Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour Ht1 C0 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	HOMEBUSH SIENNA was the slowest to begin losing two lengths but made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. MARJI MAYCEE shifted in going to the first corner and checked MISSION DRIVE who went back to the rear. MISSION DRIVE galloped on the heels of SAFFRON FLAHERTY on the first corner and both dogs lost several lengths and finished near the rear. The winner CAWBOURNE COL appeared to suffer an injury after passing the winning post and he was examined by the Vet and found to have suffered from cramp with no stand down required.
Race 2	Guthrie Bowron Ht2 C0 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	WHANGANUI was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed back to finish near the rear. GONE AWOL shifted out from the start and checked HOMEBUSH ANABEL and THAT IS ALL and she continued to shift out in the run to the first corner causing jostliing and eventually checks to HOMEBUSH ANABEL and THAT IS ALL and they went back to the rear and stayed back to the finish. ANITA WIN was lame following the race, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a wrist injury.
Race 3	Harrison Hire Master Ht3 C0 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	BIGTIME YAHOO and GIRLY DREAMZ were slow to begin losing two lengths. GIRLY DREAMZ made up the lost ground to finish a close 2nd but BIGTIME YAHOO ran wide on the bend and into the straight and finished in 2nd last place. SYD PHOENIX shifted out slightly on the first corner and checked LISSADELL JASPER who went back to last and finished in that position. NICKI HAKA was checked approaching the home straight and lost three lengths.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 305	HOWLIN WIND and ELLAVA SCRAP came together on the first corner and ELLAVA SCRAP was bumped and lost two lengths.
Race 5	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 - C1 - 520	ANOTHER SPARKY shifted out soon after the start after beginning from box 1 and this resulted in checks to HOMEBUSH CRAIG, MISS SNOW ANGEL and LEOS GIRL who all lost ground and went back to the rear and stayed back throughout the race.
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	GUNNA EXCITE and RED LABEL PENNY were slow to begin losing three lengths. GUNNA EXCITE then checked off the heels of CRYSTAL SAL on the first corner and went back to last and finished in that position. CRYSTAL SAL and RED LABEL PENNY collided approaching the home straight and they both lost momentum for a couple of strides.
Race 7	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	BILLY HAKA shifted in from the start causing crowding and checks to HOMEBUSH BORIS, ANOTHER STREET and WOT PRICE AGRO who all lost ground. ANOTHER STREET shifted in on the first corner and checked CAWBOURNE MILLY who went back onto WOT PRICE AGRO and they lost four lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 8	Wanganui Security c2 - C2 - 305	The start was delayed for 3 minutes at the request of T.A.B control. GLENADDIS, TALEEDY TROOPER and JOLOKIA came together and bumped and all three dogs lost ground with TALEEDY TROOPER and JOLOKIA suffering most in the incident and they lost four lengths and all chance.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	JUST MAC was a little slow to begin and was then dictated in making contact with CATCH A PENNIE when HOMEBUSH IRIS shifted in. Soon after, OKUKU STAR shifted in and checked JUST MAC who went back to last and he stayed back to finish in that position.
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	FAWN ALLEGRO was checked losing three lengths on the first corner and he never recovered and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 11	Peter Sinclair Photos C2 - C2 - 305	DONT KNOCK ME shifted in on the first corner and checked ALAMEIN FATS who went back onto THRILLING LEWIS and LANSVALE SPARK and all three dogs lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 12	Media Works C3 - C3 - 305	HOMEBUSH JEM shifted in soon after the start and checked THUNDA THIGHS who went back to last. He then raced a little wide on the bend covering extra ground and finished in 5th place. HOMEBUSH DUSTY was handy enough going to the first corner but was tightly placed between runners and she went back to last and finished in that position.
