| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295 | GENISTA OUTLAW ducked outwards at the jump checking HARD HABITS. Soon after GENISTA OUTLAW was tightened and lost ground. On the home turn AINT THAT COOL ran outwards pushing LIAM BALE wider with this runner losing some momentum. |
| Race 2 | Murray Wigley @ Ray White Ph.3715005 Dash - C2 - 295 | JIMMY CEE was a shade slow from the inside. LIFE WITH DEXTER ran outwards soon after the jump checking MEANDER who lost ground. Into the bend SOMETIMES ALAN, ANOTHER LADY and MY GIRL MARINA were all tightened with SOMETIMES ALAN the worst affected dropping to the rear. A post race veterinary check of SOMETIMES ALAN revealed no injury. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295 | OKUKU BOMBER moved off the rails in the early stages causing DIXIE LEE and AUSSIE HAKA to be tightened and lose ground. On the home turn DIXIE LEE ran outwards and pushed DAUNTING very wide with this runner losing her chance. |
| Race 4 | Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C5 - 295 | The favourite KNOW ATTENTION was a shade slow to jump and then tightened when attempting to improve into the bend losing momentum. She ran on well for second. PERSIAN OIL and HOMEBUSH HELEN were forced wide around the bend at this stage. Trainer Calum Weir when questioned in regards to the improved performance of the winner CAWBOURNE LISA told Stewards that she had been freshened at the end of October and then was badly checked in her first run back in Dunedin. She had been trialling well and he was hopeful of a good run today. |
| Race 5 | Flair Stakes - C2 - 520 | SLICE OF MAGIC ambled out of the boxes settling a clear last. He passed a couple in the run home. OPAWA STYLE and OHOKA ZOE came together in the run to the first bend and lost ground. |
| Race 6 | Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C4 - 295 | RENNERS GIFT was last to jump. In the early stages TRILOGY SERIES moved outwards coming together with OPAWA COLLAR who lost ground. OPAWA COLLAR then ran outwards on the home turn checking ANY BAD HABITS who lost ground. When questioned in regards to the improved performance of the winner CAWBOURNE LEVI kennel foreman Jonathon McInerney stated that a downgrade from Class 5 and plenty of room wide on the track were factors in today's win. |
| Race 7 | Jet Pets Stakes - C3/4 - 520 | EMILY was very slow to jump. She made ground well for third. DUCHESS MAKAYLA ran outwards in the early stages coming together with MAMAJA. Into the first bend MAMAJA angled inwards pushing DUCHESS MAKAYLA towards the rail. KNOW PERIL then galloped on the back of these runners with DUCHESS MAKAYLA receiving a nasty check and falling. Soon after MAMAJA and LAGOON BEACH BOY came together as MAMAJA continued to run to the inside. DUCHESS MAKAYLA was found to have a fractured hock and was euthanised. A post race check of MAMAJA revealed no injury. |
| Race 8 | David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C5 - 295 | MUSTARD FUDGE was slow away settling last. BIGTIME SURVIVOR was tightened in the back straight and dropped to the rear. On the bend ANOTHER GON and WANDY CHICK came together wide on the track when towards the rear. |
| Race 9 | Funny Girl NZ Bred Distance Final - SPECAdf - 645 | LIFES GREAT and MULBERRY ROSE were the last to jump. MIGHTY PROPHET stumbled for a stride in the early stages and lost ground. MULBERRY ROSE was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed quadriceps muscle soreness with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 10 | Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C5 - 295 | CHEETAH WOODS was the last to jump from the outside. KNOW RIVAL was keen to get off the rail into the bend with CAWBOURNE MOFF and ANOTHER BREEZE being inconvenienced and CHEETAH WOODS being pushed wide as a result. On the home turn CAWBOURNE MOFF ran outwards contacting DONT FORGET JET who lost some momentum. DONT FORGET JET took a heavy fall at the lure with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 11 | Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C3/4 - 520 | TORQUED UP was last to jump from the outside. The favourite SAM I AM angled inwards in the early stages and was then tightened into the bend dropping to the rear. On that bend CROSS TO DAPTO checked off CAWBOURNE CATCH and lost ground. Handler Craig Roberts was questioned in regards to the improved effort of the winner DYNA FRIER. He told Stewards that as they had been disappointed with his recent performances the training workload on the dog had been stepped up and this together with the downgrade into a much easier class had contributed to today's effort. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Sprint - C3 - 295 | WHERES JOHN CEE ran outwards in the early stages inconveniencing SURFER CHICK and CAWBOURNE HARVEY. KNOW ADVANTAGE was pushed wide into the bend losing ground. |
