Judicial report: BIG SAM'S GIRL(H R Bond) was a late scratching at kenneling by the Stewards due to the dog being contaminated with fleas
Trainer Mr h R Bond had been spoken to recently concerning this issue ,a charge was laid under Rule 88.1 o of negligence to which Mr Bond pleaded guilty to and a fine of $150-00 was imposed under the minor infringment rule

Race 1	Trophies PLus Sprint - C0 - 318	From the boxes RANDO REASON ran on to KARLA LEWINSKY for a stride ,KARLA LEWINSKY ducked in behind JETSUN WILKIE and crossed to the rail,RANDO REASON then ran over onto JETSUN WILKIE and KARLA LEWINSKY with them coming together and jostling for several strides,KARLA LEWINSKY was forced to check back to the rear at this point Racing in to the first turn JETSUN WILKIE ran outwards to avoid getting on heels, taking PINT STAR out wide in to the bend ,RANDO REASON got on the heels of COOL AND DRYwho was almost dragged down with RANDO REASON going wide in to the first bend
Race 2	Bethells Farmstay for dogs on Facebook Sprint - C4 - 318	Soon after the start AUSTIN WILD came across on to WINSOME ACHEIVER and LACHLAN VALLEY for a couple of strides racing in to the first turn LACHLAN VALLEY came out and collided with WINSOME ACHEIVER who went back as AUSTIN WILD came in LACHLAN VALLEY tried to move out to avoid the heels of CAWBOURNE MADZ causing LACHLAN VALLEY to be checked and run in to AUSTIN WILD who was pushed out on to ASCENDING FORCE with WINSOME ACHEIVERin behind having to check ,these dogs all tangled and jostled for several strides going back losing 5 or so lengths ,they were not able to get in to contention from there on in
Race 3	November Maiden Series Final - C0f - 318	Soon after the start STABILE EYES raced across and collided with SCARPA knocking her off balance for a couple of strides resulting in her pushing in to MR MAJESTIC (fav) and they jostled for a few strides, both these dogs lost some ground at this point Racing in to the first turn FORECASTER came in on MR MAJESTIC for a stride or so with MR MAJESTIC being held up slightly ,he ran on for 4th placing at the line SCARPA was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 4	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Final - C1f - 318	Racing in to the first turn STILL NO WIVES came across on to TEN FOUR and CAWBOURNE STEFFI causing them to be checked and go out wide around the top bend covering a lot of extra ground
Race 5	Magness Benrow Sprint - C1 - 318	In the run down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling as the field came together ,except RUBY TRON from wide out who was able to get away clear and run out an easy winner
Race 6	Reel-Fishin.com Series Final - C5f - 318	From the boxes GEMZ was away well and cut straight across the face of the field causing tightning to inside runners overreacting with BEATRIX KIDDO coming over on to KISSIN KATE (fav) knocking her off stride and jostling her for a distance ,,then PUNK DINO came across colliding with DIAMOND RAIDER who ran in to KISSIN KATE checking her severely with her going back to the rear and she lost all chance from there on in ,finishing in last placing at the line
Race 7	Carol's TABS Stakes - C1 - 527	THRILLING MARCH raced in the rear the whole race and never improved to finish in the rear at the line
Race 8	Gary Donovan Memorial Sprint - C5 - 318	Soon after the start GENTLE ATTACK and AIN'T NO SAINT came together , AIN'T NO SAINT came down towards the rail a couple of strides further on GENTLE ATTACK came down on to PUNK SCOOTER jostling for a couple of strides
Race 9	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C4/5 - 527	There was tightning soon after the start as LOCHINVAR VALERO came across on to WINSOME FLASH, BUTTONY BOY and EMBLAZING for a few strides Racing in to the first turn BUTTONY BOY came out and collided with WINSOME FLASH ,just ahead of this THRILLING SNEAK was forced to check and change ground outwards suddenly to avoid the heels of LOCHINVAR as THRILLING SNEAK made a sudden outward movment
Race 10	New Zealand Racing Series Final - NZRSf - 527	CORNELIUS was slow away again by several lengths Racing in to the first turn THRILLING TAIL ran out on to TIMS TIGER as he almost ran on to the heels of BLUE JEAN ALICE ,at the same time down on the inner THRILLING BOSS ran in on HAIR HE IS severly tightning him for a couple of strides with HAIR HE IS losing a few lengths , he went back as the race progressed filling last placing at the line
Race 11	Protector Safety Sprint - C1 - 318	On the point of the top bend LLAMEDOS was checked and lost a couple of lengths as COTSWALD PRINCE crossed over to the rail and took his racing line DUNN ROBIN YOU was akwardly away from the boxes for a couple of strides
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C2 - 318	BIG SAM;S GIRL was a late scratching at kenneling when found to have flea infestation (Refer judical) PRIDE OF SOUTH was akwardly away from the boxes for a couple of strides
