Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: The sprint Race 3 was held up for several minutes as a ram on the far side of the sprint boxes had come loose ,the lids had to be shut by hand ,as this was the funtion of this ram
The club track commitee and starter assurred the Stewards that the boxes could be operated manually and there would be no problem with this ,as there was no one avaliable to fix this at this late stage on xmas eve
The rest of the sprint races were started by hand on the programme with no problems

Race 2	"Animates" for the love of Pets Stakes - C1 - 457	From the jump KOKO WHIZ tried to cut across to the lure resulting in tightning to HOT POOTIE being pushed over on to HOT POOTIE who was pushed over on to SPRING TYDE who had come out off the railto the middle of the track ,soon after that in behind ON TREY ran in on to COTSWALD PRINCE and THRILLING CHARGE with these dogs being checked back a few lengths Racing in to the first turn KOKO WHIZ ran on to the back of the leader JINJAWINGA with both dogs being hampered for a stride or so KOKO WHIZ went back a couple of lenghts ,as JINJAWINJA rebalanced herself MY TIE ran up on her heels for a stride
Race 3	Club House Sports Bar Graduation Series Heat 1 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	Racing in to the top bend PERCENTAGE MAN got on the heels of SISTER VIRTUE with both these dogs stumbling and going back through the field
Race 4	Interislander Stakes - C5 - 457	RYBENBROOK FLASH got on heels of runners several times through out the running losing ground on a couple of occassions finishing in the rear LITTLE MOTHER ran them ragged leading through out the journey setting a new track record of 25.09
Race 5	Thank you Dianne Lozell Stakes - C4 - 457	GLEN ABBEY MAL (fav) was away well from the inside ,he soon went to the rear received a slight check as they raced in to the first turn ,he continued to race in the rear and was observed to have shorten stride considerably coming in to and down the home straight ,he pulled up at the post and was taken off to the vet GLEN ABBEY MAL was found to have suffered severe cramping and a cut to his left stifle with a 10 day stand down recommended
Race 6	Kirstie McGrail @ Harcourts Sprint - C4 - 375	In the run in to the first turn there was tightning and jostling with runners in tight quarters all looking for racing room with WINSOME BUSTER, LOCHINVAR YASI and JUSTIFY A SITE being checked and getting on heels ,these runners all ended up wide on the point of the top bend ,WINSOME BUSTER did run in down towards the rail as they made the home turn but was too far back to make any impression in the run home
Race 7	Fond Foods LTD Stakes - C2 - 457	RHYME IN MELODY from an inside draw raced in fairly tight quarters through out most of the race ,she was checked in the home straight as CRAFTY GRAHAM made a run through and cut down to the rail RHYME IN MELODY went back after this incident finishing in the rear at the line
Race 8	Club House Sports Bar Graduation Series Heat 2 - C1q - 375 Heat 2	Racing down to the first turn JUBILEE LINE was in a handy position when THRILLING JAFFA came over on to her causing her to be checked and she stumbled with SHIRONA who was in behind her getting up on her hindquarters almost dragging JUBILEE LINE down JUBILEE LINE went back to the rear by 5 or so lengths finishing in last placing at the line
Race 9	Club House Sports Bar Graduation Series Heat 3 - C1q - 375 Heat 3	THRILLING KITE was slowest away by 2 or so lengths and never got in tpo contention from there on in HOMEBUSH TUI was away well and raced in midfield until the point of the top bend when she was observed to go amiss and went back through the field to the rear HOMEBUSH tui was taken off the track for vetting and was found to have suffered a broken right hock and was humanlry euthanased
Race 10	Merry Christmas from WGRC Sprint - C3 - 375	From the jump PIN UP PUPPY ran across on to THRILLING BUDDY and ROY HOBBS with CAWBOURNE STEFFI in behind them having to check back at that point As the field raced in to the first turn THRILLING BUDDY and CAWBOURNE STEFFI came togther and jostled for a couple of strides ,they were in the rear at this point and never recovered to get in to contention from there on in
