Judicial report: Handler Ross Mathers was fined $50.00 under the Minor Infringements Table for a breach of Rule 72.5 after he admitted omitting to take the collar off RUN FOR IT at the start of Race 10.

Race 1	Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	OPAWA PEEKAY ran inwards and FERAL FOX ran outwards in the early stages with PURE THEATRE being checked in between these runners. BELFAST CHUKKA was also badly inconvenienced at this stage as he attempted to run outwards with the favourite PUKEKO FLYER being checked and almost falling in behind them. Of these runners PURE THEATRE did well to recover for second. A post race veterinary check of PUKEKO FLYER revealed no injury.
Race 2	Green Island Barber Sprint - C1 - 310	FURIOUS RESPONSE angled inwards soon after the jump forcing HOMEBUSH BORIS down to the inside and losing ground. YAPSTER JEWEL lost ground in the back straight. This runner then came together firstly with FURIOUS RESPONSE into the bend and then HOMEBUSH BORIS on the home turn and dropped out towards the rear.
Race 3	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Stakes - C1 - 545	The favourite SPACE RACE was badly tightened soon after the jump as MY BLIND SIDE crossed from her outside with SPACE RACE settling last. She made ground for fourth.
Race 4	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 310	Kennelmates BOMBAY TRAM and MOREPORT SHANNON were the slowest to jump. JAFFA GUN was keen to get to the inside in the back straight firstly coming together with TOWER and then badly checking GOTTA FIND BUBBA who dropped to the rear. A post race veterinary check of GOTTA FIND BUBBA revealed a sore shoulder with a ten day stand down recommended.
Race 5	Roofing Solutions Sprint - C2 - 310	BLACK TRIGGER and WEARY TRAVELER were the last to jump. ELOUERA BABE was keen to get away from the rail in the back straight and in doing so forced ENABLE, REAL FIRE POWER and OLD MATE DAVE wide with these runners losing their chances.
Race 6	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C3 - 310	ACHEW ACHEW was very slow to jump. SLIGHTLY AMAZING ran outwards into the bend and pushed ACHEW ACHEW very wide with both runners losing ground and their respective chances.
Race 7	Super Liquor Green Island Stakes - C2 - 545	BOTANY GARETH was hard to box in this event. In a straggly start ITS NOT EASY, HERE EYE AM and RED LABEL PENNY were all tardily away from the boxes.
Race 8	A.F. Johnston Electrical Sprint - C3 - 310	MR. CAMEROON and CAWBOURNE SHOT were the last to jump. SALVADOR BALE jumped outwards and checked LETS DEBATE for a stride. WATERHOUSE and SALVADOR BALE came together into the bend and lost momentum.
Race 9	Roofing Solutions Stakes - C4/5 - 545	This race was delayed by four minutes due to an enquiry at the Addington harness meeting. In the early stages BLACK SHELLEEN ran inwards and tightened BOTANY KELLY, ULTIMATE DREAM and HAMPDEN JACK all of whom lost ground.
Race 10	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C5 - 310	This race ran two minutes behind advertised time due to the prior delay. SANTA SLOY tightened COOL JORDIE into the bend with COOL JORDIE losing ground. The favourite CALLAHAN was badly checked soon after and lost ground with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 11	Norwood Farm Machinery Centre Mosgiel Sprint - C4 - 310	VAMPIRES SHADOW was slow to jump making ground well for third. WAFFLER and HOMEBUSH LIGNITE came together in the early stages
Race 12	Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Dash - C5 - 310	NOBLE ENFORCER was tightened in the early stages dropping to the rear. Soon after BASILIO BALE and CAWBOURNE DUSTY came together along the inside. ONE COOL CAT was tightened into the bend losing ground. On the home turn NOBLE ENFORCER checked off HOMEBUSH REECE and dropped away to finish last.
