losing ground. KOMBUCHA did well to get up for third. |
| Race 5 | David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C1 - 295 | CHIPEWYAN ran inwards in the early stages tightening OKUKU WEE MAN, SOMETIMES ALAN and WOT PRICE CURLY. Into the bend KNOW LOVE AFFAIR was dragged down from behind when towards the front of the field with the favourite HOT MANGO checking outwards as a result into the path of CHIPEWYAN who was badly checked. OKUKU WEE MAN attempted to hurdle these dogs and fell. Post race veterinary checks of HOT MANGO, OKUKU WEE MAN and KNOW LOVE AFFAIR cleared all of these dogs of injury. |
| Race 6 | Little Brown Jug Maiden Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 2 | ANOTHER JAK UP was the last to jump. KRONIC, CAPTAIN PHIL and PIED WARRIOR came together in the early stages settling well back. |
| Race 7 | greyhoundtips.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295 | ZED KAY MAN and MR. BIG STUFF were the last to jump. HUSKER DU ran outwards into the bend with OKUKU LILLY, CAWBOURNE CHLOE and WANDY OLIVIA being forced wider and losing their chances at this point. |
| Race 8 | Addington Events Centre Stakes - C1 - 520 | SMOOCHA was tightened soon after the jump and lost a couple of lengths. FUNNY MONEY came together with MR. MUTOLA wider out. OKUKU CRACKER covered extra ground into the first bend and dropped to the rear. At the end of the back straight FUNNY MONEY checked outwards off the paws of DUKE OF FERN and into the path of BIG GIRL WELSHY who lost her chance. |
| Race 9 | Ritchies Coachlines Dash - C2 - 295 | ANOTHER HIT was handy into the bend but was badly checked as WANDY GENO crossed her with ANOTHER HIT dropping back through the field to run last. A post race veterinary check of ANOTHER HIT revealed no injury. BELFAST SUZY ran outwards on the home turn contacting HOMEBUSH CRAIG for a stride and soon after LIGHTNING FEVER also shifted outwards and brushed with AKAISHA BALE. |
| Race 10 | Bill's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C1 - 520 | MIGHTY PROPHET was last to jump. In the run to the first bend RED LABEL PENNY shifted outwards contacting HOT SHOT LAWYER for a stride and soon after FUN TIME GIRL pushed through and contacted RED LABEL PENNY. At the entrance to the back straight FUN TIME GIRL checked off the heels of RED LABEL PENNY and lost ground. On the home turn RED LABEL PENNY received another check and dropped to the rear with a post race veterinary check revealing slight cramping with no stand down deemed necessary. |
| Race 11 | Hampden Tavern Sprint - C1 - 295 | CAWBOURNE TANK was the last to jump. MORE MODEL angled outwards in the early stages hampering ETCHED IN STONE and WANDY BOILER for a few strides. Towards the inside BOTANY HORNET ran inwards taking the line of BELFAST MUNCHA. VITALIZE ran outwards on the home turn and came into contact with an improving ETCHED IN STONE for a stride. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295 | HOMEBUSH BORIS and EXCUSE PLEASE were the last to jump. REDDY BOY ran outwards into the bend and came together with EXCUSE PLEASE with these two runners losing ground. On the home turn HOMEBUSH BORIS and KILKENNY came together for a stride. |
