| Race 1 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C1/2 - 318 | In the run down to the first turn THRILLING SIMONE came down on to PRIDE OF SOUTH with these to runners jostling for several strides soon after SAFARI PARTY came over on to PRIDE OF SOUTH , RHYME IN MELODY , THRILLING SIMONE and BIG LASS being checked back to the rear .ROSIE RHODE on the inside of these runners was also checked but recovered well to finish in 3rd pacing at the line THRILLING SIMONE, BIG LASS and ,PRIDE OF SOUTH all lost ground in this incident with RHYME IN MELODY running in to 4th placing at the line |
| Race 2 | New Year Maiden Series Final - C0f - 318 | Soon after the jump RANDO REASON and PADDLES came together and jostled for some strides, HAIR SHE IS and PINT STAR came together for a couple of strides ,they were soon tightened further as RANDO REASON came across tightening these runners further with KEZZ also being hampered at that point On the top bend PINT STAR ran on to the heels of KARLA LEWINSKY with PINT STAR going back on HAIR SHE IS who had to change ground outwards at this point, PINT STAR and HAIR SHE IS both lost a few lengths in this incident but ran on well in the run home NEK MINUTE (fav) was away well from the start but was tightened slightly in the run in to the first turn going back to tje rearfinishing in the rear at the line NEK MINUTE was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 3 | Auckland Vending Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1 | In the run down to the first turn ON TREY came across on to TEN FOUR with these two runners jostling for several strides soon after running in to the first turn STABILE EYES had to check back off the heels of BON VOGUE and ran very wide on the top bend as he had become unbalanced and couldn't get around the corner, STABILE EYES recovered his balance to run down towards the rail and made up ground in the run down to the line even though he finished in last placing at the line THRILLING JAFFA was vetted at the trainers request and was found to have right metacarpal pain with a 10 day stand down recommended |
| Race 4 | Jo's TAB Onehunga Sprint - C1/2 - 318 | As the field left the boxes JAG'S FLYER lost his footing in behind and went down on his haunches losing several lengths JAG'S FLYER raced at the rear of the field there after and was observed to be uncomfortable in his galloping action with him finishing in last placing at the line JAG'S FLYER was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found racing in to the first turn STILL NO WIVES and MOODY TUNES came together and lost a length or so racing in to the top bend KID KOONAWARRA got tightened and on heels where he went back a couple of lengths |
| Race 5 | Replays on www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C3 - 318 | Racing in to the first turn there was tightening and jostling between SWIFT SWINGER PUNK PORTSEA and CAPTAIN RICHIE with PUNK PORTSEA being squeezed back losing several lengths, on the top bend SWIFT SWINGER got on the heels of REALON RAPTURE and lost a couple of lengths |
| Race 6 | Trophies Plus Graduation Series Final - C1f - 527 | Soon after the the start MY TIE and COTSWALD PRINCE came together and bumped with PAMPEST coming across and bumping COTSWALD PRINCE with all three dogs being hampered for a couple of strides MY TIE recovered quickly from this incident to race away for a convincing win |
| Race 7 | Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C4 - 318 | Racing in to the first bend WINSOMER ACHEIVER, AUSTIN WILD and ROY HOBBS were the leading trio with AUSTIN WILD in the middle of these runners, as the field went in to the turn WINSOME ACHEIVER came in on AUSTIN WILD knocking his hindquarters where AUSTIN WILD lost his balance falling heavily AUSTIN WILD recovered to his feet and was a bit disorientated and ran back to the boxes and was caught by his trainer AUSTIN WILD was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 8 | Magness Benrow Stakes - C2 - 527 | Racing around the first turn from the boxes MONSHIRAZ came across on to LECTRA FANTASY and HARAJUKU GIRL causing them to be checked ,LECTRA FANTASY(fav)went back towards the rear and got on heels as they raced along the back straight lost a length or so and was never able to omprove from there on in finishing in last placing at the line LECTRA FANTASY was sent for a vet check as a precaution and was found to be suffering from left quadricep andadductor muscle pain with a right foresand burn down to nail bed with a 7 day stand down recommended On the first bend THRILLING APRIL and CRAFTY GRAHAM came together |
| Race 9 | Auckland Vending Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2 | TRIPLEM HAND raced wide througout the whole journey covering a lot of extra ground finishin in last placing at the line |
| Race 10 | Carol's TABs Stakes - C3/4 - 527 | From the boxes LOCHINVAR LAREDO ran across the heels of SURFING AL then ran in sharply and collided with MACHIN SHIN , WINSOME FLASH in midfield ran up on the heels of FANCY TOBY with these runners all losing ground As the race progressed SURFING AL got further behind eventually finishing several lengths last at the line SURFING AL was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 11 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C5 - 318 | Racing in to the first turn COLLISION RISK was checked back as MOTHERLEE came down to the rail ,COLLISION RISK lost 5 or so lengths at this point RHODA HOLMES was in behind on the fence and was checked back slightly as COLLISION RISK came back on her Soon after the start MY JACK ATTACK came out on to ONE TOUGH COOKIE pushing this dog on to FANCY MILLY and on to GLOW BELLE DOLL ,these dogs all lost a couple of lengths at that point |
