Judicial report: CLANG AND BANG and BODHRAN CAILIN were stood down until the completion of satisfactory trials under Rule 81 when in the opinion of the Stewards, their performances in races 2 and 3 respecttively were deemed to be unsatisfactory.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 HT 1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	RUSTY SAM was a little slow to begin losing a length. CLUAIN MEALA and LITTLE BITTY GIRL came together and bumped when the start was made. LITTLE BITTY GIRL checked over the heels of the leader STONES RIVER on the first corner and shifted out causing checks to CHOOSE TO LOVE and VIOHLAY who both fell. HUSKY HAKA was also affected in the incident but recovered to finish in 2nd place. CHOOSE TO LOVE and VIOHLAY were examined by the Vet and both were cleared of injury.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 HT 2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	CLANG AND BANG dropped off the back of the field soon after the start and finished the race a long last. The dog had performed in similar fashion two days previous and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury on that occasion. He was again examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with thigh and hind leg pain and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81 before next racing at a T.A.B meeting as his performance was considered to be unsatisfactory by the Stewards. ZACCARA checked off the heels of MANAIA FLYER on the first corner losing two lengths. CHEMICALLY FREE raced wide on the bend and into the straight but kept up a strong run to finish in 2nd place.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 HT 3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	EVER SO HOPEFUL was slow to begin losing three lengths. He then showed good speed to be handy but wide on the bend and finished in 5th place. BODHRAN CAILIN shifted out soon after the start and collided with TANYBRYN and lost a little ground. MISSION DRIVE shifted out going to the first corner and checked HOMEBUSH SUE and BODHRAN CAILIN and all three dogs lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last three places. After the incident, BODHRAN CAILIN drifted off the back of the field and finished several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. BADHRAN CAILIN is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81 before next starting at a T.A.B meeting as her performance was considered to be unsatisfactory by the Stewards.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood C0 HT 4 - C0q - 305 Heat 4	MR DISH LICKER was a little slow to begin and settled at the rear and stayed there throughout the race. TIME FOR LIVIN made brushing contact with the rail on the first corner but ran on quite well to finish in 4th place. NOVAS FORTUNE drew box 8 and raced wide throughout but ran on well to finish in 2nd place.
Race 5	Mickeys Super Liquor C0 - C0 - 520	OCTANE ROYAL shifted in from the start and checked HARRY HALL who lost ground and settled at the rear but ran on well for 3rd placing. CORTECCIA shifted in on the first corner and checked FIVE TOO MANY who lost three lengths. WIND UP WHITEY was checked and went back to the rear soon after entering the back straight.
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	NEW ORDER and BULET TOOTH TONY were slow to begin losing two lengths. HOWLIN WIND checked off the heels of COOLS THE TUNE on the first corner and went back and out causing checks to YALDURST FLYER, SISTER VIRTUE and BULET TOOTH TONY and they lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear. YALDHURST FLYER was the most affected and he finished several lengths last, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with wrist pain. NEW ORDER recovered from the slow start and was up behind the leader HOMEBUSH ROSEBUD approaching the straight entrance but was held up for a few strides but once in the clear, she finished well for 2nd placing.
Race 7	Media Works C1 - C1 - 520	HOMEBUSH LACEY shifted in on the first corner and forced JUST MAC onto SERAPHINE JEWEL and JUST MAC lost three lengths. A couple of strides later, WAVE YA HAND shifted in and checked HOMEBUSH LACEY who also lost ground. WAVE YA HANDY was in a clear 3rd place entering the final bend but broke down and drifted back through the field to finish a long last. He was examined by the Vet and euthanased due to a serious hock injury.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	ODE TO LIBERTY and JACKIE SHIRAZ were slow to begin losing two lengths .BABY FALOU shifted in going to the first corner and checked OH EMM EYE and MS TOURNAMENTAL who went back to the rear and they finished in the last two places.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	The favourite SLICE OF MAGIC was very slow to begin as usual but did make up some ground to finish in 4th place. MIGHTY PROPHET went up with the box lids and settled near the rear. He then raced wide throughout and finished in 6th place. PARRA SPARRA checked over the heels of TWIN TIGERS on the home turn losing ground and he finished in 2nd last place.
Race 10	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 520	The favourite LOTTO RASPBERRY collided with RADAR SHIRAZ when jumping from the boxes and she settled in the rear group. TRINITY BOY was checked entering the back straight losing three lengths. He then checked over the heels of ASHER on the home turn losing momentum but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	NICKI HAKA and HONOUR were slow to begin losing a length and they stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 12	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	BOND ECLIPSE was slow to begin losing two lengths but recovered well to finish in 2nd place. GINA MAC and BREAKING MELODY were handy but bumped together going to the first corner and GINA MAC was unbalnced. BIMBOO then shifted in and checked GINA MAC who went back quickly onto CRYSTAL SAL and they lost several lengths and all chance and they finished at the rear.
