| Race 1 | Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305 | The favourite GIRLY DREAMZ was one of the slowest to begin and then jostled with LITTLE BITTY GAL going to the first corner and lost ground. She then recovered and with the assistance of a clear rails run, she finished well for 2nd place. JANDDS MATE shifted out on the first corner and galloped on the heels of HUSKY HAKA with both dogs losing two lengths. SILVEREEN began well to be handy going to the first corner but then drifted back to last on the bend and finished in that position. She was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
| Race 2 | Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305 | CLUAIN MEALA and SYD PHOENIX were slow to begin losing two lengths. ROCKIN IT shifted out on the first corner causing checks to MANAIA FLYER, SYD PHOENIX and ZACCARA and they jostled together for several strides losing all chance and they finished in the last three places. |

ODE TO LIBERTY bagan awkwardly and shifted in making contact with WOT PRICE CURLY. ODE TO LIBERTY and HOMEBUSH GAZEL were then severely checked going into the bend losing several lengths and they finished at the rear. ODE TO LIBERTY was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with trapezius muscle pain. |
| Race 4 | Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 - C0 - 305 | BIT OR SOME was one of the slowest to begin but received a clear run through on the rail and won with ease. SAFFRON FLAHERTY was handy on the first corner but was checked losing two lengths. She ran on well from there to finish in 2nd place. LISSADELL JASPER shifted out on the bend and checked TANYBRYN who went back and was struck from behind by BODHRAN CAILIN with both dogs losing ground and they finished at the rear. |
| Race 5 | Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 520 | REGAL STEP and OKUKU STAR were both slow to begin and they then came together on the first bend losing ground and they finished in the rear group. OKUKU STAR suffered a torn stopper pad and was stood down for 7 days. |
| Race 6 | Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305 | HOMEBUSH LACEY was slow to begin losing three lengths. WINSOME KELLY and MARLENES GIRL were checked going to the first corner and they went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish. MARLENES GIRL suffered a torn stopper pad and was stood down for 7 days. |
| Race 7 | GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305 | CAWBOURNE COL, HOMEBUSH JONTY and IN OR OUT were slow to begin and they stayed back throughout to finish in the rear group. HAPPY CLAPPY shifted out on the first corner and caused jostling to HOMEBUSH BRITNEY and GINA MAC who lost a little ground. Soon after, CAWBOURNE COL shifted out and checked GINA MAC who lost further ground and she finished in 2nd last place. |
| Race 8 | Keenan Concrete C1/2 - C1/2 - 520 | RAMESSEE shifted in across the line of JUST MAC on the first corner and JUST MAC lost ground, RAMESSEE continued in and checked KANGO KLINK who lost two lengths. Soon after GREYWINDS KOBY shifted out making contact with SHARKIES DREAM who was pushed onto PICK A PEPPER and all three dogs lost several lengths. GREYWINDS KOBY drifted several lengths off the back of the field from there and finished a long last and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with pain in both wrists. |
| Race 9 | Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305 | BOND ECLIPSE was slow to begin losing two lengths. BOND ECLIPSE shifted out on the first corner and bumped THRILLING JAFFA who lost ground and she finished in last place. BOND ECLIPSE then shifted in and made contact with the rail but she recovered to finish in 3rd place. She was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury. The favourite NUTS FOR SURE was a little slow to begin and after starting from box 8, she was forced to race wide on the track covering extra ground and finished in 6th place. |
| Race 10 | Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 - C1 - 520 | ZULU checked over the heels of CAWBOURNE SMUDGE going into the first corner and shifted out causing checks to MISS SNOW ANGEL and TWIN TIGERS who lost ground. ZULU appeared to shorten stride going into the final bend and finished in last place and he was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
| Race 11 | Peter Sinclair Photos C1 - C1 - 305 | THRILLING KITE was slow to begin losing two lengths. The favourite KUROHARA was handy on the first corner but was checked and went back to last. KUROHARA shifted out approaching the home straight and forced UNTEACHABLE wide. KUROHARA continued out forcing ANOTHER HIT and THRILLING KITE very wide on the track and they finished at the rear. YALDHURST FLYER led approaching the home straight but ran very wide and this would have predjudiced his chance of a closer placing than 3rd. KUROHARA appeared sore following the race, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 42 days with a serious toe injury. |
| Race 12 | Media Works C1 - C1 - 305 | TIZA FEVER and CAWBOURNE ELLEN were slow to begin losing three lengths. CYCLONE SIX was in the leading group on the first corner but was checked losing ground. Soon after, CYCLONE SIX made contact with the rail losing further ground and she finished in 3rd last place, was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
