Judicial report: BENNY ROX (D Schofield) had its failing to pursue endorsement cancelled under Rule 80.7 this dog having more than 10 starts without a further indiscretion.

Race 1	Thornton Auctions Sprint - C3 - 318	ICHI NI and LACHLAN VALLEY were the slowest from the traps. Into the bend ICHI NI angled off the fence and took the line of THRILLING PETRA who lost ground. ICHI NI appeared to falter soon after the line with a post race veterinary check revealing a strained hock with a 42 day stand down recommended.
Race 2	Race Replay @ www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	REFER TO RED weighed in nearly 4kgs above his last race weight some six months ago with Trainer Adam Bymolt advising Stewards that this was a planned weight increase. LOVIN' THE ALIEN ran inwards soon after the jump tightening REFER TO RED and COOL AND DRY who dropped to the rear. Soon after TAKE ON ME ran outwards checking kennelmate LITTLE BITTY GAL. LOVIN' THE ALIEN continued her hunt for the rail with PINT STAR, COOL AND DRY and REFER TO RED all being checked and losing ground. PINT STAR then ran outwards with REFER TO RED suffering a terminal check and dropping away. A post race veterinary check of REFER TO RED revealed deep gluteal muscle injury with a fourteen day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Protector Safety Sprint - C1/2 - 318	PRIMED TO DASH and HIT DA NOS were last to jump. PRIMED TO DASH appeared to clip the running rail into the bend and ran outwards pushing THRILLING SIMONE and JETSUN BELLE very wide with both runners losing their chances. A post race veterinary check of PRIMED TO DASH revealed no injury.
Race 4	Ashford Boarding Kennels and Cattery Sprint - C1 - 318	TEN FOUR was last to jump. BEARLY POSSIBLE was keen to get away from the rails in the run down the back straight tightening DUNN ROBIN YOU and TEAM JACOB who lost momentum and then also checking RIVETTE DECODED who lost ground.
Race 5	Carol's TABS Stakes - C2/3 - 527	SEEING EXCUSES was slow to jump. THRILLING APRIL was briefly tightened into the first bend and dropped to the rear.
Race 6	Magness Benrow Sprint - C4/5 - 318	MISS ARKANSAS and GLOW BELLE DOLL were tightened in the early stages as TALESIN BLUE angled inwards from wider out. Soon after GEMZ and CHEVERTON were also tightened and dropped to the rear.
Race 7	Auckland Vending Sprint - C4 - 318	LENNONVILLE, PRINCESS SHILOH and DALLAS BEAUTY were all tardily away. On the home turn BINGO STARR and WINSOME ACHIEVER came together with LENNONVILLE having to check around these runners. After the line LENNONVILLE was again checked by runners with a post race veterinary check revealing a fractured hock with the dog being euthanised.
Race 8	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C1 - 527	THRILLING MARCH was last to jump from the inside. Into the bend ON TREY checked outwards with this pushing STABILE EYES, SAND BUSTER, HOT POOTIE and IMAGINATION wide around that bend.
Race 9	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C4/5 - 318	CHA CHA CHAINSAW and PUNK DINO were last to jump. EMBEZZLEMENT faltered soon after the jump and tailed the field with a post race veterinary check revealing deltoid muscle soreness and a torn gracilis with a 42 day stand down recommended. The muzzle on BAD STATE was stuck at the lure with pliers needed to cut it off. The dog was checked and found to be free of injury.
Race 10	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C4/5 - 527	ASCENDING FORCE ran inwards into the first bend and checked itself along with tightening FANCY TOBY and HAIR HE IS along the inside.
Race 11	Merry Christmas from AGRC Sprint - C1/2 - 318	JAG'S FLYER was slow to jump. Favourite MOODY TUNES was checked into the bend when racing on the outside of FIRESIDE BLAZE and lost ground. WORLD CUP MISS ran outwards on the home turn and pushed MOODY TUNES very wide around that turn.
