Judicial report: BORIS MANKINI was stood down for 3 months on a second charge of failing to pursue the lure under Rule 80.1.b. following the running of Race 2.

| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295 | One of the favourites CAWBOURNE TANK was slow to jump. Into the bend HOMEBUSH BRITNEY, FUNNY HAHA and CAWBOURNE TANK were all tightened and checked losing ground. Post race veterinary checks of FUNNY HAHA and CAWBOURNE TANK revealed no abnormalities. |
| Race 2 | Challenge Opawa All Up Sprint - C0 - 295 | OHOKA GERRY was the last to jump. NIKAU DANNY and SHAME ON EAMON came together into the bend and ran wide losing ground with FERAL FOX being forced very wide to avoid these runners. BORIS MANKINI eased slightly into the bend and on the home turn again eased turning its head towards SYRIPS GIRL to the inside and losing ground before going on to win the race. A post race veterinary check of BORIS MANKINI revealed traces of blood around the dog's paw but no stand down was deemed necessary. The dog was charged with failing to pursue the lure under Rule 80.1.b and was consequently stood down for three months as it was the dog's second charge. BORIS MANKINI will also have to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing. |
| Race 3 | Sensative Harry At Stud Dash - C0 - 295 | MAN OH MAN and PHAEDRAS FIRST came together at the jump and settled well back. ZED KAY MAN was last to jump from the inside. An improving ZED KAY MAN and WOT PRICE CURLY came together in the back straight losing ground. MEMPHIS HOTCAKES took a heavy fall at the lure with a post race veterinary check revealing gracilis pain with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 4 | Celtic Arms Tavern Stakes - C0 - 520 | THEOKOLES was last to jump. ILITHYIA ran inwards in the early stages coming together with her brother CRIXUS. Into the first bend THEOKOLES checked outwards off the back of ILITHYIA and cannoned into PIED WARRIOR who lost ground. LEGEND BEE wanted to run outwards on the home bend with FUNNY MONEY checking off the back of that runner on the home bend losing ground. |
| Race 5 | Power Farming Ltd Sprint - C0 - 295 | GRIDIRON was very slow to jump. FIREMANS ESCORT ran inwards at the jump coming together with FULL OF VINO on her inside and tightening TOP NOTCH SOPHIE who was in between these runners. On the home turn GERARD HAKA was observed to strike the rail and lost ground with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. TOP NOTCH SOPHIE fell at the lure and was cleared of injury. |
| Race 6 | Borat At Stud Stakes - C1 - 520 | FELIXSTOWE ran inwards soon after the jump with MAXIMUM JEWEL and DUKE OF FERN being tightened and losing ground. On the first bend TOMMY TEALEAF dropped to the rear after contacting KNOW FUTURE on his inside. |
| Race 7 | Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C1 - 295 | ADINI was a shade slow from the jump but recovered quickly to be challenging for the lead into the bend. MAINLAND SONIC was checked in the early stages and dropped to the rear. ENABLE checked outwards off ADINI on the bend forcing BETTY BEATZER wide around that bend. |

| Race 9 | Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C2 - 295 | REAL FIRE POWER and KNOW ESCAPE were slow to jump. MRS. PATCH was tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear. WANDY HALLEE and ANOTHER LADY came together on the bend wide on the track. In the home straight SOMETIMES ALAN shifted outwards contacting REAL FIRE POWER and lost some momentum. |
| Race 10 | Active Electrical Christchurch Ltd Dash - C1 - 295 | ICEBERG RAPPER was tightened in the back straight and lost ground. Into the bend HOMEBUSH CRAIG checked outwards and contacted HOMEBUSH ACE on his outside with both dogs losing ground. |
| Race 11 | Little Brown Jug Maiden Final - C0f - 520 | DECADO and OPAWA PEEKAY both lost ground along the inside after being crossed prior to the first bend. |
| Race 12 | Wizelee At Stud Sprint - C2 - 295 | AUSSIE HAKA was last to jump. BILLY DABYNE and WHERES MY SEAT were both tightened into the bend with AUSSIE HAKA being inconvenienced behind these runners. |
| Race 13 | Coaster's Tavern Sprint - C1 - 295 | DANCING NORRIS was checked from behind by TOWER in the run to the bend with TOTALLY CONFUSED receiving a check in behind these runners. On the home turn FLUKY LUCY ran outwards coming together with CAWBOURNE ELLEN with CAWBOURNE ELLEN then running inwards and checking FLUKY LUCY soon after. Just short of the line DANCING NORRIS appeared to be dragged down for a stride by TOTALLY CONFUSED and lost momentum. A post race veterinary check of DANCING NORRIS revealed no injury. |
| Race 14 | Murray Wigley@Ray White Ph 3715005 Dash - C1 - 295 | HOMEBUSH BUFFY was the last to jump. GLENMORE LASS shifted outwards marginally soon after the jump with LADAKH and HOMEBUSH DAPHNE being inconvenienced and settling at the rear. Into the bend HOMEBUSH BUFFY ran off the rail on to LIAM TITLE and LADAKH who lost momentum with HOMEBUSH DAPHNE being forced wide to avoid these runners. The favourite TWISTER AL couldn't get to the rail in front of the pacemaking BELFAST SUZY on the turn with the pair coming together on two occasions. This caused TWISTER AL to lose some momentum with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 15 | Speight's Sprint - C1 - 295 | UNO IMOGENE, MAKE YOUR MARK and HOMEBUSH NORMAN came together at the jump and settled well back. On the home turn UNO IMOGENE and OKUKU LILLY came together for a stride with UNO IMOGENE losing some ground. |
