Race 1	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C4 - 318	racing from the boxes there was tightning and jostling in midfield as GEMZ came across on to PROVEN SHELLY,GENTLE ATTACK and DOLLY SCRAMBLE ,with this dog coming out slightly of the rail ,GENTLE ATTACK was squeezed back to the rear where soon after PROVEN SHELLY came across tightning GENTLE ATTACK who ran on to the heels of DOLLY SCRAMBLE and fell GENTLE ATTACK recovered her footing to run on to the lure a distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check where she was found to have suffered left hind joint sprain with a 14 day stand down recommended The connections of DOLLY SCRAMBLE requested a vet check on this dog later in the day when it showed signs of lameness and was found to have left hind skin graze inner thigh and muscle soreness with a 10 day stand down recommended On the point of the top bend there was tighting in midfield as GO TO CROW got on the heels of NATHAN'S CHAMP with DOLLY SCRAMBLE and PROVEN SHELLY in behind having to check and go outwards at that point losing more ground GO TO CROW was vetted and found to have suffered a left fore split webbing with a 21 day stand down recommended
Race 2	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	HEAD LASS was slow to leave the boxes losing several lengths Racing down to the first turn there was tightning as PINT STAR came across with PADDLES and BIG LASS getting on heels and going out wide across the top bend and in to the home straight covering a lot of extra ground during the running with these two runners filling the last two placings at the line PINT STAR was bleeding from her tail after the race and was vetted and found to have a deep cut on her tail with a 3 day standown recommended
Race 3	Auckland Vending Sprint - C3 - 318	In the run down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling as CAPTAIN RICHIE came across on to THRILLING PETRA and ROTOVEGAS GIRL with THRILLING PETRA being squeezed out of her racing line and having to change ground outwards ,soon after this ROTOVEGAS GIRL was squeezed out and went back as CAPTAIN RICHIE applied more pressure to get across towards the rail THRILLING PETRA and ROTOVEGAS girl both lost ground through this incident and were not able to get in to contention from there on in finishing in the last two placings at the line
Race 4	Jo's TAB Onehunga Stakes - C1 - 527	Trainer G Noakes advised the stewards on his arrival on course that STABILE EYES had just come in to season and had checked the dog earlier in the day with no problem being detected at that time, the dog was declared a late scratching CREAMY RICE was first away from the boxes and led to the post the first time when she was observed to shorten stride and went back through the field pulling up on the first bend ,she was caught and taken off the track for veterinary attention and was found to have suffered a fracture of the right hock and was euthanased
Race 5	Magness Benrow Sprint - C1 - 318	ONE WILD THING was slowest away from the boxes by a couple of lengths In the run tio the first turn there was tightning between as LOCKLINNE came out off the inside box pushing NAUGHTY COURTY over on to DEB BALE with DEB BALE pushing inwards resulting in LOCKLINNE becoming unbalanced for a few strides rolling inwards on to ART ATTACK who was badly checked back to the rear at that point
Race 6	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint Series Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	Soon after the start BAD STATE cut across the face of the field on to BLUE JEAN ALICE, CAPTAIN CARLOS and RIPPED JEANS who was checked back to the rear at that point with CAPTAIN CARLOS, a couple of strides further on DALLAS BEAUTY came out as BAD STATE kept coming in with BLUE JEAN ALICE being caught in the middle of them being squeezed back out of her racing line and losing a few lengths BLUE JEAN ALICE, CAPTAIN CARLOS, and RIPPED JEANS all had there chances affected in this incident ASTON RED was slightly hampered as he raced in to the first bend but was towards the rear at this point
Race 7	Trophies Plus Sprint - C2 - 318	MOODY TUNES (fav) was slow away from the boxes ,was then forced to raced wide in to and around the top bend when unable to get past BIG LASS to get down towards the other runners MOODY TUNES covered a fair bit of extra ground througout the running and beat a couple of other runners to the line From the boxes ELLY'S GIRL cut straight across towards the rail running on to BIG LASS with RHYME IN MELODY being severly checked back out of his line, BIG LASS then ran outwards in to MOODY TUNES and carried this dog wide into the turn
Race 8	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C2 - 527	CRAFTY GRAHAM was very akwardly away from the boxes where he stumbled losing 5 or so lengths and was last in the early running, he gained a nice run through on the fence to finish a credible 4th placing at the line Racing in to the first turn MONSHIRAZ was forced to check back when in between THRILLING MARCH and THRILLING APRIL as they came outwards taking his line
Race 9	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C2 - 318	Soon after leaving the boxes FIRESIDE BLAZE came across on to PARADISE CITY causing her to be tightened going back a length or so ,she was then further hampered when STILL NO WIVES came across on to her as they made their way in to the first turn where she lost more ground and was not able to get in to contention from there on in
Race 10	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C3/4 - 527	LOCHINVAR LAREDO came out of the boxes on an angle , MACHIN SHIN was also akwardly away from the start Racing in to the first turn FANCY TOBY and PRINCESS SHILOH came together for a stride or so On racing in to the final bend MACHIN SHIN was racing handy when he ran on to the heels of LOCHINVAR LAREDO and lost several lengths ,but ran on well in the final stages for 5th placing at the line PRINCESS SHILOH raced out wide along the back straight losing several lengths finishing in last placing at the line
Race 11	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint Series Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2	Soon after leaving the boxes ROALLED OATS and ONE TOUGH COOKIE came acrosss on to RHODA HOLMES, GLOW BELLE DOLL and SNICKO with SNICKO attempting to come out wider with ONE TOUGH COOKIE and RHODA HOLMES being tightened and squeezed back to the rear ,as GLOW BELLE DOLL moved out she ran in to the shoulder of ROLLED OATS and almost went down on her hindquarters but recovered well to keep on her feet GLOW BELLE DOLL lost ground back to the rear and never got back in to contention from there on in
Race 12	Jack's Wholemeats Sprint - C1 - 318	COOL AND DRY was slowest away from the boxes and was able to gain a clear run through on the fence aided by trouble on the first bend to finish in 2nd placing at the line Racing down to the first turn DUNN ROBIN YOU came across from wide out on to JETSUN BELLE pushing her over on to EXCITING GIRL, just in front of this GREYSYND CHROME came over causing BON VOGUE to check back with JETSUN BELLE running up on to the back of EXCITING GIRL dragging this dog down and JETSUN BELLE was able to keep her feet but EXCITING GIRL fell heavily rolling several times before regaining her footing to finish on to the lure some distance behind the field EXCITING GIRL was sent for a vet check where she was found to have right hind bruising and minor skin lacerations right hock with a 7 day stand down recommended JETSUN BELLE was sent for a vet check was found to have suffered right fore leg skin lacerations requiring staples with a 10 day stand down recommended
